Haven’t been able to workout with weights as we’ve been on a National park vacation. Today actually had some time, albeit after 9 miles hiking and climbing in beautiful Yosemite, but ending trip in Vegas and wanted to pump arms a bit😉
My favorite part was when it said "half-way" and blood wasn't squirting out of my eyes like usual. Thank you for the 15 minute-er. It's like having a long weekend.
@@VeraLaRo I need to focus on my upper body these days because I'm losing weight and I need to gain muscles, particularly in this area. I tried your chest and tricep video and another one for biceps.. How many days per week should I do these workouts? Thank you in advance ❤️
I don’t advise this at all - unless you’re injured, you should train your full body every week - and make sure you’re taking at least one day rest between training the same muscles.
