Just wanted to say thank you. My 3 year old autistic son loves, watching/listening to your videos. He uses them along with his mum, who is now using this two times a day to help her look better for her wedding day. As a result he joins in and puts on your videos when he feels the mood grab him. So huge thank you from all of us here
I am fast approaching my 66th birthday and ten years ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. However, I am determined not to give in to this disease and your workouts are helping me enormously, especially when the weather is bad and I can't get out.. I teach Zumba Friday, Saturday, and Sundays! I find it hard to get anything in during the week. With your videos I get a good workout, easy to fit them in my busy schedule, drenched in sweat, and most of the time can do them before work at 5am. Love the videos!
