🔥 UNILATERAL UPPER BODY Workout | SUPERSETS | STRONG SUMMER DAY 48

  • Welcome to Day 48 of the Strong Summer Program! Today, it is all about the upper body: shoulders, biceps, chest, triceps, back & rear delts. We will be working in unilateral circuits of two exercises, starting with the right arm, repeating the same exercise on the left arm, and then repeating the two-exercise circuit. Our core will get a fantastic workout as well!
    I have always struggled with balance, and I love adding unilateral training to my workouts to help with it. Unilateral training it allows you to train both sides of your body equally. It prevents your dominant side from taking over or compensating, which also lets you pinpoint and correct any imbalances in your muscles.
    For this home upper body workout, I will be using the following equipment:
    2 X 12 LBS [5.5 KG]
    2 X 18 LBS [8.5 KG] [Discount Code: Vera10]
    1 X 35 LBS [16 KG]

    We will perform this upper body workout in the following format:
    - 30 seconds per exercise
    - 5 seconds rest
    - 4 exercises per unilateral set
    - 30 seconds reset between sets
    As always, the timer is just a suggestion - please feel free to pause this workout and take your time.

    Hello Vera, this morning I searched for 'unilateral upper body' and found this one!
    I used light weight only on the right side and just did the motion without weight on the left side due to left tennis elbow. Perfect with no moves in plank position! Also added standing cardio during the break after each set! Still great workout!
