That was great, thanks. I felt that workout and was struggling towards the end. I burned 126 calories as a 5'6" and 135 pound male.
My second workout today but I felt like I needed some more exercise today so I have found this one and I am very happy. Long time didn't workout with Joe. Thank you.
Cheers Joe, my wife and I have just finished this workout. Nice and sweaty before tea time.
I did 16kg too and found it too light for most stuff (I'm not talking all the way through though), but found the curls and push ups a challenge. I tend to do a lot of CL&P, front squat and snatches.
Wasn't planning on this one, I was going to do the dumbbells! It was a great choice tho💪😊

A great set to start the day. I could barely handle this 16kg weight. Unfortunately, I don't have a lighter one, but my maximum heart rate is 161 and I'm alive :) thanks. I will train this set every 2 days.
Done it with 10kg which on some things I found easy (swings) but others I found hard (snatches), but I managed it all so I’m happy :)
Looking forward to trying this. Can this be done daily?
How to determine how much weight of kettlebell that I should use for a start ? I have never used it before.
On your quick 20-minute videos no warm up no cool down just curious? Looks like I already need to be warmed up for when I start one of these? I definitely need a warm up and a stretch.
Always do a warm-up before your training routine. this is important. check @lebestark-official 💗
@AngieZZofficial my question asked if the wo, 20 minutes or less, have the warm up, I know I have to warm up but when I play a fitness workout,I assume warm up and cool down are part of that fitness program. If Joe Wicks doesn't include a warm-up that would be something to know before you start the program.

I'll admit the echo is slightly annoying, but don't let it stop you doing the workout.
Remember he also generously demonstrates the moves physically, so hearing isn't everything.
3 times I’ve done this workout this week and every muscle is fully pumped 💪🫶
