Painting Parts With Dupli-Color Metalcast Spraypaint

Did some paint work today on the old 12V Cummins engine out of my 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 today. Tried using this stuff Dupli Color Metalcast. It's sort of a 2 part product, you apply a basecoat which is like silver paint and then spray a thin semi clear color coat overtop.

Looks great! is it a high temp paint for use anywhere on engines, brake calipers, etc? IM about to go research that. OK....just verified safe up to 500 degrees according to duplicolor. Let us know down the road how it holds up. This stuff may find its way on a few projects of mine as well! My dirt bike has red anodized in a handful of places already, so THIS may be the direction I go for some of the other parts that arent!! I like it.
