Happy New Year! What goal are you working on this year?
Hi.. Happy New Year.. your every video is very nice.. i used to follow your exercise during my pregnancy period and found very useful...i delivered my baby boy on nov22 through normal vaginal. Now i want to start exercise for my tummy and pelvic pain.. pls advice can we do this exercise after normal delivery.
@@RohPal yes, you can start now after vaginal delivery 💞 Congratulations on your baby!
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV thanks alot
Can we continue these exercises during periods?
yes you can as long as you are not feeling any discomfort. I have always worked out during periods and also throughout my pregnancy @@ruchipandey4492
Thank you so much for creating a postpartum friendly channel. I am still in that phase where I wake up several times a night to breastfeed my baby so I had a lot of reservations about resuming exercises. I started your workouts recently and I feel so much energetic, relaxed and positive. Thank you so much. You are doing a great job!!
9 months postpartum. Rlly struggling with depression. Don’t have the most supportive partner so trying to heal a relationship. Glad I’m here today, been spending all morning following some of your videos and i had to cry I felt so good.. hoping I can earn my confidence back.
Postpartum is so challenging especially without the support you deserve. Sending you love and strength 💗 You are doing strong. I found postpartum counseling very helpful and medication for a while also 💞
Have ypu looked into a magnesium suppliment for your ppd?
What a beautiful soul you are to do these workouts for us and offer a calendar with it! I am in awe! Thank you!
My new year goal is to be merciful to those around me. I have received so much mercy from God and I in turn I am called to extend such to those around me. Especially to those who have let me down or hurt me deeply as you said Jessica that is the key to prevent the repetition of wrong patterns in our lives. I also enjoyed the work out greatly
Feeling good, 6 months into my recovery. Thankful for the forgiveness aspect of the video. ❤
Happy new year Jess ! Thank you for your all endless support and hard work ! You helped me ( age 43) my entire pregnancy and I give a birth June 2022! And hallelujah 🎉 today I manage to do my first workout 😅😂 feeling soo good! my next challenge would be to continue workouts 😅😅
Love it ! I did this outdoors. Whenever I'm on my back I can see the beautiful blue sky and hear my breath. So wonderful! Thank you❤❤
Hi Jess! I want to say a BIG THANK YOU for all your workouts! I wanted to find workouts friendly to diastasis recti and you came like a miracle :D My goal for this year is actually forever... :) I decided to do exercise every day till the end of my life :D I am 41, so I know there will be a different kinds of workouts when I am 80 :D However, I have changed my life. I've started to follow your workouts since October 2022. Every day. And I am more than happy now :) You are my inspiration :-*
Oh I love that so much, Dana! On my
Vision board I have an image of an 80/90 year old doing a head stand! Thank you for taking the time to share and Happy New Year! ❤️✨

5 months postpartum and enjoying your February challenge! It's the right amount of time, sweat, workout for me ❤
Amazing workout
I saw this yesterday and decided to get back into my routine. You've genuinely helped me tremendously and I love doing your workouts. I also REALLY appreciate those postpartum cards you read at the end. 🥺 Thank you for being you! 🎉🎉🎉
Best chanel!

I’ve been telling myself I needed to get back to doing Pilates on top of my regular workouts and it’s like you read my mind with this! I love you exercises. I honestly look forward to being pregnant again because you really made that experience so much more enjoyable! I love the post natal too!
Yay! Another baby! So exciting and thank you, Natalie! ❤️
Forgiveness is so hard, thank you for sharing.
Happy New Year! So happy to finally have time and feel fit enough to do any form of exercise 4months post partum. My goal for this year is to give my body some love.
Hi mam I want to say big thanks For all your workouts I delivered normally 40 week 5 days HAPPY New year❤
Congratulations on your baby!! Happy New Year!!💞
I had just spent time with Jesus before this workout and was seeing the pattern of being reconciled to God because of the forgiveness He’s given us through Jesus dying for all people. It was really cool hearing your heart on forgiveness at the end of the workout in light of this. Knowing we’re forgiven by God empowers us to forgive anyone and anything. So important as we go into the holiday season when old baggage often gets brought up. The death and resurrection of Jesus can remove the baggage all together and give you freedom.
Hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!
Thank you Jess! I took your classes while pregnant. Had my baby May 2021. It's been hard to get back to working out since then. I'm 19 months post partum, and took this class today. I'm now motivated to get back into it!! That's my new years resolution. Thanks and happy new year.
Happy New Janice! It is so busy with a baby! Now is a great time to start 🙌💞
So thankful for a little longer videos!
Oh good! Glad you enjoyed! Happy New Year! 💞
I love your mix of core exercises with the stretches moms need after a day of childcare. Thank you so much Jess, you make being a mom and taking care of myself easier!
I really liked the challenge on this one! Thank you
Thank you for all you are doing! I was sure that in order to gain my body back I have to do exhausting long trainings, Wich is contradictory to the DR. However I look great now with your workouts and the DR getting smaller every day!! Big thanks 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Hi Jess, Barely getting to this one today. I loved what you shared at the end about forgiveness. My word for this year is Redemption. I worked on forgiveness all last year and the year previous and learned some beautiful truths that can hardly be put into words. This year I want to focus on not only moving on from the past, but seeing all the ways my painful experiences, as well as those I have caused others, are turning into a gift of value that far outweighs the pain. (like the Oprah quote in the workout- being able to genuinely - perhaps even excitedly say - thank you.)
What meaningful work on yourself 💞 Thank you so much for sharing!
Thanks for the video! I am following the January workout calendar from France and I would love it if the new videos were available a bit earlier in the day - so that in the European timezone we could do it in the morning :)
Hi Jane! Love you can join from France! I’m sorry… It would be hard for me to regularly post in the night. What you could do is just push the videos back a day so you are always a day behind. Then, if you like yoga on Sat and rest on Sunday then move the Friday to your Monday (does that make sense?) 💞
Love your comment on forgiveness ❤
i had my baby on December in 29 and i had a natural birth. Thank you so much for your pregnancy workout your workout helping me so much for giving a normal Birth
Lots of Loves and blessings for you❣️🥰❣️
Thank you Jessica. Love all your postpartum videos. You have a soothing voice and give really good instructions. It’s easy to follow your workouts compared to others on UA-cam. Thank you so much ❤️
So glad you are enjoying! Thank you 💞
🤸♀This is my new favourite training, you are amazing!
I've done several of your videos and have really enjoyed them. I especially love the progress tracker bar in this video, since knowing how much I have left keeps me motivated! 😊
Just want to say that your workouts helped me get back to exercise after a hysterectomy last January. Thank you 🤗
Thank you Jessica, and happy new year! Definitely loving the monthly workout calendars. I've followed your videos for awhile but haven't used the plan until the past few months. Wow what a game changer! You make it so easy and I love it. Excited to continue with my daily habit of working out with you :)
Happy New Year, Katie! Thank you so much 💞
Hi Jess! I gave birth Nov 18th and finally cleared to start working out. I’m on for this January challenge!

Happy New Year and thanks for joining in the challenge 💞
Thank you for providing such wonderful videos, always including Kegels (I wouldn’t do them if it weren’t for you) and for reminding us of the sacredness of motherhood with your inspirational quotes and messages.

Happy New Year Rasheeda! 💞 You can do it! A toddler and baby is so busy!
Hi Jessica! Your channel has helped me power through my pregnancy last year, I have done soooo many of your workouts I can’t even count them anymore. Thank you for this awesome calendar that you have made for us!
I have a question, maybe you can help me out with some advice. I am 7.5 months postpartum and I had a c-section delivery. I can do pretty much every yoga pose the way I could before my pregnancy, apart from holding a cobra pose. When I lie in a cobra pose resting on my elbows it feels like my belly is being uncomfortably streched. No other backbends have this effect on me, I can even do a full wheel. I always build my practice up slowly so that the muscles have time to warm up. Do you have any idea why the cobra pose is not working out and what I could possibly do to fix it? Thanks in advance and Happy New Year to you too! ❤
Hi Jess! Nice Resolution, that's something I am overcoming myself. Alot of hurt from childhood and accepting certain people for the way they are but with Boundaries and not losing myself. I actually starting reading a book called Good Boundaries and Goodbyes. Recommend it! Its crazy I feel relaxed yet sore and sweaty 😅 Have a blessed day Jess! 💐
Thank you, Priscilla! Sounds like the perfect book for me… I’ll be ordering it. Have a blessed year ❤️✨
My new year goal is to love myself as much as I love people around me
I love that 💞
That was just what I needed to try a workout after giving birth at the end of September. It felt manageable with just the right level of challenge and encouragent. Thank you 😄
So glad! A great time to start! Happy New Year, Dani! 💞
This workout was awesome!!
So happy to hear! Thank you, Annie!
Great workout!
If you're working on forgiveness, I highly recommend the podcast Restore the Glory, especially the episodes from 9th and 23rd November 2022.
Thank you, Adela! I’ll check out the podcast 💞
best one ! thank you!
I can’t wait to start your videos this summer, after I give birth ❤
Congratulations on your pregnancy! They will be waiting when you are ready! ❤️
This January workout calendar is just something amazing! Thank you Jessica so much for an idea ❤I’ll join you challenge with pleasure ( and btw I’ve just finished your 14-day postpartum challenge which I enjoyed a lot. So I am ready for a new one)

I want to work on my honesty and respect for people
I had my baby on Christmas Day & she wasn’t due until the 8th of January. How long should I wait until I start working out? I had a natural birth. Can’t wait to get some exercise in!
Ahhh!! A Christmas baby!!! Congratulations and I hope baby is doing well and you are recovering well. Only your provider can give you official clearance. Usually it’s 4-6 weeks after an uncomplicated vaginal birth 💞
Hello mam I am 8 weeks postpartum I gave birth to a cute baby boy through c section.. I have followed your pregnancy workout schedule.. so now should I start gym workout with minimal weights?
Omg my glutes!
Hi @jessica
Is it safe to follow this workout calendar routine during Menstruation?
Is this video safe for prolapse?
Happy new year! My new year's resolution is to not remain silent if I question something. It's not meant to offend people but to raise awareness.
So, I have one question for you also 😊: I have noticed you are wearing different outfits almost every time you upload a new video (although I have seen this green one a couple times before). I was wondering if you have been reflecting this regarding sustainability? Of course I know there are reasons that make so many outfits necessary (e.g. if you are giving loads of offline classes during the week and need to change frequently) -its just not clear to me. Considering we all have children (or are having them soon) I can only imagine that everyone wants to do what they can to protect the environment. So I'd love if everyone questioned if they really need all the clothes they buy. Especially with sportswear, one should consider that it washing it is problematic due to all the mircoplastics that is released.
Another, unrelated, question: Have you ever considered uploading the new videos a day before you include them into the workout plan? By uploading it in your time zone, people in other places of the world have to shuffle the workshops a bit to make it fit.
Forgive me for the critical questions 😉 Thank you so much for your work! Your workouts are amazing!
Happy New Year, Larissa! I love you wrote me this 💞 I do try to make sustainable choices, however, you are correct … I can do better with my workout clothes. I do use /wear workout clothes daily (not just for my videos) BUT now that you have made me think about it…I have such a wide variety because of an invisible pressure to try to have a unique outfit/costumes for each video. But, I’m guessing (and hoping) that in reality people aren’t working out with me because I have a wide variety of outfits 🤪 I would actually feel much prouder being sustainable.
As for the upload time, I will have to do some research. Currently that’s when the majority of my viewers are watching (and therefore the recommendation of when to upload). But for my calendar … it might almost make sense to do it a day behind when I post to catch all the time zones ??
Happy New Year! 💞
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV Thank you for your honest answer 👍 I really appreciate that! For me, I'd also be happy if you wore the same outfit in every video 😂 I guess society has to develop from always expecting something new and exciting to appreciating the things that are already there.
Regarding the time zones: I think if you upload a video on Monday, which is part of the workout plan on Tuesday, it should work. That way people (e.g. in Europe) could start their Tuesday with the planned workout, while you guys still have Monday. Does that make sense?
❤❤❤
Wonderful workout! & yes forgiveness is not even about the person you’re forgiving but for you, it relieves so much stress from the body mentally and physically! 🫶🏽
