I’m 22 weeks and my insomnia is crazy right now. I wake up on average every 1-2 hours during the night whether it’s for bathroom trips or just trying to get comfortable. I followed this video last night and slept all throughout the night. I woke up only one time for the bathroom and that was at around 5 am. I recommend this video to anyone and everyone watching. Thank you so much! It was easy to follow along yet very effective.

Same here. 18 weeks tomorrow. And can’t seem to have a full night sleep. Get up for bathroom trips 2-3 and cannot sleep due to excessive RLS 😢 this is my 5 th. Pregnancy 🤰🏻 and No every pregnancy is different I’m not an expert Lol.
Today makes 39 weeks for our lil bean and me, and these stretches have worked incredibly with back and hip pain, muscle relief, and overall stress alleviation. I really love to do this stretching exercises! I do this everyday before i go to sleep it helps me with stress and calming down when i have panic attacks im now 23 weeks pregnant and I keep doing this everyday till my baby girl is born thankyouuuu sooooop much!!! ❤
24 weeks and just did this for the first time, the last stretch felt soo good. I also didn’t even realize how hard it is for me to just sit normally with my legs straight out now. Going to try to do these every day!

This really helped me to get into stretching after hitting my third trimester and my body getting really tight. It’s a good beginner stretch to just start feeling your body out.
Im barely going to be completing 16 weeks and because of how fast and how big my baby is growing it adds so much weight to my back and this video did MAGIC to my back and the rest of my body THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS ❤❤❤❤❤

I am so grateful my husband found this video here on UA-cam! I was in so much pain and desperately needed sleep. Since I'm doing this routine in the evening and another one in the morning, I'm able to sleep again with turning every half hour because of the pain. Thank you thank you thank you! 💖
Thank you so much for this. I've had a hard time with sciatica since week 10 and back pain even prior to pregnancy. And I have a pinched nerve so my left arm goes numb randomly! I should have started these routines sooner, but 32 weeks now, better late than never! I found this video extremely helpful and I love that it doesnt require any equipment. Hey! What a great video. I feel so stretched out and just generally awesome! I am a yoga teacher and there are so many stretches I had never come across until now (my first pregnancy :-) ) Massive respect for doing a video at 38 weeks! A great way of loosening up the hips in Butterfly, is flapping your knees (like a butterfly.) For like 30 seconds really gives great release of tension. I think the flapping is actually part of what gives Butterfly it's name. Thank you so much for the video. Hope your little lady decided to pop out eventually! :)

I needed this sooo bad. I'm 20 weeks and the entire 1st trimester I was so sick I didn't stretch at all. I lost all flexibility and now I am TIGHT. I will be doing this daily, thank you so much! I have the hardest time with yoga, and most pregnancy stretch videos because the poses are somewhat hard for someone who has never practiced before. This video is just right! I felt so much release on my first day trying this. (Especially because I work from home in a desk all day.) I was in week 18 when I started watching this video and I'm now headed into week 20 and my hips have found so much release since doing this for 2 weeks. Thank you so much!!! This was so relaxing I wish I found this found when I was in my 1st pregnancy. That one was painful. This one is most painful since it's my 4th and everything is stretched out.

I am 16 weeks and been struggling with butt and groin pain since 13weeks. This really helped me a lot now that the pain gets worse on my 16th week. I do this before going to bed along with a quick duck pose stretch and the one wear I use a chair to slightly bend. Pain goes away when I wake up and I slept really well haven't woke up in the middle of the night to pee
Thank you for sharing this! Having insomnia, back aching and all before pregnancy, is tough. And now, I'm in my 29 weeks, sleeps gets harder. But with this stretches, helps me alot with my hip, pelvic and back pain. It's my 3rd day trying out this routine every night before I sleep. And I'm so glad I manage to get my sleep better. I do these exercises mostly at night, it has helped me so much, I needed for my neck, upper back, legs everything. My husband already knows the exercises and asks for 'hi, mamas' haha Thank you so much! :) I am now 34 weeks.

I had really bad sciatica in my last pregnancy and my baby was sideways so I was in quite a lot of pain for the good part of my pregnancy. It’s interesting that doing the stretch with my ankle near my knee I still feel sore on one side so I am definitely working more on that side, currently 17 weeks so I’m glad to have a few stretches to help with that so I’m in so much pain this time. Plus I’m sleeping so much better at night, the quality and the quantity. Thank you

Until few days I realized that my legs and knees are so tired and can't pick me up so I started this routine, I thought I wouldn't make it through the end but I did 😊😊😊 was so encouraging and relaxing I felt like I need a nap 😁😁

This was so relaxing I wish I found this found when I was in my 1st pregnancy. That one was painful. This one is most painful since it's my 4th and everything is stretched out.
Used these stretches for my son and I am now using them while pregnant with my daughter. So glad I could come back to this video!

I am 16 weeks and been struggling with butt and groin pain since 13weeks. This really helped me a lot now that the pain gets worse on my 16th week. I do this before going to bed along with a quick duck pose stretch and the one wear I use a chair to slightly bend. Pain goes away when I wake up and I slept really well haven't woke up in the middle of the night to pee

Thank you for sharing this! Having insomnia, back aching and all before pregnancy, is tough. And now, I'm in my 29 weeks, sleeps gets harder. But with this stretches, helps me alot with my hip, pelvic and back pain. It's my 3rd day trying out this routine every night before I sleep. And I'm so glad I manage to get my sleep better. Even the hip n pelvic pain got better too! ❤️ Please do share any yoga/stretches for post natal

I do these exercises mostly at night, it has helped me so much, I needed for my neck, upper back, legs everything. My husband already knows the exercises and asks for 'hi, mamas' haha Thank you so much! :)

I had really bad sciatica in my last pregnancy and my baby was sideways so I was in quite a lot of pain for the good part of my pregnancy. It’s interesting that doing the stretch with my ankle near my knee I still feel sore on one side so I am definitely working more on that side, currently 17 weeks so I’m glad to have a few stretches to help with that so I’m in so much pain this time. Plus I’m sleeping so much better at night, the quality and the quantity. Thank you

Life saver for sciatica - I’ve been in so much pain lately thank you!
I am 38 week pregnant and I stopped all my workouts and sorts of activities because of whats happening right now ... Until few days I realized that my legs and knees are so tired and can't pick me up so I started this routine, I thought I wouldn't make it through the end but I did 😊😊😊 was so encouraging and relaxing I felt like I need a nap 😁😁
