Haha i still remember i used to cuss Rebecca out especally when she would ask us to hold the weights still in mid-air. Now am happy to say i can do it and have graduated to >1 kg weights :) I'm 52 and would like to minimize muscle loss that comes with ageing.

Wow! Just finish this workout, those arms were killers. I am definitely seeing the results which I have been wanting for the long time. Those "bingo wings" are slowly disappearing. lol. I work out to one of your videos five days a week. Enjoy them tremendously.

My arms were certainly burning! Your videos are the best and most comprehensive of the workouts that I have tried. I see results after only one workout! I was recently confined to bed with a bad hip flexor strain and have completed my physical therapy, so I was wondering if you had any suggestions on simple lower body workouts that will not aggravate my healing hip?

Melissa, By now you probably have fab legs from doing Rebecca's leg workouts, but just in case, I have been doing all of Rebecca's leg workouts & wow what a difference I see in my legs, super toned & very shapely, I'm sure your's are too:)

nadine rowland yes. 2-3 rounds should be good. Then after 8-12 weeks either you will need to increase weight or change to other moves.

Does anyone know how I stop the snapping/popping sound in my arm? Idk why it happens everytime I lift my arms. I've tried using lighter weights but it still happens. It's hard because I want to lift heavier weights and use my barbell at home but this popping thing it prrventing me from working out my arms. I've been lifting as low as 4 lbs.
it happens to me too, when i work on my triceps. I think it's normal, just don't push your body too hard, and be careful.

That used to happen to me a while back, but the more I worked out it stopped eventually
