Thank you! I loved how you combines whole body movements and stretches: us breastfeeding mom's typically complain about shoulder and neck pain, but the truth is that we sit around all day long nursing that we forget how stiff our hips and legs have become.
I usually never stick with workout videos on UA-cam, but I have done this video every day this week. My neck and back feel so much better that I actually want to do the exercise.
I am 1 month pp .. i feel i really need this .. i will try .... inhave never been doing any exercise consistently in my life time .. god give me determination

Love this class so much and it hits the spot as I am a breastfeeding mum with lots of back and neck pain, however I only managed to do a complete one twice as my 3 months old is not giving me the time, would be SUPER to have a 15 min class similar to this one ?? ❤❤❤

I did it one month postpartum for a good two weeks and then had to stop due to a surgery. This is the first time back and man I didn't realize how stiff I had gotten from not doing it for a couple weeks. My body thanks you. :)

This is so good! I'm not breastfeeding any more but my back hurts from carying my 10kg 1 y/o around. This is the second day in a raw with these excercises and it feels great! I hope to be able to do it at least every other day. Thank you so much Jessica!

3 weeks postpartum and this felt amazing! Such a good re-entry to yoga after baby and so nice to stretch with all the hunching, slouching, and weird positions that motherhood finds me in!

I love your content Jessica. I just delivered my first baby on 10th December. Had been following all your pregnancy workouts and they worked so well for me to have a vaginal birth. I now want to start the postpartum exercises. After how many weeks is the best time to start these workouts?
Congratulations on your baby!!!! You will want to wait for clearance from your provider (usually 4-6 weeks after uncomplicated vaginal birth) 💞

I'm not a sedentary person by any means...but being forced to take more rest after giving birth has been difficult for me- especially with breastfeeding there is a lot of pressure on your neck and back. I did this workout about 5 days after giving birth and whoa! What a relief as I feel the tension melting off my back and neck. I still do it now to help with tension caused by breastfeeding. Highly recommend and love Jessica!

My baby is 6 months old weight 15.6 and she always wants to be carry her. And I have stated to feel chest pressure. I went to doctor and took a lot of test but they said everything looks good. But still I am feeling the pressure everyday. Is it something to worry or is it just people carrying her a lot? Pleases reply to your messages can help me. What should I do to get out of this pressure.
