Fantastic multiplanar exercises - I really enjoyed this workout! I had to switch out dumbell weights on a few exercises - that shows me where I have weaknesses to shore up and explains some bad posture habits that also need addressed! I can already feel myself sitting more upright without consciously thinking about it. So glad I found your channel! Thanks Vera!

My arms are just vibrating! I really enjoy an upper body! I’m still nursing an injury so again I had to use a lighter weight but man…. the sweat is just dripping off me! Vera, loved this Workout, felt very tired this morning. This was just what I needed. I used 6kg dumbbell each and 12.5kg dumbbell each. Great combination of exercises throughout. Thank you very much.
Totally brutal workout! Since the ads always come on right before the rests do,what do you think about reducing the rest. So I can use the ads as the rest? Otherwise I have to fast forward the rest after watching the ad. So excited about the new group!
Thank you so much - so glad you liked it! Since many people use UA-cam premium, they don’t get the ad breaks. Plus ad breaks can be of different length, so I have to keep the rest breaks as is, hope you understand! I usually add ad breaks where I personally took an extra few seconds of break, so I don’t think you have to fast forward, but of course it’s entirely up to you 💪💪
