Guys walking lang every day 1hr malaki tulong yan. From 97kg to 62kg na ako ngayon i do that in 2months. I wake up in 4:30 am then tapos ng walking ko is 6am or minsan 7am. Mas pinili ko walking kasi talaga maigi siya at iwas heart attack. Para sa mga begginer to. Then sa Diet naman is bread and water and lunch is ulam lang and water. And sa dinner ko water lang at biscuit. Discipline lang talaga. Goodluck sa journey natin to be fit😊

Sprint 4 days a week is the key para Hinde masira ang muscle mo 😊 food portion rin macro you can start anytime it doesn’t matter if you never been to the gym..When your a beginner gawin mulang to build endurance small portion monitor mo yung calories dapat mas maraming gulay then protien about 1/4 ang sukat
and consistency is a must 😊😊

All good point but for lifting I suggest full body workout for progression but progress slowly. Meaning slowly increasing the weight per week. In this way, they’re strong while cutting phase

Solid yung tips! kaya pala naging mahina ako mag buhat malaki yata na cut ko sa calories at totoo naman every week talaga nag ttake effect yung calorie deficit so gawin ko once in a while nalang ung cardio

Grabe, sobrang tinamaan ako. Hahaha. I started working out (+ watching food intake) 3 weeks ago. From 83.50 to 80.05 kahapon and paggising ko earlier this morning 80.65 na and sobrang lungkot ko nung tumaas siya and I felt na I did something wrong??? Thanks for this!!!!
