30 Minute SQUAT MARATHON Kettlebell LEG Workout ( 🥵DIEHARDS ONLY!🥵)

- In this challenging 30 Minute SQUAT MARATHON Kettlebell LEG Workout we will have 13x Rounds Of Goblet Squats in total….MADNESS! And of course to make ik a bit more effective and diverse we will add different leg exercises between these 13x sets of Squats. We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds long and there will be a 20 second rest.
In this workout there are no water-breaks so keep that in mind and push though!
You can Simply Increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells / Weights.
In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”

Yes to all of this! I went heavy on the squats and was raining sweat. I love leg workouts and this was a hell of a leg workout! Can't wait to try the lunge marathon! Also did kettlebell upperbody from the force series after this and I'm beat! 🥵 Thanks for all the great, challenging workouts.

For someone who gets bored easily this workout was a pain in the butt my legs and glutes where on fire the pump is legit my glutes have been growing all thanks to you you are incredible and so is your workouts I pushed myself through the whole workout even though I was sweating like crazy thanks for the dedication ❤😂now my glutes are finally growing

Loved this Daniel, thank you! I've been meaning to do it for a while but waited til I had lots of energy! I used a dumbbell for some of the moves as I've never been great at holding a kettlebell in the rack position due to my wrist hurting. But by modifying certain moves I didn't lose any of the benefits or enjoyment and was really proud of myself in getting this workout done! Awesome workout thank you!

This w/o was brutal in a good way😁. I had planned some upper body stuff for today but my lower back is very tight after this and I am exhausted even with a slightly longer rest in-between reps and no water break..Squat #13 couldn't come faster😵💫. Thank you 🏋️

What a fun idea going for gold on the squats! And the music was great. I'm doing this as an add-on to my other planned workout tomorrow. I would love if you did an upper body workout where it was overhead press or clean and press every other exercise (or pushups?) instead of squats. Because squats and overhead press (and clean and press) are my favorite exercises along with pushups :-)

amazingingly tough but great . Two questions though Daniel
1) how much does it matter that I hold the KB ball side up ? holding the goblet by the grips really hurts my wrists.
2) how do you protect your knees in that cross lunge ? the front one really felt like something is going to snap so did with no weight.

1. properly your technique can improve with the grip. your hand , wrist and forearm should be in one straight line. The belly of the KB is basically lying against your upper arm while you are keeping the elbow Solid against the ribcage.
2. There is no protection needed when your joints and muscles are prepared for the movements. When you are doing the proper Lower body strength routine 2-3x week your muscles and joints are able to handle this movements because this is basically a reverse lunge with more focus on the glute and hip, The knee remains almost in one line with the front foot.
