      Yes, cooking will reduce the amount of vitamin C in food. Try to have them raw to get Vitamin C.

      Hi, cooking may change the amount of Vitamin C retention in the food but it depends on the method of cooking and the vegetable we are cooking. Research says that high retention of Vitamin C was observed with microwave cooking and least retention of Vitamin C was observed with boiling.
