This was a good workout. I love the H.I.I.T. aspect, especially being a cyclist who is trying to burn more calories and stay lean. There were a few exercises I could not do due to lack of coordination or difficulty - namely the break dancer move. Most of the exercises were doable. Thanks, Daniel!
