Thank you for all your videos. I had an amazing birthing experience thanks to all the exercises i made during pregnancy from your channel and now is time to start my postpartum journey. You make me feel amazing every time I exercise with you!
thank you so much for this video. Since lock down as well as having a second baby i decided to do yoga. I have been loving this exercise and now i am 3 months postpartum, never missed this exercise for 2 months. This is my favorite morning routine,
I know Im randomly asking but does someone know a tool to get back into an instagram account?? I was dumb forgot the login password. I appreciate any help you can give me!
Thank you so much. Great class, easy, but hard enough, at times challenging, especially cow pose! Definitely subscribed! My baby is almost 3 months, I’m finally feeling ready to begin putting myself together.
I love your work outs. From yoga to HIIT to work out with dumbbells. I love everything. I have gone to numerous therapists, watched enough videos to fiz my DR and find suitable work outs. your videos are by far one of the best I have come across.
Thank you so much to this chanel and Jessica. I start to do, and cannot stop. So good, toning and relaxing. As here in Turkmenistan little bit harder to find specialists in yoga which consider DR, all yoga classes here are aimed for normal ones. But in your classes are just as I want. Thank you again 💓 💖
Hi Jessica, I really like this video because it resembles a modified vinyasa flow. I was practicing yoga regularly before I got pregnant, morning sick, locked down due to Covid, and then diastasis recti. I need to get back into yoga for my mental and physical fitness, but prefer a full flow practice rather than targeted stretches or pilates/yoga. Please post more modified flows if you get the chance! Thank you!
Awesome... Exercise... Fantastic... I was searching for this kind of exercise.. Since my baby born... Now I have started doing it... I have lost soo much of mummy tummy... And I have lost weight also...
Thanks so much Jessica for this and other amazing classes of yours. I've been following your prenatal and postnatal classes during my second pregnancy and after giving birth (during a tough lockdown), and that was just great - though I didn't have as much opportunity to practice as I would have wished. And, I must admit I still follow your postnatal sessions 1,5 years after baby's birth, as I continue struggling with the diastasis recti.
Hi, for eye stye, drink plenty of water every day and take 1 B complex tablet until it completely goes away. Usually it takes 2-3 day if you start taking it immediately when you notice stye.
I’m 18, just a girl who hasn’t had any kids but I’m doing this because my lower tummy is a lil bit too big so I’m giving this a try 😅 I’ve already had an hourglass shaped figure from my bone structure so I’m just enhancing the shape by flattening my belly!
I use to get stys very often when I was younger my mom had this mexican cream (teramicina) and swab my waterline with it ...it was very effective for me went away in 2 days. She purchased it in like a store that sells teas and herbs.
Came across your videos and love them! I am not exactly post partum anymore. But I do have a very week core. So your videos do help! Thank you for educating us!
Hi Caralyn! Thanks so much...yes we are taking a little break as it got to feel more like "work" for the kids than fun, but they are asking and wanting to do more so we'll be making some coming up :) Hope you are enjoying the summer!
im two years late to this but hot compress and then garlic oil (from chopping up garlic or using a garlic crusher) take the oil and pat it on the stye, it will sting. After it stops reacting wipe lightly with a hot cloth. Usually takes 2-3 times and then it's gone!
Two years later so hoping your stye is gone 😂 but I use warm compresses. Take a clean washcloth, get it wet (a little more than damp) and pop in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Wait until you're comfortable with the heat to put it on your eye and then leave it on as long as you can. I do that multiple times a day until resolved. Another thing that can help is breastmilk! I squirt it into a clean container that has a way to drip into my eye and then put what I don't use in the fridge for the rest of the day, I discard whatever is left at the end of the day. It helps clear it up faster. Usually resolves within a week with the washcloth method alone, in a couple days with both the washcloth and breastmilk
love your videos!! Any chance you can make more Diastasis Recti friendly Yoga videos that are 15/20 minutes? I love them, I'm trying to start and end my day with them :) thank you thank you for everything you do!!
Thanks for sharing such a wonderful video and I am following all your pregnancy workouts and now will start postpartum yoga and exercise. When we can start start this yoga after delivery? I am one week pp.
I am 2 month postpartum, just looking for something exercise to be my everyday routine, I think this one is perfect for me since I have diastasis recti . Thank you for sharing ⭐️
Hi Sara :) Thanks so much for the feedback :) I'm learning and improving all the time. I actually just bought a new music subscription I can use so better selection coming up :)
Thanks so much! Do it as often as you feel like or mix it up with the other video in the postpartum playlist. Some moms do it 2-3 x per week and others daily and a few 2 x per day. I did about 10-20 min DR healing exercises per day and then yoga/fitness class 2-3 x per week after my my babies.
Hi Tere, I’m sorry you are suffering with rheumatoid arthritis. I’m sorry, I don’t know much about it. Does your doctor or physio recommend yoga and daily movement?
Hi I wanna start doing your video. As matter of fact I don't have any ideas about Diastasis Recti. But suddenly open up my mind and enlighten me no wonder my tummy even if it's flatten and toning still have some pooch/pouch in my tummy. I am not sure if I have DR I am a mom of one kid and she's 12yrs old now. Do you think I have DR as well? I hope you can answer my confusion.
Hi Jinky! It can still be healed after time, but it will take longer. You can do this assessment to see ua-cam.com/video/3bt52RpDpkc/v-deo.html A pelvic floor physio would be able to assess if you still aren't sure.
My child is 5 years old. I haven't done any exercise after childbirth. My core is very weak and I still look like four-five months pregnant. Will this exercise help me? Thank you.
Hi Chandrima, yes, I think that if you haven't been doing exercise and your core is weak then this video along with the others in the playlist will be helpful. ua-cam.com/play/PLRuFBUMIEg8BibcDkZNyq9spZcjOLeDSa.html Have you tested to see how big your gap is?
