- Join me for this fun follow along walking workout! All moves are low impact and to the beat of the music so it's a great workout for everyone including beginners and active seniors. There are no breaks and the exercises are tailored for max calorie burning and improving your cardio fitness levels in a fun engaging way!
Strength training is extremely important for overall physical fitness and weight loss as well. I recommend doing the weight training workout that is linked at the end of this video.

This made me laugh because I just thought the very same thing as I was watching this.. What is the age to be considered a senior anyway? I am 57 so I am thinking I'm there . I exercise a lot and like to mix up what I do and will be trying this today . Looks great !

Lauren I just came by to say thank you for giving me hope again. I am not a senior, I’m 35, however, I was over 300 pounds and started with the chair exercises. I am now doing all standing exercises! I have lost 28 pounds doing your workouts and I absolutely love them and look forward to them everyday! Thank you ❤

I'm the same - trying to change the "i hate exercise" mantra
After 20 years of not working out, I started again today. 15 min chair yoga, and 30 min on the treadmill.
Then I found this channel.
Today was the first day I’ve truly accepted that I am 54 years old.

Same here I’m 56 and realize I can’t do all those HIIT exercises anymore. It’s time to be gentle with my body.
This has become my favorite online walking video. I appreciate the calm choice of color, as well as the calm voice of the presenter. I'm tired of being yelled at and having fake conversation among people on stage. The level of difficulty and heart rate increase is perfect, at least for me. Kudos and keep it going.

I have been exercising almost daily with your videos for cardio and strength since the pandemic. I am 74 and have more strength and stamina now than when I was in my sixties. I love Senior Shape videos, Lauren really explains well the various moves! She has many videos and one is sure to find what they are looking for.

Good to know everything I need and more. Also need core hip and back and pelvic strength as well. Looking to lose weight fain muscle and tone up in the process of losing a lot of extra weight and tightening up lose skin as I go. Already lost about 60 pds since last July but I need movement and strength and resistance training but I'm 58 with a unaligned spine and hips and need something gentle but yet effective.
I'm 31... Not a senior LOL, but these workouts are amazing to alternate between more heavily and impact workouts. Thank you for the great content! 🎉

I don't consider myself a senior, but I'm close (58). I used to be fit and exercised regularly, but I put on weight during covid and have struggled to get motivated to exercise. I also have a knee and ankle issues so I prefer simple moves. Your video ended up in my stream, and really enjoyed it. Your positive attitude and simple moves are just what I need. I'm going to check out your channel for strength training and other workouts to help keep me moving forward on my journey to better health! 🎉❤

Love this thank you! I’m unable to walk long distances due to a chronic back issue so this is perfect. I find it too fast so I slow down the playback speed to one that suits me and hit pause whenever I need to take a break. 😅

I found your channel about a month ago and have really been enjoying the variety of workouts. Def a senior, almost 72, and I find that the
workouts are a bit challenging but I can keep up and I really like that. I'm not very coordinated with arms and legs but I can do the movements.

Just Fabulous Lauren, Loving the diversity in this workout and that it was not "snore impact". After leading group fitness classes for 40+ years, having a THR in 2019 at the age of 58, I have struggled to find a channel that challenges me while ensuring form, safety ad modification is not compromised!! Yours is definately it and in the top 3 of my weekly rotation of workouts

I’m 63 and I used to work out in my 20-40’s that is until I suffered a back and neck injury. I can’t do much of anything, workout wise, that won’t send me into a week or more of debilitating pain. This looks like something that I might be able to slowly introduce into life. Thank you! ❤️

I loved this, it rekindled my love of studio aerobics. I followed it with your 10 min seated stretch video. I found you last summer 2023. I actually got very sick. I got Covid and that was awful. A weird thing happened. My knees swelled up at different times last summer. I had to use a cane. I had fluid taken out of both of my knees. Very strange time. Praying that doesn’t happen again. Anyways as I started to feel better I wanted to exercise but needed a sitting exercise and I came across your program. I was able to begin working out again. Very slowly. A year later my legs are good. Pain in my knees every so often so I take a break but I can do this exercise and have learned how to listen to my body. Thank you .

The first time I tried this I only got halfway through today. I got all the way to the end being 67. I had to modify a few things but it was a wonderful wonderful workout. It literally kicked my butt. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I found your video yesterday started with stretch, then I did the 20 minute walk. Today, I did the stretch first then the walking weight loss. Thank you for these videos. Before covid I taught a senior zumba class, but sitting home doing basically nothing for 3 years I am totally out of shape and I've gained 15 pounds. I'm hoping your videos will get me back to precovid activities.

You have done it again. Those sleepless nights pay off with another workout with variety. Liked the touch behind since my mid section always needs tightening with the weight I have lost. I walked a mile, 175 calories, and 2500 steps. You new one last week was really appreciated since my mid back shoulder area usually ends up with pain by the end of my walks. It is almost like I have a personal trainer in my living room since you always seem to touch what my body is telling me it needs. The best news is, I haven't had an AFib session in over a year with the help of your workouts and meds.
