I have been WFPB for about 1 1/2 years. I have lost approx 40 lbs. In the beginning my husband refused to eat this way. He has now come on board and has lost about 30 lbs. I love this way of eating and appreciate your videos so very much. I am interested in your program but money is a little tight at this time.

Emmie, you have some GREAT points that no one else is sharing! Like having your spaces for your foods as you live with others. I can't and won't ask others to hide their food from me or try to change them. My quest is to find my own healthy way to care for myself while I'm caring for my loved ones.

Hello, do you have lifehacks how to do HCLF at work? It’s just not possible to eat 300 Grams of Pasta in a break of only a half hour. That’s the reason why my last try of going High Carb failed.
How much time do you need to eat a bowl of pasta? 😮

@@Darling_Nicci No but I don’t eat them that fast. And most HCLF Influencers are telling me I need that huge bunch of starches and HCLF will only work when I eat a lot of calories(for example 4000 till 5000 Calories as a male). And because I‘m not used to eat starches(I came from Low Carb) I‘m afraid of eating too fast because of digestion issues eating stuff I don’t used to.
