I was able to do this workout on my hospital bed with 2 water bottles. This little exercise even if I’d to modify a little made me feel tons better and stronger even. Thank you for all that you do!
Another great one! I did this right after the isometric strength one! And for an extra challenge, I did this on a pilates ball (I think that's what it's called-great big ball!). To keep my balance I had to modify some moves slightly, but overall, it worked great! Thanks for all you do!

Thank you for this perfectly timed workout this morning Lauren. I had already made a commitment to only do seated upper body, Yoga and Pilates workouts this week due to hurting my knee with no idea how other than age and wear and tear over the years to the point of not being able to walk without pain. I did modify the lower body part and it worked perfectly. I didn’t aggravate it.

This was perfect for me. Yoga workouts usually are too hard for me. I liked that this was more mobility, strength, and stretch. I do have osteoporosis, so most of these moves were very safe for me to do. Thank you!!!

I am thinking of either this one or basic step aerobics and hour for my rest day? Either one should probably be fine since it isn't heavy weights. I will let you know once I decide.
