    Here I am... 4 weeks postpartum, first of January, baby and husband asleep while I'm doing my first morning yoga practice after giving birth. So, so happy! Love this video. Thank you!

      Aww, just a mum of a two year old here, having found this video. You must have a three year old now, I couldn’t help but imagine how different your life must be now, three years later / I totally remember being 4 weeks PP and at the same time it’s a blur!

    thank you so much for this video. Since lock down as well as having a second baby i decided to do yoga. I have been loving this exercise and now i am 3 months postpartum, never missed this exercise for 2 months. This is my favorite morning routine,

    Thank you so much. Great class, easy, but hard enough, at times challenging, especially cow pose! Definitely subscribed! My baby is almost 3 months, I’m finally feeling ready to begin putting myself together.

    I have been doing your workouts during pregnancy and now postpartum! It's been almost 5 weeks since I gave birth to my little one, and now I feel strong enough to do this sequence for the first time! It feels so good thank you :)

    Thank you so much to this chanel and Jessica. I start to do, and cannot stop. So good, toning and relaxing. As here in Turkmenistan little bit harder to find specialists in yoga which consider DR, all yoga classes here are aimed for normal ones. But in your classes are just as I want. Thank you again 💓 💖

    I did your prenatal videos throughout my pregnancy. 2wks postpartum now....love the video but when I got to the end I really missed hearing "Namaste to you and namaste to the babies." Thanks for all the great videos!

    I love your work outs. From yoga to HIIT to work out with dumbbells. I love everything. I have gone to numerous therapists, watched enough videos to fiz my DR and find suitable work outs. your videos are by far one of the best I have come across.

    Hi Jessica, I really like this video because it resembles a modified vinyasa flow. I was practicing yoga regularly before I got pregnant, morning sick, locked down due to Covid, and then diastasis recti. I need to get back into yoga for my mental and physical fitness, but prefer a full flow practice rather than targeted stretches or pilates/yoga. Please post more modified flows if you get the chance! Thank you!

    A fantastic, relaxing yoga practice whilst my two year old is being put to bed by dad! I always found yoga too ‘slow’, more of a bootcamp etc. type of a person.     Thank you for your support throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum. The thoughts shared during the videos and your smile kept me going. Now, I'm 6-7kgs over my regular weight and have a lot of belly weight. Even my bust size has increased due to which I'm not able to accept my new body structure. I'm breastfeeding mom, it's been two months since the delivery happened. Would love to know the diet plan which may help me lose the weight of course along with regular walks and exercises. I'm a vegetarian (+eggs) 😅.

    Thank you for this pratice. That's the first time since my baby die at 38weeks of pregnancy that I have been able mentally and physically to do some exercises. That help that it was made for post partum

    Thanks so much Jessica for this and other amazing classes of yours. I've been following your prenatal and postnatal classes during my second pregnancy and after giving birth (during a tough lockdown), and that was just great - though I didn't have as much opportunity to practice as I would have wished. And, I must admit I still follow your postnatal sessions 1,5 years after baby's birth, as I continue struggling with the diastasis recti.

    Thank you Jessica :) I didn't realize how sore my body was before doing this session. Holding and breastfeeding a baby that was around 7lbs at birth and who's now almost 12lbs has put so many tensions into my back and arms, this workout really helped me :)

    Sometimes it subsides with Warm compress on the stye and maybe an antibiotic as prescribed by your doctor :)
    Thank you for your videos. Really has helped me strengthen my core. I havent lost the weight but the strength and the trim around the waist and shape have drastically improved!

    I’m 18, just a girl who hasn’t had any kids but I’m doing this because my lower tummy is a lil bit too big so I’m giving this a try 😅
    I’ve already had an hourglass shaped figure from my bone structure so I’m just enhancing the shape by flattening my belly!

    Hi, for eye stye, drink plenty of water every day and take 1 B complex tablet until it completely goes away. Usually it takes 2-3 day if you start taking it immediately when you notice stye.

    It's a great class if you're looking for yoga exercices, but less if you're looking for a yoga flow (like I was 😅)

    I use to get stys very often when I was younger my mom had this mexican cream (teramicina) and swab my waterline with it ...it was very effective for me went away in 2 days. She purchased it in like a store that sells teas and herbs.
