I have been slacking a lot & today is my first day back to working out, it’s been a while. I got through the full workout in one go!
Day 1: It was easy and it was fun! My stomach is on fire and I'm sweating!
Day 2: I already feel like a pro! I didn't have to take as many breaks as yesterday. Yesterday I took like 5-7 breaks. Today I took 2 breaks! I feel really good!
Day 3: Took exams and packed for a trip all day! I'll be back!
Day 4: I love this workout! I not only feel it in my stomach but in my thighs! I looked in the mirror today and I'm not kidding, I already see results!!
Day 5: Got home from a trip at 12 at night! I will be back!
Day 6: A busy day today but I went on a light jog and walk today with a waist trainer!
Day 7: I notice a difference! My stomach is getting smaller and I'm losing my waist/love handles.
Day 8: I'm getting confidence for once lol. My stomach is slowly but surely getting smaller and like I said, my love handles are becoming more and more less visible.
Day 9: HI GUYS!! IM BACK!! THERE WAS A RAT IN MY HOUSE AND I WAS TO SCARED TO WORKOUT BUT IM BACK AND READY🤣🤣! The workout is working and I notice a BIG difference. My stomach is smaller like I said I’m gonna keep going!
Day 10: I did the workout today on my couch because I'm still scared ahahah. For some reason I sweated more than usual when doing this. I feel really good again. My stomach is slowly but surely showing results.

Hi Guys! It’s June 27, 2022 and this workout definitely works. My stomach is giant and not a medium sized belly. I have a 3d pot belly and my belly is starting to sag and I’m starting to have a lot of loose skin. So YES!!! This workout is perfect. Still doing it until I get the belly I want!

hi Rebecca!! I absolutely love this workout and how amazing you are in this but i have a problem - my back always really hurts after most these excercises, like the v sit pulses and the side to side plank. is there anything I can do to change that ??

Ok so its my first day and i i absolutely love you. So i just quit gymnastics, 2 wks ago and my body is getting a little out of shape so i wanna prevent that beforehand. Basically ive tried other people but the workouts felt as if they were dragging on FOREVER all you heard was the timer from the beeps and 30 seconds felt like 2 minutes. With the way you keep talking and dont let there be silence is so perfect because 1. Im never bored and 2. The time goes SO fast. Time is up before i even know it.
Day 1 : loved it and have hope, didn't hurt too bad but definitely did alot.
Day 2 : idek i mean i feel discouraged but probably because its 11:00 at night, and im tired. But we'll see how it is tomorrow
Day 3 : wow omg so today i was more into it, less tired and its 10:18 pm right now, im feeling the burn and have hope!! Im so in love with this and am going to hold myself to this workout, i am definitely changing my eating habits and portions a bit and well im so glad!
Day 4 : so today i did the workout earlier starting at 9:32. I had defined abs before especially as a gymnast and all, but im turning 14 in ten days and i lost my abs a bit, now theyre being more visibly defined thanks to your workout 💓 today i was proud because i pushed through and did not allow a break even though it was SO tempting today. Ill update you guys tomorrow

Love this, but what can I do instead of v sit pulses? My coccyx wont allow me to put any pressure on that area unfortunately. Any suggestions on what exercise I can exchange it with? :)
Hi Rebecca this was a good workout but i think i had to do more advance one. i did the small waist off yesterday also. thats a GREAT workout! wrist get tension pain but as i sad its get stronger. and tomorrow some cardio too!!! woohoo!!!!! love you take care.

I did my second routine of this lower ab workout and wow I can feel.the burn. I feel myself getting stronger and getting through the whole 10 minute without rest in between. This is a killer workout. Thank you im looking at some of your other workouts as well.
