Dumbbell LEG workout | Quads, Hamstrings & Glutes Workout | Force Series DanielPT

- In this challenging Dumbbell LEG workout we will be working with Giant-sets. Each giant set contains 3x movements. We will be performing each movement for 50 seconds long and will have only 15 seconds rest between the movements. After each Giant-set there will be a 25 second rest. This workout is a high volume workout with a lot of squats, lunges and deadlifts!
I am using 2x 17kg dumbbells for this workout and also a yoga block for a couple of movements. If you don't have a Yoga Block you can instead use a weight plate or a thick book!
Intensity Recommendation:

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
If you wanna do it right, invest is a set of adjustable dumbbell set (2x32kg) then you’ll have enough weights to progress for a while

Every time you smiled, I grimaced, every time you laughed, I screamed, and I cried from minute 10 to minute 35. This might be the most miserable leg workout on the planet. GREAT WORK. So decided to do this in 110 degree weather with my 30lb dumbells. 😅 But I was able to complete it with a few extra breaks. Love it! My legs were shaking before even half way. I almost dropped in weightbut decided to take a small 20 second break here and there and push on with the 30lbs! Thank You!
