I've been doing this one for awhile now but I don't see any improvement on my hourglass body but I have gotten a lot slimmer also this is just how this exercise effected me it may be different for you 😊@@amiixnnn

@@okamie5155 sorry for the late response but the workouts that worked for me was her hiit workouts and her 15mins Kpop idol body workout. (I do 30-40 mins of workout a day). I’m currently doing the 15min one for 14 days right now it’s been 10 days and I’ve seen a lot of change in my abs and belly fat. Also important thing is your diet if you eat more than 2k cals a day then you won’t see quick results, worst thing possible is you’ll just gain weight while working out and you’ll just be “skinny fat”

doing this workout for 1 week! Day 1: ✅ - I cant believe I did this it really burned and I felt like I was dying but we did it! I liked the warm up and the cooldowns during the video too! 💗 Day 2: ✅ - when I woke up I was a little sore but still got the chance to do it! Ok reading so many positive comments I'm going to start tracking my journey as well! **UPDATES ARE IN THE REPLIES** Starting weight and height: 75kg, 173 cm Day 1 ✅: abs workout (10 minutes) + Full body standing workout (10 minutes) I swear to god i could feel my legs trembling and my stomach sore already. The first workout was much simpler than the second one since I had to take two quick pauses to drink water and catch my breath, though I still struggle to do the double leg raise. I don't think I have enough strength for it now, but hopefully that'll change! Day 2 ✅: this video (10 minutes) + the full standing body workout (10 minutes) I'm just done with today's workout and I'm sweating today as well, I still had to take two quick breaths with the second video but I kept going and I'm done for the day! I don't know if it's because I was sore already, but I feel better than yesterday. Tomorrow I'm probably going to take a rest day since it's been years since I had a constant routine, but I'll definitely be back in two days! Day 3 ✅: Today my stomach and legs felt so sore, I realized that the best option for me to deal with it was not to move slowly Today I had a fast paced walk for 1 hour or so, however I still feel so sore I might take a full on rest day before continuing these exercises :) Day 4✅: Rest day Today I felt much less sore, so I even thought of exercising but I decided to listen to my body's needs and rest I'm excited for tomorrow but scared about working out during ramadan, wish me good luck! Day 8✅: Day 1 Weight Loss Challenge (25 mins i couldn't finish the last 5 mins cause I was busy--) I'm sorry I didn't update you guys yesterday, I completely forgot to do it ⚰️ It was my first day doing 30 mins of exercise instead of 20 so it felt tougher Day 9✅: Day 2 Weight Loss Challenge (30 mins) I think today was the toughest day out of all the others in term of keeping on with the video, I had to take a couple of quick breaks as usual but I felt certain exercises became easier to deal with As of now I feel strained during the exercises but the muscle soreness after them is very little and manageable I don't remember saying it but I plan on weighing myself at the end of every week not to fixate on numbers I'm already in awe at losing 3-4 kgs, and i know that after the 'easier' weight loss there's the muscle definition and I might not lose as much weight because muscles are heavier, but I won't lose hope! Also I forgot to mention this but I exercise and follow a 'diet', I fortunately love fruits and vegetables so I eat plenty of them and I'm gluten intolerant so I can't eat most snacks, but I cut artificial sugar out of my diet by using sweetener and it's honestly a life saver So while exercising i try to eat as healthy as possible but if I crave something I won't stop myself from eating it Remember guys, if you crave a certain food that isn't exactly the healthiest, you can eat it, but eat it until you're satiated, not until you're full Good luck and let's keep going!! Day 10❌: Today I felt far too weak because of ramadan and my calves were killing me I'm going to take a rest day and start exercising during the morning to avoid passing out because of lack of energy-- Day 11 ✅: Day 3 Weight loss Challenge (37 minutes) + 40 mins of fast paced walk Ok this is going to be a pretty personal update Today I woke up with the intention of hyping me up by putting on my cute dresses and appreciating my body, but honestly it had the opposite effect I was pretty disgusted with my figure in those clothes and I ended up finding even more things that I don't like in myself I legitimately don't know what happened but suddenly I felt very down and doubtful about ever being able to achieve the health and body that I strive for It took me an hour or so to calm down and I decided to work out in the morning It honestly feels way more refreshing starting the day by working out, I had heard about it but feeling it is a whole other story I think today was the less stressful workout day, and honestly I needed that :-: I'm going to try and keep in mind that there's always good and bad days, so I'm gonna be hopeful for a better tomorrow! Day 12 ✅: Today is a rest day, and I'm glad it is cause my abdomen is strangely sore I'm looking forward to tomorrow, but I'm also afraid of checking my weight and finding out I haven't changed/I even gained weight ;-; Day 13 ✅: Day 5 weight loss challenge (35 mins) Today was so surprising, I didn't even take a small break and this was a full core body workout However istg my left calf hurts so much I struggled to jump, I think I injured it 🗿 Tomorrow will be the end of the second week of workout and I'm both excited and afraid of weighing myself I know I shouldn't be hard on myself but I'm afraid I'm not doing enough But then again, it's just my second week, I'm going to try and stay positive, I still have a long road ahead! Day 14✅: Day 6 weight loss challenge (35 mins) Today might've been the easiest day yet, I think it's because before starting this challenge I would follow the exact exercise types in the day 6 Playlist However my calf still hurts ong, I basically couldn't put my whole weight on that leg, thankfully tomorrow is a rest day, hopefully it'll go away I'm going to update yall on my weight later, wish me good luck! Day 15✅: Rest day Yesterday I weighed myself and I kept the same weight, so 70kgs,which is not bad At least I maintained my efforts I think the next time I'll workout I'll diversify the exercises even more, maybe by adding different authors However I caught a nasty cold so I'm definitely going to rest until I feel better, and I'll keep updating daily to avoid neglecting this journey :) Day 16❌: Yep guys, I'm still sick and even got a bit of fever, and honestly my abdomen and calf soreness isn't helping 🗿 I genuinely wish I'll get better soon so i can keep on with my journey! Edit: OMG GUYS I JUST WEIGHED MYSELF AND I WEIGH 68,5KG NOW So i haven't worked out in a week or more but I still lost weight, of course it's probably because of Ramadan as well but I'm so happy!! Day 19:✅ Day 2 weight loss challenge (32 mins) My legs were still sore from yesterday but I could do the exercises But istg I don't know if I jump wrong or what cause my legs always feel sore in the wrong places as if I strained them constantly ⚰️ Day 20: ❌ Unfortunately today was a "no" day, I literally woke up at 3pm and didn't feel like doing anything Tomorrow though I'll get up early and workout in the morning, journeys aren't linear and im just experiencing one low, I'm still determined, and so should you!! Day 21❌: Yep, once again it was a "no day" i basically slept all day and didn't feel like doing anything, but honestly even just the fact that I got out of bed to eat is an accomplishment for me!! Day 22: ✅ Day 3 weight loss challenge (37 mins) Today started out amazing actually, I woke up at 8:30 am, i went out and as soon as I got back home I worked out I feel energized and positive, I think I'm going to take a walk after taking a quick shower I'm also going to weigh myself again, I know that it will most likely still be around 69kgs but I'm just so excited honestly! I was thinking that since I skipped many days this week to skip tomorrow's rest day and go over to day 5 of the exercises! Day 23:✅ In the end I made decided to follow the rest day because my glutes and abs were sore but it's okay, I'm very excited about tomorrow! Day 24: ✅ Day 5 weight loss challenge (32 mins) I can still feel my glutes and legs burning, today was so refreshing and I even realized that at this point I don't even take breaks between exercises, I still can't believe I felt exhausted and was sweating a lot following those two videos on the first day I'm excited for tomorrow as well!!
Day 25:✅ Day 6 weight loss challenge (37 mins~) I gotta say that the second video in the Playlist was harder than usual, which I enjoyed as a challenge for myself I also realized that despite still having sore muscles (this time my arms and thighs) I don't feel the need to take additional breaks and can mostly follow all the exercises consecutively This means that I'm building resistance so e even if I can't reach my weight goal within october I'm really happy about getting stronger and proving myself I am capable of change :) But above all, thank God tomorrow's rest day 😩🤚 Day 26:✅ Rest day I'm glad I didn't have to workout cause istg i felt so nauseous i felt I was gonna throw up Day 27:❌ Today i was so nauseous i literally couldn't do much so I had to skip the workout, I feel guilty but to ease it alI I'm trying to listen to my body's needs and eat as healthy as possible Day 28:❌ Now I get why I felt so bad yesterday, I got my period lol Unfortunately while I'm on my period i am in immense pain so I'll wait until I feel better to keep my journey :) Day 29:❌ it's actually been 6 days since my last update and I feel really bad about it These past few weeks have been gloomy, but these past few days specifically were just getting worse and worse I've also been eating junk food and im not proud about it.. I'm gonna be doing this workout until I get the results I want. I'll also go on daily walks, and I'm doing another workout as well! Waist: 73cm Weight: 63,6kg Day 1: Tired sweating quite a lot. The end of the workout, tho was a bit easy, but the start was hard! Day 2: I'm a bit sore from yesterday's workout, but it wasn't too bad, honestly! Day 3: I'm so tired at the end. And I'm seriously so sweaty! Day 4: I think I see some results ngl. My waist looks kinda smaller, but anyways I'm really tired, and my legs hurt a lot at the end. Day 5: Sick. Day 6: Still sick. Day 7: Since I've been sick, I haven't worked out, so I did today. It's harder than the other days, ngl, but I still did it! :] Day 8: I was away the entire day, so I wasn't able to do it. Day 9: That was really hard! But also super nice and satisfying! I think I see some results on my belly as well! c: Day 10: This was so nice to do! And I'm so happy and proud of myself in the end! c: I'm sleeping a lot better after doing these, and my waist has become smaller! Day 11: My acne has gotten a lot better after doing this! And I'm not as tired during the day! Day 12: Rest day. Day 13: These workouts have hotten easier to do, but they are still hard. I also see some results, like my waist getting smaller. :] Day 14 &15: Was at a friend's, so no workout. Day 16: I've completed half a month now! I do see results, some of my old jeans that where to small are now a bit to big, my legs are smaller, my waist is also smaller, and I have more energy, I'm also not as easily annoyed anymore! Day 17: Just got my period, so I took a break. Day 18: Still on my period but did it, skipped the wall tho since I need to study a lot today. Soooo I sadly won't be able to continue since my parents don't want me to work out? For some reason. But here are the results ao far. Weight: 62,3kg Waist: 69cm My skin is also clearer, and my thighs are smaller, + my abs are more visible. Another update, so I currently weigh 59kg, and I'm doing intermediate fasting and going on walks. I also work out when my parents aren't home.

@@okamie5155 sorry for the late response but the workouts that worked for me was her hiit workouts and her 15mins Kpop idol body workout. (I do 30-40 mins of workout a day). I’m currently doing the 15min one for 14 days right now it’s been 10 days and I’ve seen a lot of change in my abs and belly fat. Also important thing is your diet if you eat more than 2k cals a day then you won’t see quick results, worst thing possible is you’ll just gain weight while working out and you’ll just be “skinny fat”

Day 1: ✅ - I cant believe I did this it really burned and I felt like I was dying but we did it! I liked the warm up and the cooldowns during the video too! 💗
Day 2: ✅ - when I woke up I was a little sore but still got the chance to do it! It felt kinda easier today than it was yesterday which was a relief💗 still going strong though 💪
Day 3: ✅ - the one-hundred almost killed me 😭 I felt so sore but I kept going 😄 today was a challenge but we made it through 💪
Day 4: ✅ - I scraped my knee and the exercises where I had to lay on my knee really hurt, but we completed it! 😭 I can see a gap between my thighs and my waist is a bit smaller than what I started with which is good! 💗💗

**UPDATES ARE IN THE REPLIES**
Starting weight and height: 75kg, 173 cm
Day 1 ✅: abs workout (10 minutes) + Full body standing workout (10 minutes)
I swear to god i could feel my legs trembling and my stomach sore already.
The first workout was much simpler than the second one since I had to take two quick pauses to drink water and catch my breath, though I still struggle to do the double leg raise.
I don't think I have enough strength for it now, but hopefully that'll change!
Day 2 ✅: this video (10 minutes) + the full standing body workout (10 minutes)
I'm just done with today's workout and I'm sweating today as well, I still had to take two quick breaths with the second video but I kept going and I'm done for the day!
I don't know if it's because I was sore already, but I feel better than yesterday.
Tomorrow I'm probably going to take a rest day since it's been years since I had a constant routine, but I'll definitely be back in two days!
Day 3 ✅: Today my stomach and legs felt so sore, I realized that the best option for me to deal with it was not to move slowly
Today I had a fast paced walk for 1 hour or so, however I still feel so sore I might take a full on rest day before continuing these exercises :)

It was my first day doing 30 mins of exercise instead of 20 so it felt tougher

I think today was the toughest day out of all the others in term of keeping on with the video, I had to take a couple of quick breaks as usual but I felt certain exercises became easier to deal with
As of now I feel strained during the exercises but the muscle soreness after them is very little and manageable
I don't remember saying it but I plan on weighing myself at the end of every week not to fixate on numbers
I'm already in awe at losing 3-4 kgs, and i know that after the 'easier' weight loss there's the muscle definition and I might not lose as much weight because muscles are heavier, but I won't lose hope!
Also I forgot to mention this but I exercise and follow a 'diet', I fortunately love fruits and vegetables so I eat plenty of them and I'm gluten intolerant so I can't eat most snacks, but I cut artificial sugar out of my diet by using sweetener and it's honestly a life saver
So while exercising i try to eat as healthy as possible but if I crave something I won't stop myself from eating it
Remember guys, if you crave a certain food that isn't exactly the healthiest, you can eat it, but eat it until you're satiated, not until you're full

Day 10❌: Today I felt far too weak because of ramadan and my calves were killing me
I'm going to take a rest day and start exercising during the morning to avoid passing out because of lack of energy--
Day 11 ✅: Day 3 Weight loss Challenge (37 minutes) + 40 mins of fast paced walk
Ok this is going to be a pretty personal update
Today I woke up with the intention of hyping me up by putting on my cute dresses and appreciating my body, but honestly it had the opposite effect
I was pretty disgusted with my figure in those clothes and I ended up finding even more things that I don't like in myself
I legitimately don't know what happened but suddenly I felt very down and doubtful about ever being able to achieve the health and body that I strive for
It took me an hour or so to calm down and I decided to work out in the morning
It honestly feels way more refreshing starting the day by working out, I had heard about it but feeling it is a whole other story
I think today was the less stressful workout day, and honestly I needed that :-:
I'm going to try and keep in mind that there's always good and bad days, so I'm gonna be hopeful for a better tomorrow!
Day 12 ✅: Today is a rest day, and I'm glad it is cause my abdomen is strangely sore
I'm looking forward to tomorrow, but I'm also afraid of checking my weight and finding out I haven't changed/I even gained weight ;-;
Day 13 ✅: Day 5 weight loss challenge (35 mins)
Today was so surprising, I didn't even take a small break and this was a full core body workout
However istg my left calf hurts so much I struggled to jump, I think I injured it 🗿
Tomorrow will be the end of the second week of workout and I'm both excited and afraid of weighing myself
I know I shouldn't be hard on myself but I'm afraid I'm not doing enough
But then again, it's just my second week, I'm going to try and stay positive, I still have a long road ahead!
Day 14✅: Day 6 weight loss challenge (35 mins)
Today might've been the easiest day yet, I think it's because before starting this challenge I would follow the exact exercise types in the day 6 Playlist
However my calf still hurts ong, I basically couldn't put my whole weight on that leg, thankfully tomorrow is a rest day, hopefully it'll go away

Yesterday I weighed myself and I kept the same weight, so 70kgs,which is not bad
At least I maintained my efforts
I think the next time I'll workout I'll diversify the exercises even more, maybe by adding different authors
However I caught a nasty cold so I'm definitely going to rest until I feel better, and I'll keep updating daily to avoid neglecting this journey :)
Day 16❌: Yep guys, I'm still sick and even got a bit of fever, and honestly my abdomen and calf soreness isn't helping 🗿

Day 17❌: it's probably been a week or so since I last worked out because of both my calf injury and the flu, today I'll restart my journey, I'll update yall in the evening!

I finally restarted my workout routine and I feel the need to challenge myself once again, I'll weigh myself today and see if i gained weight during this week in which I didn't workout

My legs were still sore from yesterday but I could do the exercises
But istg I don't know if I jump wrong or what cause my legs always feel sore in the wrong places as if I strained them constantly ⚰️
Day 20: ❌ Unfortunately today was a "no" day, I literally woke up at 3pm and didn't feel like doing anything
Tomorrow though I'll get up early and workout in the morning, journeys aren't linear and im just experiencing one low, I'm still determined, and so should you!!
Day 21❌: Yep, once again it was a "no day" i basically slept all day and didn't feel like doing anything, but honestly even just the fact that I got out of bed to eat is an accomplishment for me!!
Day 22: ✅ Day 3 weight loss challenge (37 mins)
Today started out amazing actually, I woke up at 8:30 am, i went out and as soon as I got back home I worked out
I feel energized and positive, I think I'm going to take a walk after taking a quick shower
I'm also going to weigh myself again, I know that it will most likely still be around 69kgs but I'm just so excited honestly!
I was thinking that since I skipped many days this week to skip tomorrow's rest day and go over to day 5 of the exercises!
Day 23:✅ In the end I made decided to follow the rest day because my glutes and abs were sore but it's okay, I'm very excited about tomorrow!

I can still feel my glutes and legs burning, today was so refreshing and I even realized that at this point I don't even take breaks between exercises, I still can't believe I felt exhausted and was sweating a lot following those two videos on the first day

I gotta say that the second video in the Playlist was harder than usual, which I enjoyed as a challenge for myself
I also realized that despite still having sore muscles (this time my arms and thighs) I don't feel the need to take additional breaks and can mostly follow all the exercises consecutively
This means that I'm building resistance so e even if I can't reach my weight goal within october I'm really happy about getting stronger and proving myself I am capable of change :)
But above all, thank God tomorrow's rest day 😩🤚

I'm glad I didn't have to workout cause istg i felt so nauseous i felt I was gonna throw up
Day 27:❌ Today i was so nauseous i literally couldn't do much so I had to skip the workout, I feel guilty but to ease it alI I'm trying to listen to my body's needs and eat as healthy as possible
Day 28:❌ Now I get why I felt so bad yesterday, I got my period lol
Unfortunately while I'm on my period i am in immense pain so I'll wait until I feel better to keep my journey :)
Day 29:❌ it's actually been 6 days since my last update and I feel really bad about it
These past few weeks have been gloomy, but these past few days specifically were just getting worse and worse
I've also been eating junk food and im not proud about it..
I know that depressive episodes will affect every part of my life, but not working out for this long feels like just another failure to add to the list :'(
I hope life is going to get better soon so I can keep doing my best to survive, in the end II know we're in this together :)
Day 31✅: Day 2 full day body workout (35 mins~) + 22~ minutes of dancing workout
Guys I'm sweating like never before and it's only spring, I'm afraid of how workouts are gonna be like during the summer!

Update: sooooo yesterday I found "The Fitness Marshall" channel that does dancing workouts, and since I'd love to learn how to dance I decided to try it out at 9pm
And guys, not only did I sweat like I never expected in 3 mins, I ALSO HAD SO MUCH FUN

Day 32✅: Day 3 weight loss challenge (37 minutes) + 20 minutes of the fitness marshall videos
I feel like I'm finally getting the hang of the exercises, I can even do the double leg raise now although with difficulty
Also especially in the past few days I've been listening to my body's needs food-wise, and ate small portions until I was satisfied once I got hungry, something I've struggled with for the longest time since I've always tended to binge eat
This is a huge accomplishment and step forward, and I want to acknowledge and celebrate it, so I'll be even more understanding and thankful towards my body and skills :)
Day 33✅: Rest day
I actually wanted to do the dance workout anyway today, but I got hit by a wave of sudden panic and melancholy so I completely forgot to do it
It's basically 3 am rn so i might wake up later than I wanted, but I'll listen to my body and do *my* best tomorrow too :)
Oh and P.S. : Today was the first day i managed not to obsess over food in a long time
I had breakfast, lunch and dinner without binge eating but reaching satiation and even having chocolate cereals and a couple of scoops of ice cream after dinner!
Even though it was a somewhat gloomy day I feel happy about my food choices
Day 34✅: Day 5 Weight loss challenge (25 minutes)
Today I feel pretty down, I woke up late and I don't feel like I put 100% of my efforts on today's workout :'(
But i did workout, so I'm going try and be kinder to myself
Now off I go to take a shower and have breakfast, we can do it!!
Day 35❌: it's been three days since I last worked out, I feel so weird, even though I've been basically been working out for a month it feels absurd that I managed to be somewhat consistent
I don't know if it's my meds that are changing my mood, I'll definitely change them and tell yall about it
There's many things that impact your habits, especially if we're talking about your brain
But I'm not done yet exercising!! I'll keep going!!
Day 36✅: 1 hour of dancing workout
Since I was skipping many days I thought that maybe I needed a change so I just danced all morning!
I had a lot of fun and I also feel like I'm learning something new, but most importantly i sweated ALL HOUR LONG

Doing this workout starting with no motivation.
✅Day 1 : I was really struggling, i felt like dying at every exercise ! but i'm sure the result are going to be worth it !
✅Day 2 : I didn't want to work out today, but i did ! My abs were hurting from yesterday and i thought today would be sooo hard but actually it was more simple ! That motivate me so much ! ( sweating like crazy and shi-)

Day 1: Tired sweating quite a lot. The end of the workout, tho was a bit easy, but the start was hard!
Day 2: I'm a bit sore from yesterday's workout, but it wasn't too bad, honestly!
Day 3: I'm so tired at the end. And I'm seriously so sweaty!
Day 4: I think I see some results ngl. My waist looks kinda smaller, but anyways I'm really tired, and my legs hurt a lot at the end.
Day 5: Sick.
Day 6: Still sick.
Day 7: Since I've been sick, I haven't worked out, so I did today. It's harder than the other days, ngl, but I still did it! :]
Day 8: I was away the entire day, so I wasn't able to do it.
Day 9: That was really hard! But also super nice and satisfying! I think I see some results on my belly as well! c:
Day 10: This was so nice to do! And I'm so happy and proud of myself in the end! c: I'm sleeping a lot better after doing these, and my waist has become smaller!
Day 11: My acne has gotten a lot better after doing this! And I'm not as tired during the day!

Day 13: These workouts have hotten easier to do, but they are still hard. I also see some results, like my waist getting smaller. :]
Day 14 &15: Was at a friend's, so no workout.
Day 16: I've completed half a month now! I do see results, some of my old jeans that where to small are now a bit to big, my legs are smaller, my waist is also smaller, and I have more energy, I'm also not as easily annoyed anymore!
Day 17: Just got my period, so I took a break.
Day 18: Still on my period but did it, skipped the wall tho since I need to study a lot today.
Soooo I sadly won't be able to continue since my parents don't want me to work out? For some reason.
But here are the results ao far.

Waist: 69cm
My skin is also clearer, and my thighs are smaller, + my abs are more visible.
Another update, so I currently weigh 59kg, and I'm doing intermediate fasting and going on walks. I also work out when my parents aren't home.

Day3: Barely broke a sweat! Honestly this is so much fun to do and i look forward to it everyday :) i do feel i am making progress and its honestly the best i have felt all summer
Day4: PLANK TWISTS MY ENEMY i hate them but the rest of the workout is getting pretty easy! My scales batteries wore out so i cant give weight progress but i do feel healthier!
