    I think I should have seen this video many years ago. I an ancient and my right knee is really painful and my balance is VERY bad. I am 95 and have tried exercises but stopped too soon. You explained so well and say there is no hurry and measure by breaths. I don’t walk enough either but really want to become painless so will persevere.. thank you both

      How are you doing? I hope you’ve felt some relief from your arthritis. I’m just now starting the exercise videos to improve my balance and my arthritis. I will have to work hard to see a change.

    I am 75 yrs young and needed something I could do without getting on the floor. I’ve had back surgery and both knees totally replaced. Exercising on the floor isn’t easy. Thank you so much for this video. It’s just what I needed.

      When able to get down to the floor you can buy a thick exercise mat - diff sizes and thickness. Just an idea. : )

    I really enjoyed this seated yoga practice. I am overweight, have arthritis and recently had both knees replaced. I obviously need your assistance! I feel good after one session!

    I loved this video. Both of you are excellent instructors. I love how you remind us as we hold the stretch to pull in our abs, to remind us to breathe and what muscles we are focusing on. I just had both hips replaced due to arthritis. I’ll be doing theses exercises every day.

    Hi Alyssa and Cheri, I am amazed at your wonderful program as I have trapped nerves in my back and osteoarthritis. I have only done this regime for 3 days and it has already given me more mobility and less pain. I have been struggling for years. I cant thank you enough for this combination as it allows me to exercise and rest with poses releasing. MAGIC. Thanks so so much have not seen anything like this

    Activities for my late 60s self went from very high to next to nothing for many months. Knowing stretching and yoga would be good for me, I finally started that journey. Just today I found this workout, which is perfect for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    I like the yoga teacher's voice is common soothing and I like the physical therapist turning sideways so we can see the positions better.
    I feel so much better after these

    I love this video and tried it today for the first time. I am so excited and I know that I will start to feel better. As long as I do this I do have rheumatoid arthritis and I've had it for 30 years I have, but every medication you can imagine including biologicals, but I want to feel better I can't move and I feel that I've put on weight and areas. I don't want like my thighs and stomach, I just hit the big 60 and I can't believe it. I want to look good and feel good at 60. This is just the start.!

    I am a 76 year young female. Just had a cast taken off from an Achilles tendon lengthening surgery and I need to lose some weight. I found this chair workout and wow did I work up a sweat, it's awesome. Thanks so much for making this available, I'm hooked. See you back here tomorrow.

    Adding chair yoga to my routine, that last one with modification #1 is a game changer! Figure 4 has been my nemesis for several years! Excited that now I can start working that area again, thanks for this!

    I am 67 & after a straightforward ankle op I had a life threatening event. This gave me 5 weeks in bed followed by 7 weeks non weight bearing. I also had a gutter walker which consequently has meant my body has stopped working. My arthritis in my knees is awful, some days I can’t barely walk & my back hurts after the slightest walk. Thank you so much for this video.

    I fell on my left hip at work in 2016 and it's never been the same. so tight and painful.... I'm 61 and am so happy to have found this channel! I also just bought one of those vibrating plates to move the lymphatic system. I have a re-bounder, but I think the plate will be much better. Anyway, I loved this and am inspired to continue. Thanks for this video 🙂

    Hi, I did the first step challenge for better walking, I want through it quite easily , of course I had to put up with some fatigue but it wasn't a big deal. I have one partially operated knee (2021) that is now hurting more than before. My other knee, according to doctors has a lot of arthrose arthrose. I am 77 but I still take daily walks with my portuguese water dog. Looking forward to my second day challenge. Thanks a lot!

    I absolutely love your exercise sessions. I have notice noticed however that some of your sessions' audios are harder to hear due to clarity that is muffled by the acoustics in the room that your are recording. You might want to look into moving your mike closer to you while recording. Love that you are helping us seniors stay mobile.
