    I love when you have this kind of music in your workouts. Majority of the time, I’m doing my workouts around my children and some other videos that you have, have songs that I don’t want them to listen to, so I have to put the volume down, but then it’s hard to hear your explanation as the positions change. This was really nice, and even my daughter noted that this music was much nicer than what I had worked out to previously, so I really appreciate that!

      I agree!! I love these videos and do them daily but much prefer more subtle and instrumental music!

    Almost 10 months pp and I have noticed a huge difference from this recovery versus my first when I had no idea about any of this. Been following along for 4 weeks and am loving a small changes I’ve been feeling!

    Have been working out with your pregnancy videos and now postpartum. These are great❤ I find the 20 to 25 min ones best! And the ones with calmer music that isn't louder than your voice🔊😉 would love to see some workouts for the back and neck. Mine are so sore from nursing and holding baby...

    I can't thank you enough for the information and workouts you provide. I have 3 kids and the youngest is 18 months. I was cleared at my 6 week appointment to start exercising again so I went back to burpees, planks, crunches, etc., but couldn't figure out why so many months later I still looked pregnant and was so uncomfortable. I found out I have diastasis recti after doing my own research. It's sad that I've had 3 babies and 3 different doctors and not one of them mentioned it.

      Yes I did the exact same thing! Which I think made my DR even worse… I had no idea about it until another friend who’d had a baby mentioned it. One year later and I’m final,y doing something about my DR, which is now down to a one finger gap 😊 thank you so much for these videos Jessica!

    I loved this, thank you so much, Jessica. I'd love to see more exercises (or longer, if you already make an exercise for them in a video) for the SHOULDERS. I have a 2 year old and it's been a huge strain on my back and shoulders to nurse and carry him around. I also loved the soft music. Thank you for everything!!!

    Thank you so much for this video and your informative channel! I am 10 weeks postpartum and after a tailbone injury at month 8 and birth, it is shocking just how weak I am! This video was challenging, but not impossible with modifications, and I feel so much better having moved my body beyond just walking!

    Love this Pilates workout. I love all of your Pilates workouts so please keep posting more like this. I did them when I was pregnant and enjoy them now post partum. I love the definition I get when staying consistent with Pilates!

    Never tried Pilates before so it was challenging. Hard to keep my balance as I have fallen arches. But still fun to do.

      Your doctor will be the best person to ask … clearance for postpartum exercises like these is usually 6-8 weeks after a c-section. Use the modifications at first 💞

    Hey, my kids watch your videos from time to time but I can’t keep them on for long because the audio is just awful. I am assuming you’re making some amount of money from UA-cam. Can you please consider a RODE microphone…. I don’t even have many subscribers and got a rode and DJI gimbal.

      Thanks for the suggestion! I did try to order a proper wireless mic and it was awful so I’m back to the drawing board. I’ll look into it 💞

      @@PregnancyandPostpartumTV rode wireless go! It’s plug and play! Always do a test video and play back unplugged then plug back in and record. They have a white one. This mic is so good you can set up in recording device the 10ft across your living room. I got mine from American musical.
