I've been doing some walk indoor videos for about the past month and decided to add some muscle targeting stuff in the last week. I have done this video twice an love it, I can really feel it. Omg Rebecca!! I've been alternating your workouts so I use a different one each day of the week, but I've been doing the dumbell shoulder press and the curl press lifts alone a few times a day every day for a week and my shoulders are so defined!! The rest of my arms still look flabby but my shoulders are BOSS! So for anyone else: as Rebecca says, if you are no longer being challenged by the workout, add weight! I was doing those two workouts on autopilot at 2 lbs, then 3 lbs, but as soon as I changed to 5 lbs, my muscles really felt it and started growing!

I am gonna start this workout after 3 days and I promise will update....everyday for 10 days...
Day 1....I am not able to do that continuesly...my hands are feeling the burn....today is detox day too...so no cooked food
Day2 today was little easy.....I felt the burn ....I am happy and waiting for the resutls my upper body is bulky....we hope for good results....all the best to me ..yayy
Day3 was best till date....I feel my arms became tight and strong....more power to me ....I am happy I want to be more and more strong ....upper body strength is key to complete this excrieses....
Day 4 It was amazing doing this excrises my arms look more toned and bulgyness is no more I will continue this for more 6 days and ready to feel fit....

I feel really happy and excited whenever I see an upper body workout get uploaded because that's the part of my body that I would love to make stronger. Thank you Rebecca thank you! 😊 & I honestly have to say using water bottles to workout is no joke. They may be light in general but use them in a workout and your arms will burn like MAD! Never underestimate water bottles people!

I agree. I subbed them for 2 lb weights because they were handy and I felt the BURN.

ive followed your workouts for 6 YEARS. i didnt know my arms could look like this - i remember when i started doing ur workouts at uni in my local gym, and i built muscle and shoulders instntly. 6 yrs later and i look and feel better than ever - tHankYoU ReBeCA!!!!!!!!!

OMG, I finally got around to this one. I was able to do everything but had to switch 8lb dumbbells to 5lbs when doing V lifts. It was a killer! Hope one day I can do this workout with 8lb dumbbells all the way through. Great workouts! Thank you, Rebecca! I missed Maldives, was there 4yrs ago at Four Seasons and Jumeriah Vitaveli. Beautiful place!

Man this is the best back / shoulder / chest workout in a short amount of time. I still can’t do it all the way through w/o stopping a few times even with 5lb

Hi Rebecca, I love your work outs and have been doing them for years 😊Can you do a arm work out with heavy weights? Or a strength training interval work out with heavier weights?
Kayla Joy It doesn't matter because the exercises are the same. You should use heavier weights with the same regular workouts
