Day 3 Complete! I had 15 minutes before the next meeting. I could have scrolled social media but chose to do this instead. Much more productive ... and uplifting!

I’m 72 Years young. I recently started back with your workout and love them. The arm ones really show results, I like to work on tummy, back are bra area as I have big girls. Love the standing workouts.

I had neck surgery December 1, and last week just started lifting light dumbbell weights again! Went to your channel this morning and did this video, will do it daily for the next two weeks! After getting in a sweating cardio TeamBurn workout in, I decided I wanted some arm workouts. So I got in a 6 min sculpted arm and 12 min shredded arms workout! I had great strength day today. So thrilled! I was able to use a variety of weights for different arm movements, plus, I’ve increased my weights bit! So excited that today was a good work out day! Thank you for the encouragement, the energy you bring, and the variety of workouts! 💪🏼💪🏼
