    Woke up early to get this in before we leave to go camping! I'm taking my workout equipment with me so I can get the next couple of days in!😂😊 This was an awesome workout! I love no repeats!

    I usually dread upper body sessions because my legs are way stronger than my arms but this workout went by so fast. At end I was like wait it’s over. No burnout ? I was so proud of myself for enjoying these upper body exercises as much as the ones we do for the lower body.
    Don’t get me wrong they were challenging especially the punches. It was harder for me to do them with my left arm. Same thing for the across curl rotation 🥵.
    I am happy to be done ✅ ☺️. Once again great workout. Thank you Vera🙏🏾

      Yeah!!! Great job!! The unilateral exercises always show me my weaker spots - it’s crazy how much our other arm helps us compensate! You are doing amazing!!

    I usually like no repeats this one was tough for me! I came home at 8:30 after a 14 hour shift so I think I was tired! I finished my workout at 10:30 so it was late! Tomorrow I’m taking my rest day! Thank you Vera for being the best trainer… I really love the way you challenge me❣️

    loved this workout so much, great combination of those exercises, had a selection of dumbbells and tried to gauge the correct weight whilst holding proper form. I can still fill my abs now so feel like i must be doing something right. just need to get rid of this belly fat....thank you so so much Vera much love.

    I cut the rest time to only 10 seconds- that really worked it too :). Good workout and even though non repeat, I feel like I hit the muscles several times . I prefer to repeat to make sure I hit each muscle group well but this did it in a fun way too. I really liked the format yesterday. Really felt them working

    Absolutely enjoyed the workout. One question : I feel like I can increase the weight a bit but I’m not sure if I want to see bulging muscles. I do know that muscular definition is a lot of diet and that it would take me, someone with below average discipline in food, to see any definition and yet I see some muscles on my biceps and I love it but want them to look leaner.
    I guess I’m trying to know if lifting heavy will directly lead to increase in muscles

      So glad you enjoyed it! There is sadly no simple way to answer this as we are all different, and no one could give you a definitive answer, like if you do X, then Y will happen. What I can tell you is that building large “bulging” muscles is incredibly difficult and takes a lot of hard work and discipline. I am very much with you in that my own goal is NOT to have large volume in my arms (or legs for that matter), but that’s mostly achieved through diet. I still try to challenge myself with each workout. Generally, bulk & volume comes from excess calories. I hope that helps!
