    Love the combination of using DB , bands , step/bench! Thank you for always keeping it interesting! Before following your channel I dreaded workouts bc it felt like I was doing the same moves over and over and getting no where regardless of using 5 lbs or 10 lbs DB . Now I can use 15 lb DB for arms and 25lb with legs and I look forward and to seeing what you have in store for us . Always love working out with you Vera ❤️

    Finished work early and I decided to workout now instead of tonight what can I say ? You are a beast.
    The goblet squat pulses were so hard and let’s not forget the reverse Nordic curl and the Copenhagen plank 🥵🔥🌶. I was literally dripping in sweat at the end.

    That is Strong Summer Day 48 & 49 completed today, Thoroughly loved the Copenhagen side plank in this one, nearly made it until the timer end, did have to pause a couple of times but maintained up on arms. Also went a little heavier where possible. Thank you Vera you are the best.

    Thank you so much! I am so excited. I just ordered those resistance bands [same color, too! :0) ]. I have bands but they roll up on my thighs whenever I do your lower body workouts. I followed your site to Amazon...under 11 dollars for 3 levels of resistance bands...should arrive tomorrow! Yippee!!

      @@VeraLaRo It was getting too easy for me to just do the exercises without the resistance bands when they kept rolling up. Excuses can be too easy to find sometimes. Thank you so much again and like the other participants today this was definitely a sweaty one for me too!
