I've been doing IF for almost a month and I don't count my calories. The first two weeks was hard but now I feel lighter , no more headaches in the morning, I feel energetic, no more cravings and I always have a better sleep. I don't see major changes in my body for now but I can feel that I'm on the right track. I still eat rice and I enjoy my food. I also dont weigh myself Kasi ayaw Kong ma frustrate Everytime na wlaa Kang makikitang pag babago sa timbang. I'm just enjoying the process and I listen to my body. 😁

I decided to do IF coz I am not losing my belly fat /: although I am getting skinnier but my belly fat just won't disappear. I hope this IF will be the answer. 🙏 Learned a lot from this vid jacob! More power!

Ive been an avid marathoner and i had this love handles even if im very skinny (178 cm in height and 140lbs weight).
The weakness i have is sweets, i disciplined myself not to take any kind of sugar, and after 2 months, those love handles are gone.
Parehas tayo sir. I really enjoyed fasted cardio. Ginagawa ko 5,000-10,000 steps papuntang supermarket. Imbes na mag-bike o motor, fast walk nalang.

Biochemically (and physiologically) speaking, fasting causes an increase in levels of glucagon (hormone na may opposite effect sa insulin). Ang maganda sa glucagon is it activates the proteins and enzymes that degrade fatty acids, hence pag more fasted ka, mas marami kang nabburn na fats.

This is amazing but instead of coffee, pag stop na ang feeding window ko and ngkkron ako ng cravings I drink tea instead. A little tip na din kung d nyo mapigilang ung cravings nyo, try nyo mag toothbrush, mawawala ung feeling na need na kumain afterwards hehe

I started my IF at 15:00 until 7:00 is it okay na ganun ang start ng IF. Di ko kayang I give up ang breakfast.. I started 2 weeks ago mag IF so far maganda ang result sa akin at sinabayan ko lang ng exercise like biking everyday and 45 minutes or sometimes 30 minutes in the gym doing treadmill and other exercises na din... and I stop eating fatty foods, more fruits and vegetables sometimes in week twice lang mag meat pag weekend... effective naman ang time na ginawa ko... pinapanood ko lagi ang mga video mo para makakuha ako ng magandang idea for my healthy diet...

I've been doing IF for 3 weeks. I started from 16:8 then 20:4 hanggang sa naging OMAD. Every 24 hours lang kain ko, then ung food ko is low carb then inaalam ko rin how much calories ung nakakain ko. Less than 900 calories per day ata na te take ko. Then every other day workout. In just a month I already lost 5 kg.
Yung time po ba ng Eating, pwede po pure coffee lang don? Thanks po.

What I did para hindi "mabigla" ang window was the opposite... I fasted for two whole days with just water... And then i started IF the next day 12 noon.. I feel fine. Of course its given i didnt exercise in themat two whole days nor did any extrenous activity like washing clothes..i suggest you rest and let your body adjust... Do light and simple stretches or read a a book that you love to distract yourself. And because its absolute water only fasting, you will likely feel no hunger given that before you started that whole day fasting, you actually ate healthy foods since your body needs at least stock up nutrients. If you do strenuous activities, you will feel weak because you expend energy faster and you will feel dizzy... If you feel dizzy even though you basically did nothing, take a pinch of salt with water.. Sodium helps since we need it as the water flushed the sodium in our body.

I do IF 1 week na firt meal ko 2pm and last 10 pm di ako nabawasan ng weight but i see na nawala yung bellyfat tas love handles I also do workout sa hapon around 4pm
As per doctor. Pwede naman sya pero they don't recommend. Dahil kailangan natin ng nutrients. Ang fasting kasi binabawasan din ang nutrients na kinoconsume mo.

Night shift ako do I just do fasting when I sleep on day time and count 16hrs? Can you drink green tea or water, tikim, tikim during the fasting? lol , I love coffee I do espresso and put soya milk no sugar is that ok to loose weight? I'm now your fan from Maryland USA.

sa 16 hours fasting ba, kasama ang no water during that duration? or allowed pa din to drink?
In 16/8 way how many times do you eat within that 8 hour eating window? As i understand prang nagiging 16/8 + omad combo. Pero if i am not comfortable doing like 1 meal within the 8 hour window so is it okay to eat maybe twice lets say in 4 hour interval?
