I know so many people who gym it up but eat the same and stop when no weight comes off. I ask them have they changed there eating..."No I love food" was one response I got.
True that. You can exercise all you want, if you don't give your body the healthy stuff it needs, you'll end up getting sick and mess up your metabolism. That's why all those "I love fast food but I exercise and therefore I'm healthy and skinny"-people annoy the f outta me. It might be true if stepping on a scale but they are slowly ruining their health. 😱 They would certainly not put crap and toothpaste in their gas tanks and expect their vehicles to run smoothly for the next 10k kilometers, either.
@Golden Goose That might be true, the body is extremely adaptable so it has no negative consequences for a certain amount of time. But you can't eat shitty for years on and expect to stay perfectly healthy. It's the same with smoking or drugs. Your body can handle it for quite some time but in the end it will be devastating and the damage might be permanent.
@Golden Goose I would assume whatever you were eating as far as calories were burned off with the ridiculous amount of energy you exerted. But for the average person they are not going to do that extreme activity on a daily basis. I think swimmers eat high calories...but they exert a ton of energy daily.
I gained over 20lbs of fat just to take this thumbnail for you guys… So show me some love in return by giving the like and leaving a comment below as to what you’d like to see me cover next! Haha, hope you enjoyed this one!
When it comes to weight and fat loss, diet is Batman, exercise is Robin. Sure it’s nice to have Robin around, but without Batman, Robin is gonna get captured and beaten to death by Joker.
@@yandareshwty a general rule that works really well is if you don't know personally what all the food is made up of then avoid it. A good example is bread, if you don't know or understand every step in the process of making it (yeast, flower, water, Something else?) But where does that yeast come from how do they get it how is the flower processed. The simpler (more basic) your food is most often times the better. I love devouring food so i do one meal a day and eat 1660-1780 calories a day, very easy to track since i consume zero calories before or after my meal and know exactly how much i am getting in that 30 minute eating window. Another good tip is make your body wait a few hours after working out so it has time to rest and relize it is or isn't as hungry as it thought it was when it was screaming out for energy consumption after a hard workout. i used to weigh 250 something and now stay in the 165 to 170 range, so i know the struggles of "diet" and the like. Whatever you end up doing make sure its a life change and not a temporary thing or it will never last (fallen into that trap a time or 2). Good luck!
White Okay ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx6K7NWahp9y3ir1gVAwysOCHOOPSnWZbw . I got it from my browser's history. I know that it's really frustrating to be over-weighted but all is possible with a strong determination. Good luck…..
@@maxlee6676 the real killer is actually the copious amounts of oil and sugar. A deadly combo. One or the other, depending on diet, would work fine. But they dump tons of both in. Look at labels, first ingredient is usually oil, even in a "vinegarette" dressing. It is shameful.
these diets work to a certin extend, but as soon as you go back to your normal eating habits, you put on weight again. To permanently loose weight you need a change of livestyle, not a diet
It's been 3 months since i started, i've lost 46lbs and i'm still continuing. I went from 205lbs to 159lbs. This last month has been especially slow, but i won't quit. I'm going to achieve my goal once and for all. It just needs some patience.
thats because you reached the weight lost plateau. its the limit where your body loses all fat in the body so you need to workout or eat even less to burn the fats around the muscles
I was struggling to lose weight for a very long time. I was working out but I also love to eat. At one point I was thinking that I was going to be fat for the rest of my life until I started eating properly. Good diet is a key. Obviously I had no clue what to eat and how much. I had to invest in meal plan from Next Level Diet. It wasnt expensive and helped me start losing weight and eat properly. Now Im thinking about getting personal fitness coach to help me learn how to plan and do exercises properly.
Stuff like this reassures me that I’m doing fine. 2 months ago I could barely do 5 push-ups and 2 pull-ups. Now I can do 20 and 10. The scale says I haven’t changed weight and visually I don’t notice any differences, but I’m getting stronger. So I figure I‘m just going through a body recomposition since I haven’t really done anything in 5 years
This is exactly me, so glad to see someone else experiencing the same thing. My weight hasn't changed and I don't see any difference, but I can now do regular push-ups for 30 seconds when I could barely do a couple of kneeling push ups when I started.
@@VyoIce no it does not. What you are essentially saying is that a pound of bricks is heavier than a pound of cotton. The fact actually is that muscle is more dense than fat.
@@kanishkrana9426 he implied that the same size of muscle will weigh more than the same dize of fat due to the density... Take the stick out of ur ass pal
@@kanishkrana9426 And you're basically saying ''A brick is not objectively heavier than cotton'' by telling him he's wrong. The idea is that even if you have the exact same quantity of either or, one physically weighs more than the other because it is denser. Obviously you understand that, but you interjected with something that he isn't even talking about.
I've been exercising weekly for the last few months, I can feel myself getting stronger, but the fat is not budging at all! My belly fat is the same like it always was. I'm definitely underestimating my calorie intake, even though I'm making healthy meals, I tend to snack a lot fruits and nuts, or order what seems to be healthy take outs. I need to stick with my calorie counting.
Foods can be healthy but still be calorie dense. And eating too much of healthy calorie dense foods can put you out of a calorie deficit thereby stopping you from losing fat. A great example is nuts or bananas. While they are healthy they are still calorie dense foods that you can easily over eat . So that’s why you have to count your calories and make sure what you’re eating fits ur calorie defecit. A better option is to choose foods which are nutrient dense yet low in calories like spinach for example or eggs.
yeah, calorie deficits take a lot of getting used to. You will know you're at a deficit when you've eaten a relatively acceptable amount of macros but you're STARVING. That my friend is your body craving carbs, salt, and sugar. But, you will also realize the deficit is working when you eventually get used to the feeling. After a few weeks, you're used to it. A piece of gum suffices, or even an apple. For me, before bedtime hunger was the enemy. I would eat the shit out of healthy food even, just wrecking my progress. Like, upwards of 800 calories (2 protein bars and a peanut butter sandwich. All natural ingredients too.) My point is, yes, calorie deficit is a no bullshit lifestyle. You'll know when you're doing it. It's brutal at first.
@@rommelwolf9754 It's because that's stubborn fat, love handles and belly fat are usually the last spot where men lose fat, don't give up eventually you will get rid of It!
eat really slow after a workout .. you will get full with less.. -this is the best tip that I have found to control hunger... Strangely for me I don't feel hungry after workouts. I feel full and around an hour after the workout I feel really hungry..
that graph of the downward trend of your weight made me feel so much calmer. i’m working out religiously everyday, weighing my food on a scale, tracking everything down to macros, and weighing myself daily at the same time everyday. i keep getting 1-2lb spikes and it makes me feel defeated, but being reassured that it’s normal has calmed my sad mind.
Those spikes are really annoying. One day you're down 1kg, the other day you're up 1.5kg. Then down again, up again. It gets annoying to differentiate between actual and water weight.
@@kailapowell5500 I do exactly what the person above has been doing, and yes i weigh everyday at the same time(after waking up, after peeing and before drinking water and eating). I have the exact same results, spikes all the time.
It absolutely sucks for me when after working out and eating healthy for months and still weighing pretty much the same. Especially seeing people lose weight faster doing half the work and not being as strict with food
Most common issue is hunger dude. You can try to manage your calorie intake all you want, but after lifting heavy you just don't feel well until you eat half the planet.
its perfectly fine to feel hungry here and there. Especially if you're just adjusting your body to a lower caloric intake. Hunger is a mind game and your mind can still be a fat fuck until you train it.
The nextinline OMAD fasting works good for me. I’ve been doing it for 2 weeks. My start weight was 302 and I’m down to 290 already. Black coffee or green tea suppresses hunger and you’ll feel good after a few days of fasting and eating one meal a day
Been figuratively banging my head against the wall about lack of weight loss for more than a year-starting and stopping diets and workout programs. You're right, I just need to track calorie intake and expenditure more accurately and consistently and look at long-term rather than short-term progress.
Tip: DONT DRINK YOUR CALORIES. What i mean by that is that you shouldn’t drink stuff with lots of calories in it because it doesn’t make you feel full, so you will need to eat to feel full. And that’s how you take in too much calories.
@Josephus Hinneh just don't drink Juice or light drinks at all. Stick with water, coffee, green&black tea and once a few days u could have some low calorie energy drink
This definitely remotivated me ! Been working out consistently for 4 weeks but only went from 178 to 175.8 lbs. Probably going through recomposition since I can see big changes in my progress pictures. But I'll also be more mindful to track my intake consistently
I have been trying for years to lose some fat. It was really hard. Intermittent fasting was one of the hardest things I tried to do in my life. You need so much mental strength to go through day while fasting. I am currently experimenting with Nextlevel Diet and it has been working super great for me. I could recommend it to everyone, especially beginners.
When I first cut back I was SO hungry. After a bit though I didn’t miss the extra calories. I ended up losing an average of 1 lb a week. That was ok for me. Many ppl lose a lot faster but I’m down 25 lbs. I wanted to lose weight to be able to have more energy with my kids.
I watched this video a year ago, after many failed diets and multiple workout programs breaking it down into easy trackable steps has been the key to success, currently down 30lbs and healthier than ever. Great advice!

The Knightwalker lol I do, I struggle to eat 2200 calories which is bulking for me considering I’m pretty short, have a desk job, and don’t do cardio. I've been watching your videos for several weeks now. Just recently got serious about nutrition and fitness again, after neglecting my body for almost 20 years. I started 3 weeks ago, at 207 lbs, my weight this morning was 197.2. Your videos and free downloads have helped immensely, by keeping me focused and motivated, looking at the changes where they're happening instead of focusing solely on my belly fat and love handles. Great video Jeremy! To lose fat you need to be in a caloric deficit, so make yourself a diet that will keep you below your maintenance level. If you don't know how to do it, use some online tools like dietarize, dietclick... I would've saved so much time and effort if I had known for this earlier.
I agree with this even if you eat after a workout, which most people do, as long as your eating correctly, watching your macros, maintaining a healthy deficit under maintenance intake and exercising it all helps.
How I lost fat: 800 to 1200 calories per day, six mile runs 5 days a week for 3 months. 200 to 155, Size 38 waist to size 31. It was hell, but it was worth it.
Well but eating 800-1200 calories a day is not healthy at all. And then on top running 6 miles for 5 days a week and still just eating those amounts of calories is dangerously low. I mean yeah you lost a lot of weight this way but it isnt sustainable or healthy at all. Moderate calorie loss is much better for really keeping the weight after losing it and to provide a jojo effect. So congrats on getting to your goal but keep the things i just said in mind
@@Hafensaenger_46 Not 800-1200 alone. 800-1200 net. Should have clarified. Actual intake was somewhere between 1500-1800. I took vitamin and mineral supplements to avoid excessive deficiency. Damn that body recomposition made me feel much better! Ive been exercising for the past 2 weeks, but have remained around the same weight. However, my arms, shoulders, stomach and waist are looking much better and toned. I even feel much more comfortable in the jeans i used to wear cause they used to be tight around my waist.
This reassures me exactly how I feel! This will be my third week starting to exercise. I have two weeks under my belt so far. The scale would lose, gain, lose, gain. I'm almost back at my start weight. But I am starting to notice differences in my belly, arms and legs.
I’ve used to drink soda almost daily Then after about three months I’ve learned to drink more water (Some sparkling with a little flavor) I’ve learned to eat more fruits and vegetables as snacks And avoid a lot of fast food and sugary things But I do eat them on special occasions And family when offered but only those times Thanks for the lesson
It makes more sense when knowing about body recomposition. I've committed to a 2k caloric diet and lost 10lbs in my first week w/excercise. Pretty impressive, but my 2nd week using the same diet and physical activity I've only lost 3lbs, which was really discouraging. After finding out about body recomposition it has given me more confidence to challenge my body/mind without worrying about numbers on the scale.
if I dont know the nutrition facts of the food im eating, I'll just google it and went for the highest number possible. For example, Chicken Thighs are barely weighs 70g but I count them as 100g anyway. Its not that hard really. I sometimes planned my food ahead on the apps. The journal keeps me on the track.
Luis Garcia no, it won’t. I am not looking to be physically perfect. I just want to love myself just the way I am. Looks fade. Happiness doesn’t. Trust me, I am happy and free. I am also loved. Think a big error some people including myself make is using raw food calories rather than cooked. A lot of meats and vegetables have higher calorie values when cooked.
that's 5 days of exercise to burn that extra 150 calories. yeah rather die a fat man than live like a skinny person. my metabolism is so slow at burning calories that even when I went through basic training where they worked us out non stop day and night for 18 weeks and only allowing us to eat fruits and veggies I never lost any weight I had a big belly the whole time. they thought I was sneaking junk food but I wasn't... just can't lose weight and I ate what amounted to maybe 1 apple and 2 bananas for breakfast and a spoon full of carrots and beans for dinner. I was always hungry but never lost a single pound.
Yeah. First point is so real. If tracking calories is hard to do daily, I find it easier to just track once every few days! It keeps me in check without feeling like I’m being ultra restrictive

I am in the same boat as you but I have successfully managed to re-composition by being in a calorie deficit of 300 and working out three days a week. My advice is buy a kitchen scale to weigh your food so you can measure the calories and use an app like Cronometer or my fitness pal. I personally use Cronometer because it allows me to track my micronutrients as well to maintain good health. Secondly, you’re also probably underestimating your body fat levels because if you’re unhappy with 16% body fat that means you’re probably around 18% to 24%. At around 15% you start to see your abs. At 12% you have a visible six pack. You need to give it at least 6 to 12 weeks to see was visible results. Good luck
The funny thing is that when i used to weight a lot less than I do now was when i wasn't even caring about what I ate or drank with regular exercise. Now, I'm watching my weight and what I eat and drink yet i don't lose as much weight as I would like with the same kind of exercise I did before.
The first half of 2023 I struggled so much to lose the weight I gained. I was exercising but so frustrated with no results. It wasn’t until I started to change my mindset about food in general, coupled with exercise. You always underestimate what you actually eat and most people don’t realize how ridiculously easy it is to eat 1200 cal in a day. Long story short, I am successfully losing weight with no true cravings, and staying consistent. Deal with the emotional issues and don’t look at dieting and losing weight as a punishment but rather you’re taking care of yourself and it will all fall in place. ❤ good luck
Nice video man. I dropped 160 lbs and went from obese to fit. I started out tracking calories and macros, which taught me portion sizes, etc. Ultimately, I switched to Intermittent Fasting, which allowed me to have larger meals and feel full, while also staying in a caloric deficit. I also focused on heavy resistance training 5-6 days per week. Props to you for gaining fat to take the pic 👏💪
Holy crap I60lbs! Great job, I’m struggling to lose 50lbs. I’ve tried so many things but the only thing that’s showed any progress for me is intermittent fasting. I’m down 25 and struggling to move the needle on the last 25.
I got a Wyze scale and it has been super eye opening. I weight myself at the same time every morning and I watch my trend, not my daily. I also look at my overall body fat percentage - that's really the only metric I'm trying to reduce, not necessarily weight.
@Bootney Lee are you dumb? weighing is the only way to determine exactly how much you're consuming, therefore being able to determine the correct amount of calories you're taking in.
Bootney Lee You don’t have to weight your food and drinks forever, just long enough to get an idea of proper portion sizes and get your intake under control. Calorie counting has always been my go-to when my physique starts to “fall off”. I’ll continue to do what works for me. 💪🏻
A calorie track app of any kind and logging EVERYTHING you eat is the best way to stay honest with yourself. It's also impossible and exhausting to take mental notes throughout the day of what you eat.
I think patience is key. I can not live by "tracking" everything daily, it just isn't mentally healthy or natural in my opinion. My goal now is to just eat more protein, try and eat lesser than usual and exercise regularly. I mean i know it's anything but "optimal" but hey it's something I know I can do for the rest of my life, and in the long run that's what's really important.
@@robbenvanpersie1562 Yes. But calorie tracking is very helpful. You can't really estimate your calorie intake without knowing anything about it. I would say it is nearly essential for making progress. It's a lot better to take things seriously because losing fat is a long time thing.
Yeah. I weigh weekly - aiming for the same time each week. And I do it at a Nutrishop so it’s not just my weight- they measure my fat % and muscle %. It’s free! I recommend!

You might have a very high RMR (Resting metabolic rate). This means you'll burn more calories than the normal human. you wil run into issues sooner or later, cause the relative of amount of bad food gets increased by this method. You loose weight, but will not stay healthy in the long run. You def. will need to replace the crap food
One thing I'll add is exercise compensation. People start workout regimens and often adjust casual exercise levels without realizing it. So, say, someone used to walk around a large outdoor market Saturday mornings shifts to watching shows, because of the Friday evening gym visits. Perfunctory, invisible adjustments like that are easy to make. The cure is engineering incidental exercise into daily life, such as taking stairs at work. ... Good vid. I always go into health/fitness and weight loss vids expecting junk in the gems in varying ratios. This was, in my middle-aged experience, right on. But where does that yeast come from how do they get it how is the flower processed.

Yesss. Can’t outrain a bad diet x
Stuff like this reassures me that I’m doing fine. 2 months ago I could barely do 5 push-ups and 2 pull-ups. Now I can do 20 and 10. The scale says I haven’t changed weight and visually I don’t notice any differences, but I’m getting stronger. So I figure I‘m just going through a body recomposition since I haven’t really done anything in 5 years
That could also be a more efficient nervous system and endurance
All natural ingredients too.)
My point is, yes, calorie deficit is a no bullshit lifestyle. You'll know when you're doing it. It's brutal at first.

that graph of the downward trend of your weight made me feel so much calmer. i’m working out religiously everyday, weighing my food on a scale, tracking everything down to macros, and weighing myself daily at the same time everyday. i keep getting 1-2lb spikes and it makes me feel defeated, but being reassured that it’s normal has calmed my sad mind.
Those spikes are really annoying. One day you're down 1kg, the other day you're up 1.5kg. Then down again, up again. It gets annoying to differentiate between actual and water weight.
Are you measuring at the same time of the day?
@@kailapowell5500 I do exactly what the person above has been doing, and yes i weigh everyday at the same time(after waking up, after peeing and before drinking water and eating). I have the exact same results, spikes all the time.

The nextinline facts
its perfectly fine to feel hungry here and there.

❤ good luck
This made me feel a little better... I gained 3 lbs but I lost an inch off my waist
Wow man awesome you're an inspiration
@@martinharris4416 wow thanks!
Holy crap I60lbs! Great job, I’m struggling to lose 50lbs. I’ve tried so many things but the only thing that’s showed any progress for me is intermittent fasting. I’m down 25 and struggling to move the needle on the last 25.
@@GhostSal thanks! What type of meals are you eating during your feeding window? Do you workout any?
Josh Transforms Yes, I workout, weights and just added pushups after lifting. As for when I eat, I stick to high protein low carb/sugar.
I got a Wyze scale and it has been super eye opening. I weight myself at the same time every morning and I watch my trend, not my daily. I also look at my overall body fat percentage - that's really the only metric I'm trying to reduce, not necessarily weight.
Thank you! I almost gave up before watching this video, I feel the strength to carry on now.
I agree the calorie thing is huge. I weight pretty much everything, even my drinks. The extra effort pays off.
@Bootney Lee are you dumb? weighing is the only way to determine exactly how much you're consuming, therefore being able to determine the correct amount of calories you're taking in.
@@69PotatoGaming69 I would go with ml for drinks, not weight.
Bootney Lee he’s just putting in work, you fat
Bootney Lee
You don’t have to weight your food and drinks forever, just long enough to get an idea of proper portion sizes and get your intake under control. Calorie counting has always been my go-to when my physique starts to “fall off”. I’ll continue to do what works for me. 💪🏻
I've been training now for over a year and I can say that everything in this video was right on excellent did thanks Jeremy
I am genetically cursed ✔
CHILL FROST that sucks.
Same
Keep going! You got this👍
Nah, you just a lazy fatty that over eats. pretty simple.
Nah I thought the same too but it took me a month to see decent results. It’s a mind game, everyone can do it but only the few will push through it.
A calorie track app of any kind and logging EVERYTHING you eat is the best way to stay honest with yourself. It's also impossible and exhausting to take mental notes throughout the day of what you eat.
the best " why i don't lose wt " content i have ever see in my life .....amazing
man u r the best dude
Once I started weighing my Foods I saw major improvements. Measuring is good but for meat, oats, pasta etc measuring alone can be way off.
This has to be the most helpful video I've ever came across. Thank you🙏🏽
Wait, so do I have to count all of the chocolate brownies and cakes that my colleagues leave in the teacher’s lounge?
I think patience is key. I can not live by "tracking" everything daily, it just isn't mentally healthy or natural in my opinion. My goal now is to just eat more protein, try and eat lesser than usual and exercise regularly. I mean i know it's anything but "optimal" but hey it's something I know I can do for the rest of my life, and in the long run that's what's really important.
Can we lose fat without calorie tracking?
@@robbenvanpersie1562 Yes. But calorie tracking is very helpful. You can't really estimate your calorie intake without knowing anything about it. I would say it is nearly essential for making progress. It's a lot better to take things seriously because losing fat is a long time thing.
Yeah. I weigh weekly - aiming for the same time each week. And I do it at a Nutrishop so it’s not just my weight- they measure my fat % and muscle %. It’s free! I recommend!
Protein contains calories too
@robbenvanpersie1562 if you don't anything at all measuring won't be required.
geez, 2:21 you're eating a whole avocado and two pieces of bread! I'd say that's easy 600 calories. WOW! I watched on and I was 20 calories off! If you eat HALF a pizza (4 slices) that's 1,500 calories! That is your limit if you're wanting 1500 a day! I eat and eat and can't seem to GAIN weight. I sit almost all day. So, what's up with me?
You might have a very high RMR (Resting metabolic rate). This means you'll burn more calories than the normal human. The reason you're not gaining weight might be because you're not doing enough work. A bit of strength training can build muscle, which will also up Yui ur weight. That'll be a lot more healthy than just sitting around
@@antonkaagthorndahl4484 when I lift weights or walk for an hour, I just seem to lose more weight. :( My heard doesn't speed up and beat hard enough after 2014 when I got overdosed for like a month on diltiazem by an incompetent cardiologist. So.... something got damaged and it just seems it isn't right since then. So, sitting around makes me feel better. Doing too much makes me lose weight and feel like I have no energy. oh well....
@@TruthSurge sounds awful man. I myself don't know too much on that area, so I think the best I can do now ks wish you luck
@@antonkaagthorndahl4484 yep, it's been just sit around and try not to overdo it. There are real diseases like that where you can't do much per day. I think MS is one. Fibromyalgia is another. etc. I think (guess) it might be my hypothalamus gland cuz that controls heart rate, body temp, fear, hunger, etc. Basically, when people age, all that gets worse. So... I feel like I'm probably aged to 70 but i'm not really 70. hahah
WHHHHATTT PEOPLE COMPLAINNING ABOUT WHEIGHT LOSS😂😂😂
This is one of the best videos you have ever made in my opinion.
Keep it up bro
Man, what an amazing video. I also love how you show these animations that really help understanding things and their importance.
This is the most informative video that I had ever came across !! Amazing.
this was awesome an answered some of my questions i could not find else where !! thank you for this !
Please remember to maintain a healthy mental state and relationship with food throughout all this. So many people develop eating disorders because they don't maintain their mental state.
I had that happen. I thought I hadn’t lost weight, but then I realized my pants were feeling really lose, so I measured my waist, found out I lost 3 inches on my waist. Weight loss really is more than just a number on the scale! My heaviest was 432lbs, currently down to 275lbs.
I’m probably bad at guesstimated calories because it feels like I need nothing
I really appreciate your videos seeing how much research you do and the amount of effort you put into them.
They’re very informative.
Thank you!!.
Love you Jeremy! Always make me feel reassured from the information you give us! I know this is an old video but every time I’m stuck it helps me out, thanks for all your hard work!
Jeremy, you nail it,I can tell you the day I downloaded my fitness pal, was the best fitness decision I've ever made,on the same level, listening to guys like you, Greg Doucette and Shean N help me tons ,since you provide quality information 👍!
There were so many good advices in this video, nice job man and ty
I really really needed this video , can't thank enough ❤️
Don't worry girl. You got this😎.
ugh im trying so hard to healthily lose weight without getting hung up on calories cause i used to struggle with disordered eating, but its really fucking hard to avoid tracking calories
my issue is that i can’t make a set goal because once i fail, im gonna quit. I know myself, so instead of setting goals I just go with whatever works for me. been going to the gym for a little over a month, didn’t lose any weight but gained 1 inch onto my hips and im happy
I had a glass of milk and a popsicle that cost me 500 cals when I first realized this. It was a real eye opener!!!
Saw Jeremy running around in the pissing rain. This guy is real!
I personally leave 500 kcal every day for little snacks and things like that, that I wouldn't count and it is working cause I lost 15 kg in this summer like this!
I’ve lost 23.5 kilograms since the start of May. Conversion was slightly off. Since last June, I’ve lost 31.45 kilos
@DOOMSHROOM 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
@DOOMSHROOM 1 kg is approximately 2.2 lbs
you wil run into issues sooner or later, cause the relative of amount of bad food gets increased by this method. You loose weight, but will not stay healthy in the long run. You def. will need to replace the crap food
monnoo so what do we do everyone is saying you will gain it back then how don’t I gain it back
One thing I'll add is exercise compensation. I go through depression cycles, so have had to do 40-70 pound weight loss three times. Fortunately I'm pretty good at it.
