I started this workout 4 weeks ago, doing it everyday, alongside eating healthy etc. I’ve gone from size 38 bra down to size 34 and lost 2 inches from around the tops of my arms & lost a lot of back fat, not to mention a noticeable difference around my neck, shoulders!! Highly recommend this workout but I agree the music is annoying in the video lol so I mute it and workout to my own music!! Thank you @MIZILEE

@@Shigglez123 I only consume 800 calories per day (no sugar, high protein & fibre) and burn 400 calories per day at gym & doing HIIT 3x a week
Never known 20 minutes of exercise go so quickly and yes, I can feel the burn 👍 brilliant routine 👌

@@kayeelladiaz1071 I did this work out for two weeks, but I didn't see any results. Due to the fact that these exercises were not difficult for me, nor did I feel any pain, I stopped doing them :(

@@SwathiD-ks4hr I guess it will depend on you, if you're not used to workout a lot start by doing it just 1 time a day or maybe 2 or 3 times per week, eventually you will do it as many times as you want. I recommend that if you're not sure, do it 3 times per week along with other workouts.

I just wanna say that your exercise is not exhausting at all for a sedentary student like me! I love how you build your exercise while our muscles can relax in some of the exercises! The other videos i find it exhausting bc they are not versatile.

One week down and I can tell a big difference in my shoulders already. I’m slowly losing my back fat as well. There’s three exercises I can’t do yet so I’m doing my own modified versions
Update: Two weeks in and my back fat is starting to melt away. There’s a noticeable difference in my armpits and bra area. I’ll continued to do this routine daily.
Did it fix your posture? + Is it very effective? Three weeks now tell me your results
@@MinaGirly-gs4bb my posture does feel better. I think these exercises helped open up my chest a lot and relieve tension that I was carrying in my shoulders. It’s really helped me a lot to do this workout every day

Just want to log here in comment section, my improvement of day to day doing this workout routine:
First day: I feel so sore. My arms and even hips were sore but bearable.
2nd day: Bit hesitant to do the workout because the soreness is still making me uncomfortable.However, I did and finished it! ✨
3rd day: I feel really satisfied with this workout routine. I feel like I can reach both of my hands whenever I do this workout unlike the first day.
I'll keep an update for tomorrow.

For arm exercise - this is the only video that I didn't skip and I was amazed to myself that I was able to finish the 21min video. Will be doing this till I reach my weight goal. I want to make sure that my arm skin will not be saggy once I lose weight. So I really am very happy to find this video and it suits me. My current arm size is 13.5-14cm. Week 1:
Day 1: ✔ Felt a lil sore in the first two exercises but it, surprisingly, went away by the time i was finished. Feels good!
Day 2 (a week after): Just started shark days so this will be the only exercise i'll be doing lmao.

Mizi, I am so happy that I found your Arms and Back Exercises. They have been working for me. I started seeing the changes on my back after a consistent full week. I no longer have 2 roll back fat, it is now one but I can see it is no longer bigger. I have been doing your exercises for two weeks now. So I know for sure that Back fat and my arms will be good as long as I am consistent.
I do need help. I have been exercising for 3 weeks now and my tummy and love handles are being stubborn. I changed my diet too. Can you please advice on what I need to do.
