    Okay this is by far my favourite upper body workout video from your channel! You can really do this with your heaviest weight and get hypertrophy faster without the cardio. Awesome!!

    Is something wrong with the editing? After R-L mentions the recovery shake in the intro, the video jumps to the middle of set two of the first exercise.

    I usually use 5 lb weights while doing this video but this time around I used 8 lb weights and omg its like a whole new workout. Such a burn!

    hey rebecca..i have been doing ur bingo wings workout and i really appreciate the difference.. but my chest.. infact my breast area is really fat and i want to lose that fat. will this workout help to reduce that fat??? plz suggest some tips

      Dhimahi it does give u lean toned srms.. u have to use appropriate weight that is not too heavy and not too light for ur arms
