📌 HOW MANY CALORIES do you burn during this one?
: The number of calories burned during a 10~15 minute home workout can vary based on factors like your weight, intensity of exercises, and specific exercises performed. On average, a moderate- intensity workout may burn around 50 - 300 calories in 15 minutes.
★How many times per week can you workout?
I recommend you do Three or Four times a week ( Ideal ).
But, if you're time constraints, you can do twice a week:)
Make sure to allow your body recovered as well:)

▣ How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.

It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( HEALTHY EATING DOESN'T MEAN GOING HUNGRY)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4) Protein to build muscles and organs
5 )Love yourself

My goal is to do this for 4 weeks.
Day 1: Done! Im sweating!!!
Day 2: Done! Feeling good.

Update: I look less bloated and i can see difference all over my body!!!

Day 13: Skipped today. Had a 30min walk instead.

Two weeks done!! I have lost about 2kg since starting this workout. I am so happy with the results so far!!!!

Day 17: Didnt have time today, but i cycled 15km

THREE WEEKS!!!! One week left, but i will definitely continue this for another month. Seeing amazing progress!

FOUR WEEKS!!!!! This workout has work super well for me and i can see progress all over my body. I have also lost 2-3kg while doing this. I definitely will continue doing this!!!!

Day 1 : done! Did it a bit lightly as it was my first day :)
Day 2 : done!!!! My legs hurt. Took a bit longer breaks. But everything is alright! 🎉

Day 1 (yesterday) - Done! Sweating alot! I feel productive.
Day 2 - Sweating alot, just like yesterday! I feel productive.
Day 3 - Skipped, but did workouts from Chloe ting, Pamela Reif, Lily Sabri, someone else. a 10 min workout from each of them so that makes 40 mins, I also did some cardio at school today for maybe 10-25 minutes.
Day 4 - Skipped, but I ran 4 laps around a field at my school.
Day 5 - Done! I dont really feel like exercising though.
Day 6 - Didnt feel like working out but done.
Day 7 - Went somewhere, skipped.
