So grateful for Leslie Sansone & Walk away the pounds. For years I tried running, cardio-fit exercises but no other program has given the results like this one! Started 3 times a week 22+ years ago & now 5-6 days during this pandemic. Good job. You can do it. Get rid of sugar. Eat sugar free. Eat one big salad and 2 other veggies everyday and dont eat 3 hours before bed. Do this video and drink water. This was a diet lifestyle given by a doctor. The sugar foods keep you hungry so get rid of them and the salad and 2 veggies fill up up, so you eat less calories.

I’m 15 years old, 5’2” and I used to weigh 155 lbs. I began running and eating healthier, now I weigh 135! When I don’t feel like running or do super strenuous exercise, Leslie’s videos help keep me moving.
za ina I began to incorporate more fruits and vegetables in my diet and ate less in general (smaller serving sizes). One thing I HIGHLY recommend is not watching any TV/UA-cam or talking while eating, that way you focus more on the food and how you feel. You get full really quickly, so you eat less. I also began running a couple times a week (1-2 miles). I wasn’t very consistent, and if I was more consistent or hardcore, I could’ve lost much more weight, much quicker. I still made some great progress. Good luck!

My MOST favorite exercise ever!! I don't have to go out on cold or hot days and yet walk 1, 3, 5 miles in the comfort of my own house. Not to mention that I love Leslie, God bless her, she's an amazing teacher.
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Leslie and her team. I am an overweight 50 something woman from Ireland with arthritis in my limbs most due to the pressure from body shape of heavy thighs and arms. Since lockdown I decided it’s time to try and do something about it and went in search online. I was so fortunate to come upon this 15min walk and the fantastic motivation within it and am now able to move parts of my body that were once seized up and painful. My house is full of kids and grown people most of the time, I don't like doing my exercises in front of other people and today I was getting so depressed because I could see MY time slipping away. I've been walking with you, din 1 -5 miles for several weeks and I didn't want to stop. Then I realized and took to heart what you said; I can make it my own! I just did the one mile happy walk IN MY BATHROOM! No one bothered me and I'm so happy that I was able to do something just for me on this hectic day. I love you Leslie! Back to Leslie after starting with her on my fintess journey years ago. Bad habits and chronic health issues have got me down, really down. I think if i incorporate even 15 minutes a day I can be better.
From October to December, I had massive lung infection that almost killed me. I lost 45 lbs during that time. I had three lung surgeries. I was told to strengthen my lung by using these videos. I made it through the video and my lung hurts but I have to keep it up. Thank you!

This was the very first exercise I did and enjoyed so much that I stuck to it..when I was at 180 lbs a few years ago. Dropped down to 140 lbs and even less in a short time with these workouts!! now i'm slightly out of shape again and coming back to this. Love it so much it makes me look forward to exercising because its so much fun!!

I am an obese, sedentary person that needs to start getting active again. I joined a "Minute a day" walking challenge for the month of August on TikTok, but wasn't right for me. I remembered "Walk away the pounds" and discovered all this wonderful, new walks. I did 1 mile of the 2 mile walk yesterday, but tried the Happy Walk today. Wow! Even not pushing as hard as on here, I worked up a sweat--and did my mile!! Thank you, Leslie and the walkers for encouraging me that "anyone can just walk"!
This is wonderful workout..i m doing these mile walks without any laziness..i was 63kg..now withing 2 weeks i m 60.5kg now..but im not only doing these things..for that two weeks i didn't eat suger,wheat flour and higly oil foods..i didn't eat fatty foods..but i didn't skip my meals..i took my meals healthily..i belive only exercises are not enough to weight lost..our foods are very important to weight loss..i m really happy now and i hope to continue this shedule for one month because my target is 55kg..thanks lesilee for ths amazing workouts..thanks all

@@sujatajindia1542 hi..i took rice..but only little amount..about 1 cup of rice..but after day by day i reduce that to half cup..for dinner i ate vegetables,sometimes soup.for breakfast i almost everyday ate oats meal..but i have gastric conditions.so i have to eat rice at least once a day..no matter eating rice little amout for breakfast and lunch..avoid rice or any other heavy food to.dinner..drink more water..i didn't take tea with suger..only green tea at tea time..ate more fruits and vegetables..sometimes peanuts for tea time..

I read scripture Straight out of the NKJV Every Night. Sunday -Saturday Two Scriptures of Old, M-F one chapter of New Sun. Sat 1-4 scriptures of Psalms. Not just read but Teaching from these scriptures and it gets us the whole Bible in one Year.

I have PTSD and it is hard for me to go outside. So iv been doing this three times a week to keep moving. Some days are harder then others but i get it done.

2 weeks ago I couldn't even walk down stairs without losing my breath..... sure as heck couldn't do this video. I started taking water aerobics classes in the morning and working what I can in the gym. ... I've lost almost 20lbs...... today I couldn't get to the gym so I tried this video and I'm so proud that I could do this without! When you said I did a mile in muscle workout I almost cried, because I was so happy. I've done this video twice today so that I can get my steps in..... love it!

This walk was my start into getting fit - at 51 years old! I huffed and puffed my way through it, and now after six months I exercise every day for at least 45 minutes. I am in the best shape of my life thanks to FINALLY finding something that I enjoy and can stick with!
Actually one of my dreams is to go running somewhere in my home country there’s no good streets to run and it’s too hot out here u can’t even walk and finally in winter it’s full of mud in summer it’s full of dust so guys you are literally lucky cause u have place to run 😀💗😂

I literally don't want anyone walking into the room when I'm doing her videos 🤣 but darn it, she has this exercise down to a science. Get fit easy and she gives good instruction. She is consistent. Alright people. I started this 7-9-18, and did it daily except maybe 1 day i skipped and swam instead. I have lost 10lbs in 9 days. i changed my eating habits too and increased my water intake

I do this in the AM and then the 20min fat burning walk at night. I’m trying to lose weight and strengthen my knees for my knee replacement in June. I can’t believe how much better both of my arthritic knees feel after only a week or so of these workouts! Plus I am losing weight (along with intermittent fasting and NO fast food :)!). Now, I still have to modify the movements a little but I still get my heart rate up! If I can do this workout anyone can!

Here in 2022! Just did my first video with Leslie, and she changed my life. I am visually impaired, just moved to a new place without my cardio equipment and have been struggling to find some thing as a replacement. This video gave me an amazing workout and only 15 minutes. Im 31 years old, 220 pounds muscular and in pretty good shape and I do this. I dont see why a lot of men find shame in this stuff. Ive done it a lot. It works and allows me to keep my gains.

Did this for the first time today. I am wwwwaaaaayyyyyy out of shape and it kicked my butt, but I stayed with it and completed it. I know that the more I do it the easier it will get. I really enjoyed this and look forward to doing it again!

Back to Leslie after starting with her on my fintess journey years ago. Bad habits and chronic health issues have got me down, really down. I think if i incorporate even 15 minutes a day I can be better.
From October to December, I had massive lung infection that almost killed me. I lost 45 lbs during that time. I had three lung surgeries. I was told to strengthen my lung by using these videos. I made it through the video and my lung hurts but I have to keep it up. Thank you!

This was the very first exercise I did and enjoyed so much that I stuck to it..when I was at 180 lbs a few years ago. Dropped down to 140 lbs and even less in a short time with these workouts!!
now i'm slightly out of shape again and coming back to this. Love it so much it makes me look forward to exercising because its so much fun!!

I am an obese, sedentary person that needs to start getting active again. I joined a "Minute a day" walking challenge for the month of August on TikTok, but wasn't right for me. I remembered "Walk away the pounds" and discovered all this wonderful, new walks. I did 1 mile of the 2 mile walk yesterday, but tried the Happy Walk today. Wow! Even not pushing as hard as on here, I worked up a sweat--and did my mile!! Thank you, Leslie and the walkers for encouraging me that "anyone can just walk"!

This is wonderful workout..i m doing these mile walks without any laziness..i was 63kg..now withing 2 weeks i m 60.5kg now..but im not only doing these things..for that two weeks i didn't eat suger,wheat flour and higly oil foods..i didn't eat fatty foods..but i didn't skip my meals..i took my meals healthily..i belive only exercises are not enough to weight lost..our foods are very important to weight loss..i m really happy now and i hope to continue this shedule for one month because my target is 55kg..thanks lesilee for ths amazing workouts..thanks all

@@sujatajindia1542 hi..i took rice..but only little amount..about 1 cup of rice..but after day by day i reduce that to half cup..for dinner i ate vegetables,sometimes soup.for breakfast i almost everyday ate oats meal..but i have gastric conditions.so i have to eat rice at least once a day..no matter eating rice little amout for breakfast and lunch..avoid rice or any other heavy food to.dinner..drink more water..i didn't take tea with suger..only green tea at tea time..ate more fruits and vegetables..sometimes peanuts for tea time..

Ik this video is old, but I am 140 lbs overweight and have arthritis and this is so easy for me to do. I am trying to get to a point where I can do more exercise but this helps me and it doesn't hurt to do it. Thank you so much.

I read scripture Straight out of the NKJV Every Night. Sunday -Saturday Two Scriptures of Old, M-F one chapter of New Sun. Sat 1-4 scriptures of Psalms. Not just read but Teaching from these scriptures and it gets us the whole Bible in one Year.

I have PTSD and it is hard for me to go outside. So iv been doing this three times a week to keep moving. Some days are harder then others but i get it done.

Me and my grandma used to do these every night and I still do these walks they leave you energized and strong I love walking to these videos
2 weeks ago I couldn't even walk down stairs without losing my breath..... sure as heck couldn't do this video. I started taking water aerobics classes in the morning and working what I can in the gym. ... I've lost almost 20lbs...... today I couldn't get to the gym so I tried this video and I'm so proud that I could do this without! When you said I did a mile in muscle workout I almost cried, because I was so happy. I've done this video twice today so that I can get my steps in..... love it!

There is one guy that I am just about at the point where I can't watch any videos with him. He exercises / dances like a wounded bird with a dumb smile. He ruins it for me.

I literally don't want anyone walking into the room when I'm doing her videos 🤣 but darn it, she has this exercise down to a science. Get fit easy and she gives good instruction. She is consistent. I do this in the AM and then the 20min fat burning walk at night. I’m trying to lose weight and strengthen my knees for my knee replacement in June. I can’t believe how much better both of my arthritic knees feel after only a week or so of these workouts! Plus I am losing weight (along with intermittent fasting and NO fast food :)!). Now, I still have to modify the movements a little but I still get my heart rate up! If I can do this workout anyone can!

Im 31 years old, 220 pounds muscular and in pretty good shape and I do this. I dont see why a lot of men find shame in this stuff. Ive done it a lot. It works and allows me to keep my gains.

Did this for the first time today. I am wwwwaaaaayyyyyy out of shape and it kicked my butt, but I stayed with it and completed it. I know that the more I do it the easier it will get. I really enjoyed this and look forward to doing it again!

Ok. Finally tried this one. It's a workout, for sure and I love that the group does the whole routine, too. I'm not coordinated, but most of the moves are easy to pick up. What I can't do, due to a knee injury, I walk in place. Great workout! Thank you.
