New subscriber here! Loved this workout, first one I tried of yours and I’m definitely going to try many others 🥰 I really enjoyed the 40/20 format and the exercises were great and different. I am obsessed with the Bench step overs in circuit 4, I had never done that exercise before and DAMN it burns, I could only manage to add a very light weight. There aren’t many long lower body videos on UA-cam and certainly not unilateral like this one- which it’s my fave type of format for legs (mainly at home cause it’s a great way to level up your workouts even if you don’t have really heavy weights. I wanted to ask you if it would be possible to include warm-up and cool-down in your routines. I know you have some warm-up videos, but including it in the exercises would be even better. I hope you click on the suggested warmups for each video and give them a try 💖 I don’t generally do a cool down. My warmup when I film is typically getting ready to film the workout that I’m doing - I usually go through the full workout without weight or with super light weights plus work in some of my favorite warmup exercises, filming another warmup on top would be a bit too much and would add a lot to the filming time 💖
