    I been doing since 2 weeks and i swear my arm are visibly toned and slim . First it got noticed by my family. It is working and i am going to continue it like this. In 5 years after so much struggle, this is first time that my arms are toned and slim . I do it every day! I am so happy!

      I took breaks with my arms at my sides to let the blood flow back. It helps a lot

      @@shradhasarangi7785 I couldn't go on getting my days. When my day is over, I want to do it for a month. Try to make it for a long time , in a week you won't see any difference.(with a healthy diet)

    EVERYONE this is not a joke i've tried A LOT of slim/lean arms exercises, even tried those 10M+ views vids but none of them worked, but this one yall it's effective! i've been doing this exercise for 6days, take note im not doing this everyday i have 1-2days break but u can still see the big changes! thank u so much for sharing this i will do try ur other exercises!!!!

    Day 1: ✅ my arms are burning as I finished the set., (i hope to achieve a great result by the end of the month.)
    Day 2 ✅ Alrights!!💪 Did this before going to bed this night (06/20/23) 😅 at least, I didn't skip this day😊 GO MJ!!🔥
    Day 3 ✅ I finished the set and I feel amazing 😍 I'm really hoping for a great result after doing this for at least a month 😊❤️
    Day 4 ❌I unfortunately skipped this day as I was away yesterday, I had a sleepover to make our Research and I had no time to do it😢🥲
    Day 5✅ but I'm back on the track today😊 my arms still burn while doing these exercises and I think the result will gonna be lit🔥

    just two weeks of doing this and WOW...I'm not even kidding. a lot of my arm fat was just gone. my collarbones are also well defined now...still trying to get rid of some stubborn armpit fat but I'm getting there. I'm not even on a special diet...JUST WOW!!!

    the applause at the end made me feel so proud of myself hahaha, the circles were the hardest part. had to take a little break here and there but I feel fulfilled and it went by so much faster than I expected due to the variety of exercises. thank you for this video!!     Im in recovery period from my ACL injecctury , the surgency was 5 days ago and now im at home and was trying your workout for the very first time, but i like it very much, because im doing from my bed. That's the only opportunity for me, bc i can't stay on my legs but i wanna keep my body toned. Thanks dear

    Update : My arms have gotten toned a little bit . The crop top that felt tight on arms to me is now slightly loose/ fitted.
    I do see the difference however I do not see a large difference such that others can notice it too.
    However I know that all these small differences will make a large difference.
    If it takes a 100 hits to break a stone then it's not the 100th hit that broke the stone, it was all 99th hits who made the stone weak enough to break it at 100th hit.
    So when I will see a huge difference in my arms , enough to others to notice it as well then I'll remember it that it wasn't due to the exercise in that particular week or day but it is a sum of all the workout challenges that I did before.
    Thanks for this workout.
    Since I get bored with doing same repetitive workout so I'm moving to another arm workout video.

      Well I started the 14 day challenge yesterday and for now what I can assure is that the 14 day one is more intense than this 7 day challenge so it's better to do this challenge first and then to move to next challenge because if you try to move to hard one first then it can be too harsh on your muscles.

    I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! not only does it burn but it also doesn’t overly tire me out that i need to take multiple breaks. granted i did a nina dapper workout for like two weeks but that only made my arms stronger not slimmer. i feel like this workout is the holy grail. i did this for the first time today, i’ll update if i see changes. if i don’t see any changes i might update with what happened to my arms other than getting slimmer, maybe they just got stronger idk but i have high hopes for this. try this workout guys it might just work

    hiiiii i’ve been doing this challenge for the past 2 weeks and while i cant see any visible changes in my arm’s appearance, i can certainly say that i gained some much needed strenght after practicing these excersises every day! today i’ve done it all without putting my arms down even once! i can also feel some muscles. im on a diet and i also try other physical activities, and i managed to lose 1kg, but my arms have always been problematic to tone down. I feel like this video is actually helping! I will try to make an update in another two weeks

    Day 2 ☑️ I tried hard to continue without pausing the video, and I did🥳 so proud
    Day 3 ☑️ NO REST AT ALL!! I'm getting way much stronger I hope to be like this all the time🤌🏻❤️‍🔥
    Day 4 ☑️ another day of being strong🫣 plus I don't follow a particular diet So I don't know if this will affect the results...but I will continue tho✋🏼
    Day 5 ☑️ okay the exercises are getting easier day by day !❤️ And the burn is taking over❤️‍🔥
    Day 6 ☑️ Yess it's almost been a week✨ still running into it until i can see the results 🩵
    Day 7 ☑️ did it while fasting😩! All I wanted while exercising was to cut off my arms because of the pain🥲
    A WHOLE WEEK HAS ALREADY PASSED !!
    okay I'm so proud because I usually stop exercising from the second day 😂
    ++ to be honest i still can't see visible changes... But it's totally fine because everything takes time and i have to be patient!🩵 My muscles are still working hard to achieve my goal ❤️

    I just completed the workout for the 1st time.. I will say I thought it would be too easy cause I've always heard everyone say weights are the way to go but I tend to get discouraged when I cant compelte a set with weights so I decided to try without weights and work my way up to it. My arms were burning during this workout and will definitely become a daily addition to my workout. I could definitely see this making a difference with consistency.

    Going to post so I stay accountable, will update as I go (feel free to join me!) :) Doing 1x a day at night before sleeping
    ✅Day 1 - 6/5/2024
    ✅Day 2 - 6/6/2024
    ✅Day 3 - 6/7/2024 (almost didn't do it bc I am so tired but if I can stay up late doing unproductive things, I have no excuse!! so I did it :D)
    ✅Day 4 - 6/8/2024 - I notice my shoulders look more visibly defined and sharper (not in a muscular way, but more so slim and toned). Cool to already see progress!
    ✅Day 5 - 6/9/2024 - It's 3:30AM (because I am studying for 2 tests tomorrow) and I still did it! I oil pull every day so I pair this exercise while I oil pull. This habit stacking makes it "no excuse".
    ✅Day 6 - 6/10/2024 - I ALMOST didn't do today because I am so tired and wanted to just go to bed without doing my night routine, but here I am :') I did it! Today felt more challenging than all the other days. So far my muscles appear more defined, but the arm fat is still there. I'm sure over time and consistency it'll go away :)
    ✅Day 7 - 6/11/2024 - for some reason today felt harder than the other days but I pushed through
    💖6/12-6/14 - taking a break today and likely the next 2 days because I'll be traveling to do a big talk and want to prioritize rest

    I been doing this for 6 days now
    Day one:The burn is crazy I had to put my arms down 😂
    2:no progress burns still
    3:a little less wobbly and stuff 😂
    Day 4:pretty much the same delt with the burn from now
    Day 5:yea it has a slight difference
    Day 6: finishes!
    Day 7:It definitely has slight changes

      I would recommend to do this workout for about 2 weeks or even more if you want to challenge yourself!

    I love your short 10 to 15 min. videos - they work the whole body, and I can always find time to do exercises. I used to do the longer videos, but life always get in the way, but as I age, I find these short videos are great for flexibly. Thanks Kathy

    Starting this workout today and will update y'all on how it goes for me.
    Day 1: ✅ I took one break mid-workout and felt a good burn. My hands are shaking, but I hope it gets better.
    Day 2: ✅ Not much to update today. My hands were still aching from yesterday's workout, so today was a bit challenging, but I managed to push through
    Day 3: ✅
    Day 4: ✅
    Day 5: ✅ I don't really see any visible changes but i lost 2 cm from my arms. 🥰
    Day 6: took a break today
    Day 7: ✅ I can see some progress as I took just 1 break
    Day 8: ✅ I could complete this workout without any break today 🥳 so happy 🤩

    (I do a ten minute work out first, then this)
    1st day: 3 breaks, it burned a lot.
    2nd day: 1 break, it burned on the shoulders but it was easier
    3rd day: no breaks!! it still burns on the shoulders but I did it, good luck on everyone's fitness journey, I wish the best for all of us

    I haven't been exercising for a long time so I'll try this for a week for an easy start
    ✅ Day 1: Did this during my study break. Paused for three times but still made it to the finish!
    ✅ Day 2: I'm proud of myself today because I continued. Exercise made me sweat.

    Obsessed with this! A great burn but didn't throw my touchy neck and shoulders out of place like most do! Plus I was able focus on pulling my abs in, keeping my ribs from splaying out and hips forward. It was like a good posture strengthening plus a safe arm workout. This is gonna be one of my new weekly go-tos! 🤩 THANK YOU

    Собираюсь делать почти каждый день, добавила, где смогла, гантели по 2кг. Совмещаю с диетой и упражнениями на ноги до + ещё один комплекс на руки + не ем за час и после упражнений!
    08.06 Рука: 24,3 см Вес: 58,1 кг
    День 1: ✅ на 6й минуте затошнило, устроила перерыв в 2. ЗАКОНЧИЛА и мне реально ПЛОХО. Но быстро начала отходить. Гантели появились только на первых минутах, дальше я сдалась. Завтра делать не буду, вернусь к этому в понедельник ⭐
    ✅ сделала другой комплекс ещё на вечер!
    День 2: ✅ Я ВСЕХ ОБМАНУЛА И СДЕЛАЛА СЕГОДНЯ ТОЖЕ! А ЕЩЁ МЕНЯ НЕ ЗАТОШНИЛО!!! Стало проще, взяла снова гантели, всё ещё нахожу предпоследнее упражнение с ладошками самым трудным т-т В любом случае это только начало пути
    ✅ сделала другой комплекс на вечер! Свело руку, больно( Но я собой горжусь!
    День 3: ✅ готово! Предпоследнее упражнение стало делать легче! Гантели всё ещё в чате :)
    ✅ второй комплекс вечером - болит рука, но нас это не сломит!
    День 4: ✅ Стало резко очень тяжело, делала утром :_ Не сдаёмся!
    ✅ вечерний комплекс готов!
    День 5: ✅ готово! С гантелями совсем не просто, но по сравнению с первым днём - я прям крутая!
    ✅ вечерний комплекс готов!
    День 6: ✅✅
    День 7: ✅ Предпоследнее упражнение уже не такое и страшное :D
    ✅ стало совсем просто

    Hey guys so I'm going to try to be doing this every day! Here we go:
    Day 1: DEFINITELY BURNED! Already two mins in and my arms are dead, but I kept going lol
    Day 2: Man, did that burn. But it got a little bit better and I'm starting to notice a change in my arms.
    Day 3: I can definitely see a change in my arms. It still burned just a bit tho
    Day 4: it still burns but it's a lot more slimmer.

    Day1:✅️ I feel the burn🔥🔥 🔥I had so many breaks though 😢
    Day2✅️: I had a long day, but I had to do this before bed.
    I still felt the BURN
    Day3✅️: This time, I did my best to try and take fewer breaks, though my arms were on fire 🔥 but I love the burn!!
    Day4✅️:I had a really long day but I couldn't sleep without doing this. So this time, I forced myself to take no breaks, but I took 2 to 3 breaks. The burn was still there🔥
    Day5✅️: Took no breaks, Still felt the burn🔥
    Day6✅️:still took no breaks though the burn wasn't as before but it was still there
    Day7✅️: felt the burn but did it twice
    Measurement-> 30.00cm
