- Unwind, stretch and feel amazing with this great yoga workout all done in the comfort of a chair at home.
This video is easy to follow and is perfect for all fitness levels. In 30 minutes you will decrease stress and relieve sore and achy muscles and joints.
As always, please go at a pace you are comfortable with and don’t push yourself. Remember to breathe (even though I’ll tell you 100 times)!

I taught water aerobics for 23 years with no issue with my new hip. Last year it popped out and the pain was excruciating !! Since then, I'm terrified so I'll skip it but thanks for your response .

My senior classes LOVE this workout. It's their favorite and a lot of fun.
I was hesitant to take the class, thinking it's just for 'old' people (I'm 64). I was surprised how much stretching could be done in a chair! Thank you for another excellent class. Your calm instruction and lovely piano music set a wonderful tone.

First i watched your Videos for an Inspiration for my senior exercise classes but now i find myself always exercising one of your Videos and at the age of 55 it is a relief because i dont have to do these crazy hard pilates Workouts and feel completely done afterwards so thank you❤

I needed to find chair yoga and some other milder chair workouts to help me get back to myself after treatment for breast cancer. The type of chemo that was used really took a lot out of me physically. I tried numerous different channels but finally found yours. Your videos are so easy to follow and so encouraging. Your style of teaching to me is unique. You seem to get out of the way so that the exercises take focus. A very unusual feat for sure. Your choice of music also is subtle but enveloping, not to mention the actual exercises you do hit the right spot every time.
