Started following a few days, when I wasn't able to get to take my usual walk because of bad weather, and I must say I enjoyed the walking low impact w/intervals workout so much that I've been doing them even I can go out to walk. I'm able to get that good cardio in without putting too much strain on my body. This is a great solution for someone who suffers with an illness that affects the bones and joints, like I do!

I felt I needed a quick mile in, as I haven't moved around much today. My 6 year old started out doing it with me, but then got frustrated because she couldn't figure out some of the moves. But she tried! Now on to my Summer of Strength workout! :)

I am very very out of shape due to medical conditions so i was looking for a cardio workout that could help me getting slowly back into shape and this one was great ! no pain in any joints, I didn't got out of breath two seconds in and I was able to complete it without faltering ! I really love your workout and how diverse they are. As a complete beginner I really like them and you always keep me motivated. Thank you :)

Good warmup before my strength training workout. I still miss seeing Peanut. I hope she'll be back soon. And I hope you'll still be offering longer more intense workout. I'd love some more HIIT and strength training workouts. You are awesome though as always!

This was a great warm up for your Indoor Jog workout! I need a longer warm up for the jogging or my calves lock down -- ouch!! This is the perfect length and intensity to get me revved for more cardio fun!
Okay, what is there not to like about this workout!?!?!? It was the bomb! I am so swamped with studying to think of exercise makes me cringe because not studying but now I can do something and feel great afterwards! I loved this workout! You can step it up or keep low key! YOU DID IT AGAIN!
Hey jessica :) I must say IM IN LOVE with all your workout walking videos !! especially the 1 mile workouts !! how you motivate us to complete the 1 mile is just so great.
as for me I discovered your videos last year but didn't lose weight so I gave up working out and eating healthy altogether .. I knew why I couldn't lose weight like normal people would if they'd been eating and exercising the way I was because a couple a months later I was diagnosed with pcos which makes it SUPER hard for me to lose weight and I have to follow a certain diet ( paleo) to actually control the symptoms and lose weight , and now a couple of months after I knew I'm planning on exercising with you again with my new eating habits (paleo) that would hopefully control all my pcos symptoms and I just wanna say that you never fail to motivate me and make me smile during your videos..Thank you so much:)

I LOVE this. Thanks. I have back problems with muscles tensing up and spasms because of scoliosis and I have to watch what I do. This causes no pain. I can do it during my breaks when I work from home and it keeps me moving. Thanks.
is it alright to do this work out if I have back pain I have difficulty in walking as I lose balance
