Do I have to be on a diet when I do this workout
I think it depends on what goal you have. If you wanna only build muscles then no, but if you wanna also be veeeery slim then i think yes (i'm not an expert and may be wrong so don't fully depend on what i wrote)
I’ve been doing this workout (4 weeks) and along with a whole playlist of her Pilate workouts for an hour. And let me just say that these workouts are very effective!! I do these everyday and my body has definitely gotten toner and my waist is definitely slimmer. By doing these Pilate videos, I was able to achieve an abs line in the middle of my stomach, which motivated and encouraged me to do these workouts even more! Everyday, the videos get easier and I promise y’all that these videos work!

I love this one it wasn't easy but not difficult either.After i was done i could feel the effects but i wasn't overly exhausted and i could feel a lift in my mood too. This is just perfect i'm gonna do this every day🥰

My weight before dieting was 55kg, I dieted for a while without doing the videos and I am now at 52.5 kg. My goal weight is 45 kg, so I’m going to try and reach that by dieting and using these videos :)

Day 2: ✅ (my core was still burning from doing this the day before)
Day 3: ❌ had to skip because I had an all day commitment
Day 4: ✅ (I could really feel the burn again)

I am now at the point where I started to find the workout easy, and I definitely notice a change in my body! I’m really happy with the results from this, but I’m not going to stop just yet. To make things more challenging I’m going to move to a different workout plan now but if you’re a beginner, I highly recommend these excercises!

i’ve been working out for a while now and i can say, workout even if you don’t feel like it. i promise you, you’ll feel refreshed and sooo much better knowing you worked out despite the fact you didn’t want to! obviously, there should be rest days; and if you feel VERY tired to the point you can’t move, rest ! but other than that, this has helped me stay consistent:)
