Sir one doubt. can we eat directly varieties of raw vegetables at total weight of 200 grams at three times a day instead of cooked food. example a piece of tomato, a piece of cucumber, a piece of mango, a piece of ladyfinger, 10 grams nuts, a piece of a fruit etc. finally a milk tea without sugar
Yes sir, you can but try to incorporate cooked vegetables also in your diet. Steaming is one of the best ways to retain the nutrient content in cooked vegetables.
