Did this workout yesterday as part of the May Challenge. Thought it would be more dance-y (making me feel uncoordinated), but it wasn't. Got the heart rate up into the zone and I could do it all in my little basement workout space. Love it. Will definitely try this one again. It may move into regular rotation!
I've forgotten how much I love this workout, and STILL remember the moves from 3 years ago. I've ballooned in weight since having my first baby. I'm back to 215.00. My goal is 165 by May. Plan to so this 2x a week or 3x. With strength in between non cardio days. And EAT HEALTHIER.

Was feeling a bit under the weather yesterday, so yesterday was my active rest day. Just took the dog for a walk. Did this today, plus Cardio Abs. Did most of Bootcamp Boogie at the higher impact and Cardio Abs mostly low impact. Whew! Great workouts!

Day 39 of SpringAhead for me but I began with the Day 37 Cardio Bootcamp Boogie as I didn’t get to do this earlier in the week as I got my cardio on that day on a hike. I had forgotten how really good this routine is. Lots of options for different levels of fitness as we progress and get fitter too. This one at only 26 minutes is over so fast too.

I am now 76 years old and going strong, but have osteoporosis issues galore.Thanks to your workouts and others of your colleagues and years of dancing from age 3 or 4 until the present,) I have strong muscle strength helping me to recover more quickly from broken and fractured bone. I was sooo not ready for this. I am beat but I killed it!!
Day 1 DONE! Proud of myself that I stuck with it and didn't give up, man this excess flesh and weight is zapping my endurance. Had to do low impact and go slow, killing me, back in the day I could of done it but not now. Also exercise induced asthma and not having enough money to keep on filling my inhalers suck. But this is just what I need, finally no longer weighing over 300 and don't want to see that number NO MORE!
This routine was great, a lot of the moves were similar to moves back when I used to take dance (tap, jazz, and hip hop). Loved the chasse move.

Glad you took the workout at your own pace (please continue to do that during the challenge) and don't compare yourself to where you used to be.. what matters most is that you are here NOW and you are up and moving. I decided to get a head start on the 30 day challenge since the 14 day challenge almost took the entire month thanks my body catching a cold. Can't wait to see how much stronger I get in the end of November!

Day 1 completed a day late! Going to now do a quick ab workout before joining you tomorrow back on track. Thanks for these videos I work as a teacher and have three kids and find it hard to fit my exercise in but I'm making me a focus for a while so I can feel better about myself.

I'm in! Had an issue with YT on my Wii console, sometimes a video will just stop....I ended up doing the warm-up twice! Anyway, I made it through. I really like this workout and only modified once. Sweated like crazy but felt great when I was done! Although I probably won't do the entire challenge - every other day is my routine - I had to do this one! Will join you all again soon on another video!

This is really one of my favourite workouts from Jessica. It's tough but I feel so good afterwards.
One of my favorite Jessica Smith workouts! I'm having some issues with my elbow and can't use my weights, or only my lighter 5 lb ones, so this is perfect for me right now. Loving the cardio! Thanks again Jessica - you're an awesome trainer!

Did this one again this morning as part of Summer Shape Up. I love it because it's intense and long enough to feel really effective but short enough to be bearable. It's one of my go to cardio workouts when I have to pick one on my own. Saturday is T25 rest day so I added Adriene's Power Yoga and today's Foundations of Yoga was Triangle Pose. Tomorrow is stretch day!
2nd time doing this, and stll can't go whole time without a water break. Good sweat. Thanks, Jessica.

This is indeed an amazing routine and workout. It is such fun and it is over so fast. I have found it to be the perfect partner today for Boogie IT from Walk Strong 3. I was feeling a little low this morning and found it hard to get the energy to move but I did.These two routines got my heart pumping and endorphins flowing and I am feeling on top of the world again. Thanks Jessica for helping me keep the motivation to continue to take care of my body (and mind).
Wow! That was intense. I had to rest a couple times, but I completed Day One of the Fall Fitness Challenge. I had already worked out (with a couple of your other videos) yesterday by the time I signed up for this, so I traded my rest day in for the Day One workout. Ah! This was brutal! I normally do light cardio on days that I can force myself to do cardio at all, but this was no joke. I was tempted to thumb it down so I wouldn't have to return to it, but I'm going to make it a goal to be able to make it all the way through with no breaks or modifications.

Day 1 done. I did this back to back with cardio abs. I was super sweaty! These 2 workouts are always in my rotation. I always love to hear you say; "We are in the home stretch.". It gives me an extra push not to give up.

My old 57 year old body sure did work up a sweat with this. I'm so glad you include low impact versions to everything you do. It keeps me from getting discouraged until I can work up, hopefully, to the higher impact version. If not, I still get a fantastic workout. Thanks for all your videos. I've been doing them for about 2 weeks. No weight loss yet, but I can feel my body changing and I definitely feel better. At my age, that counts more than anything. Thanks again and I love Peanut.
