40 Min FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | NO Repeat NO Jump ( INTENSE )

  • In this 40 Min FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | NO Repeat NO Jump we will have a 8x bundle of 5x movements in total targeting the entire body . we will have a mixture of isolation, compound and abs/core movements. Each movement will be performed for 40 seconds long and there will be 15 and 20 seconds rest in between.
    The kettlebells that I am Using:
    20KG (Purple on the Left )
    16KG (Yellow in the Middle)
    12KG (Blue on the Right)

    You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.

    I could go mad at Daniel when I think it's over, and somehow, there are 2 more bloody sets!!.

    Freaking killer, workout. Popped up right after I did Julia Reppel's 25 min mobility workout, so went with the flow. What I took from this workout is that, watch what you eat and get good sleep, because I paid for it in this workout, even though I was pretty much on an empty stomach. All I can say is sugar and bread is bad. Especially when you're an O blood type. 1200 calories burnt between both workouts
