Lauren.... I just turned 69 last week and recently been diagnosed with some balance issues due to a neurological problem along with some tremors. I am relatively fit and play golf when I am able. I have made myself several playlists with your videos . This video is my go to for now and am working into others I think I can manage after watching them several times. Thank you for your calm encouragement and efforts to bring yoga, Pilates and other workouts to those of us who need a little more ease in our fitness programs . Such a blessing.

I just turned 67, I have walked Briskly on a treadmill since my daughter was 2, she is now 37. As I got older I switched to a recumbent bike. I rode 10 miles. This year is the first year I feel even that is hard. So I started your chair yoga and weights. I LOVE YOU! I beat myself up at times because I’m not doing cardio. But I am now using muscles I know I haven’t used in years. Thank you! I do your classes 6 days a week. Thank you! Thank you!

I restarted doing this workout this year after health problems last year. It is great for starting to workout again especially for my sore legs (from blood clot surgeries in April) I love how Lauren reminds you to keep the belly tucked in! I always forget. Love this one to start up with and will move up to harder ones as I can. Thank you Lauren for these wonderful videos for this 75 year old.

This routine is wonderful! It always pulls the tension from my body and calms me down. Today, I made a first…. Was able to touch my fingers behind my back when stretching the right side of my body! Woohoo 🙌!

This chair yoga was perfect for me today. I had ingrown toenails removed and I can’t be on my feet for too long. So I’m able to sit and relax and get my exercise in. Thank you.

I am from Brazil, with really a bad back after removing meniscs - both internal ones - after years dancing. This surgery brought instability to my legs and it reflected in my back with consequent injury. Now, close to my 60s, well, what a bliss meeting you to help me relief the pain. Many thanks!

Thanks for that recovering from 2 big operations on my ankle. Due to this have limited mobility and have been suffering with lower back. Praying this helps ❤
Ive have had 3 ops on left ankle. It is fixed in position with lots of metal work and also have a right hip replacement. Over the past 6yrs I've spent a lot of time using a wheel chair. Which I believe to have weakened my back. I'm not allowed to do any weight bearing exercise. So, hopefully, seated is the way forward. The condition in my ankles is called charcote foot. Not Marie charcote foot.

This has been very helpful to get started with chair yoga. I use it when I wake up to start my day off right. I’m not quite a senior but have Ankylosing spondylitis so this is very gentle and helpful for my spine. 💜

I loved this!!! I dislocated my knee a few months ago so my legs aren't fully ready to join in yet. This helped me so much!!!! I realized how bad my flexibility is now and imma make it better. Thank you!!! ❤❤❤

I am from Brazil, with really a bad back after removing meniscs - both internal ones - after years dancing. This surgery brought instability to my legs and it reflected in my back with consequent injury. Now, close to my 60s, well, what a bliss meeting you to help me relief the pain. Many thanks!

Thanks for that recovering from 2 big operations on my ankle. Due to this have limited mobility and have been suffering with lower back. Praying this helps ❤

Ive have had 3 ops on left ankle. It is fixed in position with lots of metal work and also have a right hip replacement. Over the past 6yrs I've spent a lot of time using a wheel chair. Which I believe to have weakened my back. I'm not allowed to do any weight bearing exercise. So, hopefully, seated is the way forward. The condition in my ankles is called charcote foot. Not Marie charcote foot.
really good for me. this is my first try at chair yoga. It really helped to stretch my right arm that has the torn muscle.

This has been very helpful to get started with chair yoga. I use it when I wake up to start my day off right. I’m not quite a senior but have Ankylosing spondylitis so this is very gentle and helpful for my spine. 💜
