- Thank you for joining me for this 2 mile walk! All exercises are knee friendly, easy to follow and low impact. This workout is appropriate for all ages to get your steps in and increase your heart rate. We will alternate aerobic moves with walking in place for a fun way to move our bodies.
This walking workout is 30 minutes and is set to the music so it keeps us moving at an achievable pace. I was able to get 3000 steps in!

You keep it interesting, and I've tried so many new things!! You're just lovely...inside and out!! I'm a 67 year old, who refuses to remember that, and constantly fights to stay active. With ALL THE CHOICES in your channel, I seriously doubt I'll ever see the same workout twice!! The concern you give to our aging bodies, making it gentler on our joints, but keeping it CHALLENGING AND FUN...BRAVO👏👏👏

This was called aerobics in the 1980s; we did these moves in classes with our sweat headbands and ankle warmers 😂 Glad I can finally do this at home alone, 40 years later 🤣.

I have bad knees (for now, doing carnivore diet). I'm 48 ys old, use to be a full time house/air bnb cleaner. I want to workout, not wreck myself further. I love these workouts. As long as you keep on trying and moving you are never a senior.. 😊
This is basically aerobics from the 70s and 80s. I remember doing similar workouts while a grad student. I prefer this to anything else because you're moving but I can follow you easily. Thanks for bringing this back! More fun than walking!

I just made the same comment! Did this in the 80's. This is so much better, because the aerobics instructor was always changing the routine as soon as you got used to it!

I am 50 years old & have issues with hips & back, I'm menopausal, hypothyroid & have been through cancer twice & other surgeries. I used to workout 2 hours a day 3-5 days a week & lift weights. I find I cannnot do the intense workouts I ince did. I'm grateful for videos like these where the movements are more fluid & slower & gets the heart rate up too. I find slower, more fluid movements allows me to get a good workout in & provides workouts I'm able to physically do. I enjoy your videos. I also love fitness walking outdoors & on the treadmill. The pace of this video is really great!

Male over 55: I have been performing aerobics for about 3 years. This year I started with aerobics everyday. I aim for 1/2 hour each day and 1 hour on weekends. I also tone with weights 3-4 times a week. I feel a lot better. I surprise myself by knowing most of the moves. I enjoy the mental and physical aspect of your workouts. I like the walking exercises. I am sure I will be back. Variety is the spice of life and I am sure I will not get bored as I rotate different workouts. I just added you to my subscriptions. I sweated and was out of breathe. I feel I just had a great workout. Thank you. I know I will have a great day.

This is just what I needed! I am 73 and being treated for stage 4 cancer, so I am profoundly fatigued much of the time. As we know, the more we mope around, the more fatigued we get. This is fun, easy, and works the whole body. I will definitely be back!

I'm glad I found this channel. I was so desperate to just move, my body was aching and I haven't been having the motivation to exercise. I am perimenopausal and its been tough.
I decided to do this workout (alternating with another from the same channel) and in four days I don't have the aches, I feel like I'm finally starting to feel better. Boosts my mood too. I thought these are easy workouts but ... what I can say is, they are very manageable. I feel very good afterwards, and I sweat 😅

I really like this work out. I'm 67 and trying to get back in shape after several months of not being very active. Although I only got 1.3 miles worth of stepsI feel like my entire body got a good work out. I love walking and hiking, but these kind of workouts work muscles that don't get used when walking or hiking. Thanks for sharing a great workout that can be done at home.

Lauren, I really love this video! I was pleasantly surprised at how much of a calorie burn I get with this (I wear a Nike apple fitness watch). This is a nice slow steady burn and burns more than some of the higher impact aerobic videos by young women for young women I do. I am blown away. I will be incorporating this particular video into my weekly rotation! Thank you for this and I would love if you could make more 30 min walking videos like this. Also I think I noted it in a comment on another video, but I just love your setting. The blue is beautiful especially in what seems to be a dove grey fitness video world. Thanks again for this one!

I do aerobics as self care-helps integrate right and left sides of the brain. I was thinking about this video the last hour of my shift and looking forward to it. The high calorie burn is just a bonus. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Feel free to make more 30 minute walking-i am not brave enough to do the dance(I actually tried 4 min the other day)-it takes me too long to get the moves and start having fun.

The toe heel move is troublesome for me? I am ancient. Most awesome workout. I loved every minute. So grateful.
I'm in my mid-70s, a lifelong athlete and exercise fanatic. It is getting a lot tougher to do workouts like this.
So glad you liked it Lena. Next time you do this workout just do heels to the side and omit the "toe".

Great walking workout! 4,000 steps and it recorded about 1.4 miles; left out the bounce since it was my first attempt and will include it with more practice now that I know what is expected. Thank you!

Loved this - a bit slow and steady today - but my steps were high probably had some of todays - my health is taking a toll this winter …always go to your videos to restart myself as you have good choices - a good indication my body is still healing …as always thankyou 🙏

At 72, this kind of vigorous changing walk is excellent for BRAIN TRAINING, CARDIO, BALANCE, everything !.

Dear Lauren, I am 45, and used to do high impact hiit till injuries hit me, i have achilles tendonitis and right tennis elbow and on the recovery path, came across this video and tried to do it.
