That was a wonderful, relaxing, yet strong workout. Thank you! I appreciate the chair exercise because of knee, neck, shoulder, back issues. It is challenging for me to get up and down on the floor. I can do it, it just takes me so much longer, so the chair is great!

This was perfect for me. Yoga workouts usually are too hard for me. I liked that this was more mobility, strength, and stretch. I do have osteoporosis, so most of these moves were very safe for me to do. Thank you!!!

I had already made a commitment to only do seated upper body, Yoga and Pilates workouts this week due to hurting my knee with no idea how other than age and wear and tear over the years to the point of not being able to walk without pain. I did modify the lower body part and it worked perfectly. I didn’t aggravate it.

Your grace and calm is unique & incomparable. I did this wonderful workout on the Swiss ball, providing having a handle (table or sofa) in case of loss of balance. Only one pose was impossible, and you know which. Thank you so much Laureen.

Have just had an old knee injury come back to haunt me, felt frustrated yesterday. Today, started chair yoga, rather than my usual morning yoga class and feel this will be my go to for the next few weeks. Thanks you
Another great one! I did this right after the isometric strength one! And for an extra challenge, I did this on a pilates ball (I think that's what it's called-great big ball!). To keep my balance I had to modify some moves slightly, but overall, it worked great! Thanks for all you do!
