  • Kettlebell Leg Workout At Home | Legs and Glutes Follow along
    This kettlebell leg workout is targeting your legs and glutes. It's a no jumping at home workout consisting out of two blocks lower body exercises. Each block 6 exercises, each exercises will be performed for 40 secs long followed by 20 secs rest. We will do two rounds of each block and completing the workout with and leg and glutes afterburner.
    Please find below the script for today's lower body strength workout at home:
    BLOCK01
    1. GOBLET TO LATERAL LUNGE (R)
    2. GOBLET TO LATERAL LUNGE (L)
    3. GOOD MORNING TO STIFF LEG DEADLIFT
    4. REVERSE TO STATIC LUNGE (R)
    5. REVERSE TO STATIC LUNGE (L)
    6. ALTERNATING HIP THRUST
    BLOCK02
    1. SUMO BOUNCE SQUAT
    2. SWING REVERSE LUNGE
    3. CONTROLLED NARROW SQUAT
    4. STAGGERED SQUAT GOOD MORNING (R)
    5. STAGGERED SQUAT GOOD MORNING (L)
    6. LEAN BACK LEG EXTENSION
    AFTER BURN
    1. KETTLEBELL HIKE
    2. DEADLIFT BACK STEP
    3. BEHIND THE NECK KNEE LUNGE

      Thanks Bantham, I know how much you are all appreciating my shouting however as I am shooting also all the videos for the HomeGym with shouting as well as giving the live classes, I need to make sure to not overuse my voice which is why I need to cut it for some of the videos here on UA-cam. Keep it up and keep challenging yourself!! :D

      Thanks Nicole, I knooow but my voice need some rest with all the other content I am doing for the HomeGym. I might bring it back at some point but for now I need to prioritize my energy a little. Thanks for understanding!

    Your workouts are probably the only at home work outs that make me feel like I don't need to physically be in the gym. The pace is nice and the mix of exercises keeps me motivated.

    Absolutely loved this - such a great strength workout for the legs and glutes, I got up to 20KG on some of the exercises. I met up with a friend in the park today who couldn't believe I'm going to be 49 years old in May - this is a big part to having a good physique thanks to you and other trainers and my hard work! :)

    This was brutal. I can totally understand why u didn't want to talk for this one :D Would u consider doing a lower body kettlebell that's knee friendly? Or have I missed that one in my search.

      I appreciate that. With shooting a lot of content for the HomeGym and the live classes I need to balance my energy a little at this point and watch out for my voice.     The exceresize you lean back hurts my knees it feels like they are being pushed up from beneath.

      Maybe try to put a pillow or a mat under your knees sometimes that does help with the knee pain! :)
