Add more fast paced steps to your day and get fit walking the pounds away! This fast one mile power indoor walking workout will help you stick with your walking routine no matter what the weather is like outside. We'll also help you prevent joint strain by mixing up your moves while you walk in a small space. We'll increase your calorie burn with higher intensity interval training to burn more calories in less time - all while walking!
We're going to power things up for this mile so be ready to start walking at a brisk pace once you hit play! Try one of our stretching routines to cool down or head on to another cardio or strength session as soon as we're done.

This was my walk for this morning it was another great walk as always I love these walks I always have fun they are short but very effective I got my heart rate up and I got a walk in all in a shorter amount of time it feels good to wake up and move my body before I start my day thanks for walking with me this morning Jessica have a great Wednesday 😀

Really enjoyed doing this one it was fun and not hard now a really good warm up. I have signed up for a vertical run for charity in December. It is to run up the tallest building in Hong Kong. I will be doing the 'fun" option and my aim is just to complete it. I will run some and walk some it is 118 floors. I wouldn't have even thought about doing this 5 months ago let alone sign up for it. Thank you Jessica for helping me get fit again.

And it's nice NOT to have loud music, plus the track on this video is more melodic then on some. For fun, once I've listened to your instructions on your videos sometimes I mute the sound and play other music such as upbeat Mozart, or swing music from the 40's. =)

I did have fun with this quick mile, especially running to the finish line at the end! The intervals spiked my heart rate moderately. I will keep this one in mind if I need a good warm-up on a cardio day. I hope Peanut got a nice long walk afterward.
The interval jogging in this short fast one mile workout increases the calorie burn for those of us that like to push ourselves just that little bit harder. A lovely complement to the other two one miles walks that you've also posted recently on U Tube. Thanks again Jessica!

Thanks for these great, short workouts. I work out regularly, but just got a FitBit and realized how little I move *at all* when I'm not at the gym! It's easy to squeeze in a few of your mile walks/quick walks during the day (I work from home), so thank you for these!

I loved this work out! I had an elbow fracture back in May which required 2 surgeries. I love working out and being active, however, due to my injury I could not do a thing. I'm getting back on the saddle and this video gave me hope. I did it and loved it! Thank you for this gift!

I haven't worked out in ages... I got my first job and moved to my proper fat and I'm still struggling with feeling exhausted after a day of work and not sleeping enough, because I want to enjoy some free time in the evenings after grocery shopping and house work...good thing is I don't have a car so I walk 15 minutes to the train station twice a day and I use my bike to go grocery shopping about twice a week (15 minutes one way). Still this is not enough and I know that I'm losing strength.
This weekend I'm at home and I saw this nice short low impact workout...I thought it would be great to get back into it and even as my motivation was low, I managed to commit for 15 minutes :) Thank you so much and as a working grown up I do appreciate your shorter workouts (as a lazy student I aimed more for 25-30 minute workouts ;) )!

Definitely had fun with this mile. It was super fast and super exciting. I love new walking workouts, even though this did have some jogging (which I didn't do). I was slightly out of breath the whole time, but those intervals! WHOO! I started out with the strength/cardio mash-up you had mentioned and then did this, so I was super warmed up. This video is my fav so far, i love the intervals, moves, length...etc and love love love the music but there is one problem with it...it's too quiet

loved this mile. When I have to travel for work, I make sure to do your online videos since some hotels do not have DVD players and my work laptop does not have a CD player. However, I do your 5 mile 10,000 step DVD 5 days a week, religiously. I like to turn it up a notch in what I call "beastmode". I will take your side to side steps and do them in a low squat sitting position, therefore bumping up the burn in my buns and thighs. And as you know, we do the side to side steps and variation A LOT in every mile. Think of how fast we do those side to side steps! My bottom has definitely lifted from doing this. I love how you are able to change up the miles in the DVD as this keeps things from getting boring and confuses your body too by not doing the same routine in the same order over and over. Definitely a fan!!

Did this today along with the 2 Work it Out workouts.
Perfect workout I did whole thing and rewound to 7.5 minute mark and repeated second half. Perfect for me after recovering from a cold since high heartbeats can make u re activate that annoying cough. And perfect for me since I am almost #20WeeksPregnant because I have to go to the ladies room every 10 minutes when bouncing lol. I added propulsion to the double side step and it amped it up. Not my usual crazy day but perfect for a recovering mom to be. #pregnancyCardio #walkingworkout #walking #jogging #healthyhotair

Fun workout! I have another option choice instead of the low impact, whenever Jessica does high impact, I jump on my mini trampoline! Lots of fun! I even enjoy jumping jacks on it!! Anyway, hope this helps somebody!!
