Inspire! 8 months post partum and this is the first time I've felt properly comfortable and connected when exercising, definitely feel ready to continue healing and strengthening
Inspire first workout since having my baby boy by c section 12 weeks ago, he cheered me on from the side-line and was very happy to watch me as I did this workout. Thank you
Inspire.
I’m two weeks pp today after c/s. This is amazing way to get back into moving around more.
Inspire! I'm seven weeks pp and this was challenging. I'll be back for sure. The best part is my baby stayed down for her nap just in time for me to complete the video. 😁
Yay! Glad you were able to squeeze it into nap time :) Thank you!
Same i am glad I found this video 🥰
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV thank you so much ❤ 💖 ♥ 💗
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Your videos are exactly what I need after my emergency C-section, which was totally not what a I was expecting after having 2 vaginal births. I appreciate the slow but challenging pace that makes me more aware of each movement as I try and regain some semblance of body strength.
To all you mamas out there, you are awesome and well done for all you’ve gone through. Much love to you all stay blessed and keep going!! We are in this together. 💞💞🌹🙌🏼🙌🏼💞💞
Thank you for your kind comment and positivity ❤️ We are in this together! Wishing you a blessed day 💞✨
Inspire! My son has been in Nicu for past 5 months due to lung issues (born at 26 weeks). Warrior poses in this session inspire me to keep fighting.

Inspire ... it’s my second time doing this routine since being cleared! Please share more content on this topic

I’m 7 weeks post c section, I’m feeling really good and ready to get back into working out! I just found your videos and I’m so excited! Thank you!!
Inspire! Thank you from a tired mom of two in Sweden.
Inspire! I’m 3 weeks postpartum, after having our Angel Baby, Caden 👼 at 29 weeks. I was watching the prenatal videos for a while during my pregnancy and decided to start again to ease back in physically and help emotionally! 💙
Congratulations on your Angel baby, Cassi, and welcome baby, Caden! ❤️ I hope you mental and physical recovery goes well! Sending you a big hug
Inspire! ❤️
This was my first workout post c-section. I’ve had two natural births before the section, and recovery was much harder this time. I was both eager and nervous to start working out after I was cleared, but this was exactly what I needed. Thank you.
Inspire! The first 30 min yoga practice after my second CS delivery. I feel better! Will be doing this for some time. ❤️
Inspire
6 and a half weeks pp, after severe HG and an emergencyc section, finally feeling good enough for yoga again!
Inspire :)
Thank you for your amazing videos. I’ve followed them through pregnancy. I had a unplanned c section and this yoga session is so helpful!
Inspire!. My pregnancy and postpartum was asking as amazing as you with you ❤
thank you very much for this video. I’m 9 weeks pp from a c section birth in which I unfortunately lost my sweet angel baby. I want to do yoga and small exercises to heal myself physically while I am still healing emotionally, and most videos like this are very heavy with “relaxing” talk about your baby, which is obviously hard for me. thank you for not including that kind of talk in this video so I could put that aside and focus on my body. 💙
I’m so sorry for your loss… I cannot imagine. Sending you a virtual hug and love and honoring your sweet angel baby always ❤️

Inspire! 6 weeks postpartum and so excited to be back into the swing of yoga.
Yay! Congratulations on your baby!
Thank you so much for your video! It is really hard to find any class which suits your body after a C-section and has a good length and a great guide :-) I love that your voice is not annoying (the most important thing for me doing sport) :-) Keep up the good work. I will share your video in a group where the mommies with a C-section gather. Have a great week - and INSPIRE.

Hello! I am a new subscriber. I was looking on youtube for some kind of yoga I would like and I found your channel. After checking out a few of your videos I realized I enjoy the way you ^present your yoga workouts and I seem to like the gentle flow. My question is: since I am not pregnant, never was, are still suitable workouts? I find that they bring me relaxation and I enjoy doing them. Thank you!!!
Hi Adele! Thank you so much for subscribing! Yes, if you are enjoying the videos you can do them even if you have never been pregnant before. They are good for anyone, but just also consider the extra safety that pregnant and postpartum moms require. So happy you are enjoying the yoga 💞
Can i do this yoga during my periods... six months post
Delivery
Inspire!! ♥️
Thank you for this video! When I started it, I felt low, by then end of the video I feel much more energetic.
So happy you were able to find more energy 💞 Thanks for joining me and taking the time to let me know!
Inspire😊 thank you 💐💐💐so much for your videos! Im mixing pilates and yoga every other day. You are very good and have a calming voice. I have 3 small children and when bigger ones are in school and playschool and baby is asleep i cherish my alone time while exercising and relaxing 😊😊😊
Is this yoga is helpful for belly fat reduction??
INSPIRE. I honestly don’t believe I would have had such a great pregnancy without your help in these videos. I was so strong and felt so good, besides the morning sickness, but if it hadn’t been for your videos and inspiration, I would have never made it! Thank you so much for everything you do! I am 3 months postpartum and am working to get my body back into shape. I know with following you, I will get back to my old body, and prolly even better than before! Bless you and yours! 🙏❤️
INSPIRE.....I've been following you since my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. Thank you for doing this.

Is this the first yoga exercise we should do after c section .i kean whats the sequence of the exercises?
Thanks.......
Inspire !! Thank you for the great content I have been following you since 4 months pregnancy. I had c-section and its my 4th month I still have tailbone pain. Sleeping for longer hours or sitting for a while makes it worse. Anyone with similar experience and any solution ?
Inspire. 🌻 my first yoga practice after my c-section. I missed this! Thankyou so much for making this video, this way i felt ‘save’ trying yoga again so thankyou!

Am 30 months PP ... I never did yoga or exercise and i juz used belt for some months but am not satisfied with that bcoz I still have belly pouch some saggy muscles too...how to strengthen and tighten my abs???
Hi...can we do bridge pose after 7 month of cesarean delivery plz reply
For someone who had c section around two months ago this is way advanced, some positions are impossible after pregnancy and muscles are tight after both surgery and pregnancy. I would have hoped you would have given some easier examples on some positions, ie at 6.40 when you have your legs up high as hell. Who can even do that after a pregnancy and C-section… it made me give up, belly is swollen and sore and I wanted some good examples on how to find my muscles and get in contact with them again.
What video do you recommend so I can have more mobility for the butterfly position. My knees are so up from the floor, I can't understand what type of exercise I should do to get there mobility. Thank you in advance.
Inspire! This was my first postpartum exercise and it went great (but I did have to pause to rock the baby halfway through 😀)
inspire 😊, am 7 weeks postpartum after my second C-Section
