KETTLEBELL BACK follow along Workout

- This 20 minute kettlebell back workout contains 20 movements. We will be doing each movement for 40 seconds long and with 20 seconds rest in between the movements. This workout routine will target the back muscles from different angles.
If you want to increase the intensity of this workout you can simply increase the weights of the kettlebell that you are using or/and add 2-3 more rounds to this workout so you can increase the volume of the workout.
In this workout I'm using a 12kg, 16kg an 20kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :

1. Stiff Leg Deadlift
2. Bent Over Row (L)
3. Bent Over Row (R)
4. Landmine Row
5. Bent Over Take Over
6. Pullover
7. Single Arm Pullover (L)
8. Single Arm Pullover (R)
9. Hover Press
10. Hover To Pullover
11. Elevated PUllover
12. Back Pull (L)
13. Back Pull (R)
14. Single Arm Pause Row (L)
15. Single Arm Pause Row (R)
16. Bent Over Row To Upright Row
17. Kneeling High Row (L)
18. Kneeling High Row (R)
19. Reverse Grip Row (L)
20. Reverse Grip Row (R)

Been doing your workouts for a few months and love them lost 25lbs but I recently had to undergo knee surgery and can’t quite do all the workouts do you have any videos or plan on doing any lower impact videos for people like me?
