HEAVY DUMBBELL HOME LEG WORKOUT | FULL LENGTH FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT | HIIT LEG EXERCISE ROUTINE

  • This 30 min Heavy Dumbbell Home Leg Workout consists out of 3 x blocks of hiit leg exercises .
    Each block contains 3 x giant sets and will be repeated 3x. We will perform each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest.
    GIANT SET 1
    1. Dumbbell Hack Squats
    2. Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlift
    3. Weighted Hip Thrust
    GIANT SET 2
    1. Reverse Lunges (Left Side)
    2. Reverse Lunges (Right Side)
    3. Single Stiff Leg Deadlift
    GIANT SET 3
    1. Single Dumbbell Goblet Squat
    2. Sumo Deadlift Single
    3. Seated Leg Extensions

    I've done it in the last 2 weeks. Great workout! Perhaps more dumbell workouts? Legs, upper body, etc.

    Me morí!😢😅. Admito que no soy fan de los ejercicios de piernas, pues es más el esfuerzo que el disfrute jajaja. Soy team fullbody. Pero wow, aunque sea una vez a la semana debo darle amor a mis piernas solas.

    Phenomenal form! Plus heavy weights. I like lifting heavier. Short and sweet to the point. My workout tomorrow! On,y thing I don’t like is the “hiit” aspect. Lifting is different that cardio for me. I plan to take longer breaks between so my sets are high quality.

    Great legs workout. I combined with warmup and 20mn abs. No need to step into a fitness center anymore. I got more results following your tutorials.

    Awesome workout!!! I was worried my 25 pound dumbbells wouldn't be heavy enough. Boy, was I wrong!!! My legs really felt this one!!! Loved it!!!
