for anyone trying to lose weight: incorporate walking! if you walk every day for an extra 30m you will not only feel more relaxed but you will also lose fat and improve your cardiovascular health!
@@Sealalah late comment but try looking into step exercises! it basically lets you take care of walking in the comfort of your room and it can be quite fun!
I'm not the type of person to write such comments, probably because I'm not that consistent, but trust me. I did this workout everyday for a month. It was easier to follow than the rest so I was able to stay consistent. I skipped the weekends and only did it on weekdays. It did wonders. Along with cardio (15-30 mins) I was able to see the formation of those 11 abs and my waist got smaller. I also saw that my thighs and arms looked slimmer than before. Def gonna continue this.
I have been doing this workout since 6 april 2023 and today is day 7 which is i have been doing this workout for 1 week. I'll write down what i feel when i do this workout during the day 1. 💭: I'm doing this workout everyday except for sunday (rest day). I'm 50/51 kg and 158cm. • day 1: I didn't expect to finish this workout without pausing the video. • day 2: i'm in love with this workout video. it's fun and relaxing after the workout. • day 3: same as day 2. • day 4: I'm doing this workout with 8 minutes leg stretching after workout (shirlyn kim) • day 5: I sweat a lot while doing this workout. I'm also trying pilates push ups and it is sooooo hard but fun. • day 6: doing this workout + pilates push ups. i can only do 5 push ups lol. • day 7: doing this workout + pilates push ups. i can do 9 push ups. 💭: After doing this workout for a week, I feel more energized & my mood is also much better. I haven't seen any big changes in my body. But I feel like my waist and arms are a little being toned. by the way, I've been measuring before doing this workout. I will show you up after day 30 so we can see the difference together. 💭: Starting on day 9, I added another video workout targeting my arms, cores, and waists. It's only 10 minutes long. So on day 10, I added another video workout targeting my legs, with a 10-minute duration as well. The result is not very big but still only by doing 15 minutes - 25 minutes workout there's a change. Not only physical but mental. I can consistently do this workout for a month It is a shocking thing for myself personally. Because I'm a lazy person and I'm very hard to be consistent. I will continue to exercise and make it as the most important part of life. actually updating! started 3 days ago height: 5’4 weight: 129.6lbs (58.7kg) goal weight: 119lbs (53kg) diet: no restrictive diets! full meals, more vegetables and fruits however and a lil less sugar and processed foods water intake: increasing from 6 cups a day to 10 cups exercise amont: twice a day day 1: was kind of hard, but not bad. helped me sleep better day 2: went a lil more harder today; felt the burn day 3: dropped .8 lbs!! not much but still progress for 3 days!!
Holy sheesh, I did your 10 min flat belly pilates a couple times and thought that was easy enough, I can handle this. This took a LOT more from me! But I love that each exercise is so short. My mindset was it's only a few seconds, do your best and get through to the next one. Not once did I want to just quit halfway Edit: this is coming from an obese girl who does not exercise regularly and has a habit of giving up on exercise videos halfway because I just can't keep up with them
This workout is so good, i tried it only yesterday and today morning i SAW a difference (for real) my waist became smaller. If you dont get quick results keep going, everyone's body is different loosing weight. I love the cool down too, i never had a coold down before but its so nice. I'm gonna do it for another 20 days.
Okay I'm not lying this worked like wonders on me. I never really had a hourglass body. I did this and some other workouts,pilates for a week 2x times, MY waist got SO SMALL and I see a hourglass body with some abs, I'm so happy, my legs also got skinnier and I feel a bit taller from an workout I did

Starting with: Shoulders - 100 cm Waist - 75 cm Hips - 95 cm Thighs (each) - 50 cm Arms (biceps, each) - 30 cm 🏋🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️ Week 1, day 1: It was actually hard, I have a really bad condition 😂 After the workout, my muscles were literally shaking and I felt a bit dizzy, but it’s not gonna get me unmotivated! I’m about to reward myself with a yummy dinner, as I’m doing the workouts every night before a cold shower so I don’t feel sore the next day ❤ Day 2: I thought about not doing it, because I was feeling lazy, but I did it! The Kazuha workout was hard as always 😮💨 but I did it! After Pilates, I felt my arms and legs shaking, but not as hard as yesterday 💪🏻 I need to do some exercises not really like it’s shown in the video because of my lack of flexibility, but I think I did well! Im doing this and sticking to it- i have a wedding coming up in the next year and i want to look good for it!!! No excuses anymore. I will track my progress. I am also doing a calorie deficit and trying to eat less processed sugars and more fruits and vegs. I will do this and might add a few if I feel like it. I started it on April 30 13 years old, 166 cm, 66,8 kg, waist: 78 cm Week 1: hard. Just sores everywhere TT… but very motivated 💪 ! And because I’m a very lucky person I was on my periods :p (It was the last week of my holidays so I done it every day + 2 other work out from her) Week 2: My body changed a little: my stomach is smaller and I’m a little more toned :). Because I went back to school, I did it just 4 days (and only this one). It was a little more tiring because I did it after school :’) Week 3: my waist is now at 72 cm ! This is incredible! I did it 4/5 times this week :P It’s way easier than the first 2 weeks. My weight didn’t change much, but I’m now at 66,6 kg (after eating) :”) Week 4: Weight lost is way more effective now: 65,6 kg and waist 69 cm ! I’ve done it 6 times this week. My waist was stuck at 62 cm and this morning it was at 56 cm !!! However, I’ve stretched every day and I started learning ooh aah 하게 break dance 😄 I’m still pretty bloated, especially my lower belly but my waist is back at 56 cm :D Btw, I don’t weight my self anymore (since the scale is super stubborn >:( ) Week 16 & 17: I’ve worked out almost everyday except for 4 days because we went to the ocean. However, there I spend all my day in the water playing in the waves 😃. Week 18 (also the last one I’ll update): I’ve worked out every day :D I’ve been updating for 3 months and here are the results : Still 13 years old 🙄, 167 cm, ? kg (didn’t weigh myself), waist: 56 cm I’ve lost 22 cm on my waist, my hole body changed: I’m slimmer :D. I stopped weighing myself because I was feeling like it was bringing me down (no results on the scale) but my body looks aesthetically visually, I’m glad of the results ☺️ I’ll continue working out but a little less since I have a busier schedule now (back to school, extra activities…) but I’ll stop uploading. Little update after 1 year: 1 year ago I started this work out I kept it up for 3 months and a half. I couldn’t do it anymore due to an extremely charged schedule… however I started taking dance classes and even if it’s only once a week, I have results like my legs are way more toned (btw I’m doing modern jazz). And every time after dance class I am my hole body has sores. I think that I’ll start again some of her work out during holidays but I don’t think I can do it during school time but I’ll try 😊
doing this every day before i shower and will be logging for myself!!! day 1- a workout i finally don't hate and can complete! i felt proud of myself for finishing and look forward to finishing tomorrow!! day 2-7- completely forgot to log but i've been consistent! i havent seen much of a change but ive had fun doing it.

I am doing another exercise of yours, this was super helpful i did notice my stomach getting a little flatter from just day 1 but everyones body is different and if you’re trying this out i hope you get the body / goal you want, don’t tire yourself out and remember its okay to take breaks. Hi! I’ve been doing this pilates for over a week now. My stomach is continuously getting slimmer and flatter. I lost around 3 to 4 inches of my waist, hips and stomach. I also did a calorie deficit intake although I don’t really visualise myself eating anything so when Im only hungry that’s the time I eat and basically I try to only eat the right amount of calories. But guys, you can eat anything you want as long as it’s a small amount, not everyday tho.

@@bruisedsoup8677 Hello! I’ve worked on my eating habits and I’ve been doing this workout 1-2 times a day depending. Whenever I’m on my period or if I’m tired I’ll do yoga instead. It’s IU inspired yoga by mish Choi. If you’re asking how much I’m a month I lost about 3-4 kg per month. I would advice you to try and decrease junk food amounts and eat healthy. Do not starve yourself at all. Good luck! Don’t give up! 🫶🏻

I love this workout a lot!! It's very beginners friendly. I always tried working out many times but I get discouraged when I find the workout too hard. But I've doing this for 3 days and i feel awesome, I will try to complete 1 week then move on to a harder level!

Since I love doing this with her, I've been doing it for 4 days and I haven't weighed myself. I'm 1.50 tall and I weigh 38 kg but I don't know if I should lose weight, if I lost weight I would be extremely thin so I'm just going to keep fit with it!
Pls dont lose weight.. 38kg is kind of alarming even for your height. If you lose anymore weight it could impact your health. I would suggest building muscle, by workout out your muscles and eating lots of protein.

@@noorsabah1766 well you can try the 15 min pilates and cardio one it's like 10 min pilates and 5 cardio i personally do both almost every day but i do the cardio part only on the weekends

Decided to lock in and do work outs like these every day. For motivation, I’ll keep track of my progress! It’s currently summer so I’m doing this in the morning before eating and following it up with a walk/run on an incline treadmill. Day: 1.) My body shakes in every exercise but i’m not used to using these muscles, otherwise I feel pretty good after wards!

Hey guys! For those of you who are trying to lose weight, here are some tips that I've gathered through lots of research :) 1. Drink a glass of water right when you wake up 2. Exercise in the morning, before eating breakfast (I do this workout every morning before eating breakfast) 3. Have a big breakfast, a moderate lunch, and a light dinner (Not the other way around. This is because your metabolism is fastest in the morning) I hope this helps! It helped me!

oh my god this was absolutely fun! I just found it and just started doing this now! some exercises were kind of hard but I was able to accomplish the others! Idk why but I found this really relaxing, like, I didn't feel lazy in continuing this compared to other workouts that I do (maybe I had motivation? idk XD) I'm doing this to lose weight because that is my goal in 2023. Doing this everyday!!! Day 1✅: honestly? I felt like I was dying but I had to push through, there were some which I found incredibly difficult but don't give up!! I'm not the type of person to write such comments, probably because I'm not that consistent, but trust me. I did this workout everyday for a month. It was easier to follow than the rest so I was able to stay consistent. I skipped the weekends and only did it on weekdays. It did wonders. Along with cardio (15-30 mins) I was able to see the formation of those 11 abs and my waist got smaller. I also saw that my thighs and arms looked slimmer than before. Def gonna continue this.

I have been doing this workout since 6 april 2023 and today is day 7 which is i have been doing this workout for 1 week. I'll write down what i feel when i do this workout during the day 1.
💭: I'm doing this workout everyday except for sunday (rest day). I'm 50/51 kg and 158cm.
• day 1: I didn't expect to finish this workout without pausing the video.
• day 2: i'm in love with this workout video. it's fun and relaxing after the workout.
• day 3: same as day 2.
• day 4: I'm doing this workout with 8 minutes leg stretching after workout (shirlyn kim)
• day 5: I sweat a lot while doing this workout. I'm also trying pilates push ups and it is sooooo hard but fun.
• day 6: doing this workout + pilates push ups. i can only do 5 push ups lol.
• day 7: doing this workout + pilates push ups. i can do 9 push ups.
💭: After doing this workout for a week, I feel more energized & my mood is also much better. I haven't seen any big changes in my body. But I feel like my waist and arms are a little being toned. by the way, I've been measuring before doing this workout. I will show you up after day 30 so we can see the difference together.
💭: Starting on day 9, I added another video workout targeting my arms, cores, and waists. It's only 10 minutes long. So on day 10, I added another video workout targeting my legs, with a 10-minute duration as well. So I'm going to exercise like this until day 30 (1 month).

💭: I'm happy with the result. The result is not very big but still only by doing 15 minutes - 25 minutes workout there's a change. Not only physical but mental. I can consistently do this workout for a month It is a shocking thing for myself personally. Because I'm a lazy person and I'm very hard to be consistent. I will continue to exercise and make it as the most important part of life. I always remember this quote, "you don't need to be extreme but you need to be consistent."

day 1: was kind of hard, but not bad. helped me sleep better
day 2: went a lil more harder today; felt the burn
day 3: dropped .8 lbs!! not much but still progress for 3 days!!

Holy sheesh, I did your 10 min flat belly pilates a couple times and thought that was easy enough, I can handle this. This took a LOT more from me! But I love that each exercise is so short. My mindset was it's only a few seconds, do your best and get through to the next one. Not once did I want to just quit halfway
Edit: this is coming from an obese girl who does not exercise regularly and has a habit of giving up on exercise videos halfway because I just can't keep up with them

This workout is so good, i tried it only yesterday and today morning i SAW a difference (for real) my waist became smaller. If you dont get quick results keep going, everyone's body is different loosing weight. I love the cool down too, i never had a coold down before but its so nice. I'm gonna do it for another 20 days.
Okay I'm not lying this worked like wonders on me. I never really had a hourglass body. I did this and some other workouts,pilates for a week 2x times, MY waist got SO SMALL and I see a hourglass body with some abs, I'm so happy, my legs also got skinnier and I feel a bit taller from an workout I did

Week 1, day 1: It was actually hard, I have a really bad condition 😂 After the workout, my muscles were literally shaking and I felt a bit dizzy, but it’s not gonna get me unmotivated! I’m about to reward myself with a yummy dinner, as I’m doing the workouts every night before a cold shower so I don’t feel sore the next day ❤
Day 2: I thought about not doing it, because I was feeling lazy, but I did it! The Kazuha workout was hard as always 😮💨 but I did it! After Pilates, I felt my arms and legs shaking, but not as hard as yesterday 💪🏻 I need to do some exercises not really like it’s shown in the video because of my lack of flexibility, but I think I did well! Stay tuned for tomorrow! 🎉❤

Week 1: hard. Just sores everywhere TT… but very motivated 💪 ! And because I’m a very lucky person I was on my periods :p (It was the last week of my holidays so I done it every day + 2 other work out from her)
Week 2: My body changed a little: my stomach is smaller and I’m a little more toned :). Because I went back to school, I did it just 4 days (and only this one). It was a little more tiring because I did it after school :’)
Week 3: my waist is now at 72 cm ! This is incredible! I did it 4/5 times this week :P It’s way easier than the first 2 weeks. My weight didn’t change much, but I’m now at 66,6 kg (after eating) :”)
Week 4: Weight lost is way more effective now: 65,6 kg and waist 69 cm ! I’ve done it 6 times this week. The first days of the week were pretty hard because I was sick + on my periods (the second time this month 💀) yay… I’ve noticed that my forearms, wrists and hands looks slimmer than before :D
Week 5: I had a very busy and hard week both mentally and emotionally…this I why I’ve done it just 4 times 😢 I’ll try to do better next week 😞
Week 6: Hard week….very hard week because we went in a ramble Tuesday and I had really really bad sores for 4 days 😭 (I hated it + I had a bad grade because of it >:/ )
I was very tired too so I did it 3 times this week (+ this horrible ramble 😒)

Week 16 & 17: I’ve worked out almost everyday except for 4 days because we went to the ocean. However, there I spend all my day in the water playing in the waves 😃.

I’ve lost 22 cm on my waist, my hole body changed: I’m slimmer :D. I stopped weighing myself because I was feeling like it was bringing me down (no results on the scale) but my body looks aesthetically visually, I’m glad of the results ☺️
I’ll continue working out but a little less since I have a busier schedule now (back to school, extra activities…) but I’ll stop uploading.

Little update after 1 year: 1 year ago I started this work out I kept it up for 3 months and a half. I couldn’t do it anymore due to an extremely charged schedule… however I started taking dance classes and even if it’s only once a week, I have results like my legs are way more toned (btw I’m doing modern jazz). And every time after dance class I am my hole body has sores. I think that I’ll start again some of her work out during holidays but I don’t think I can do it during school time but I’ll try 😊

Hi! I’ve been doing this pilates for over a week now. My stomach is continuously getting slimmer and flatter. I lost around 3 to 4 inches of my waist, hips and stomach. I also did a calorie deficit intake although I don’t really visualise myself eating anything so when Im only hungry that’s the time I eat and basically I try to only eat the right amount of calories. But guys, you can eat anything you want as long as it’s a small amount, not everyday tho.

If you’re asking how much I’m a month I lost about 3-4 kg per month.
I would advice you to try and decrease junk food amounts and eat healthy. Do not starve yourself at all. Good luck! Don’t give up! 🫶🏻

Since I love doing this with her, I've been doing it for 4 days and I haven't weighed myself. I'm 1.50 tall and I weigh 38 kg but I don't know if I should lose weight, if I lost weight I would be extremely thin so I'm just going to keep fit with it!
Pls dont lose weight.. 38kg is kind of alarming even for your height. If you lose anymore weight it could impact your health. I would suggest building muscle, by workout out your muscles and eating lots of protein.

day 1-workout was a bit hard but i actually enjoyed it! sw-123 lbs
day 2-i definitely enjoyed it less but i wanna stay consistent so i can have a body i want before summer
day 3- so much easier today and i feel comfortable doing it! cw 122
day 4-rested today because i went to a sleepover
day 6- def easier
day 7-skipped on accident :(

Day 1: Done, did almost all except sometimes I’d stop with like 8 seconds left
i can’t tell if it’s made a difference because i’ve only done it 3 times (two days then a day break then two days ….) but after this workout i always feel refreshed

@@noorsabah1766 well you can try the 15 min pilates and cardio one it's like 10 min pilates and 5 cardio i personally do both almost every day but i do the cardio part only on the weekends

i just discovered the channel and i absolutely loved this workout! it's easy to do but also a lot of fun. plus i loge the fact that warm up and cool down is included. i'll check out the other workouts as well because everything about this one was perfect :D
I’ve been watching a lot of these videos and I normally don’t comment but this was so wholesome aslo very gentle with the body and I love how you explained the breathing it really helped a lot!!
Decided to lock in and do work outs like these every day. For motivation, I’ll keep track of my progress! It’s currently summer so I’m doing this in the morning before eating and following it up with a walk/run on an incline treadmill.
Day:
1.) My body shakes in every exercise but i’m not used to using these muscles, otherwise I feel pretty good after wards!

Day 1 - Done, it was actually pretty easy, some parts were confusing but i was able to do all the exercises without stopping and that's pretty rare for me lol
(I didn't continue because I had some important issues to deal with but I am starting again)

Hey guys! For those of you who are trying to lose weight, here are some tips that I've gathered through lots of research :)
1. Drink a glass of water right when you wake up
2. Exercise in the morning, before eating breakfast (I do this workout every morning before eating breakfast)
3. Have a big breakfast, a moderate lunch, and a light dinner (Not the other way around. This is because your metabolism is fastest in the morning)

oh my god this was absolutely fun! I just found it and just started doing this now! some exercises were kind of hard but I was able to accomplish the others! Idk why but I found this really relaxing, like, I didn't feel lazy in continuing this compared to other workouts that I do (maybe I had motivation? idk XD) I'm doing this to lose weight because that is my goal in 2023. I'm looking forward to doing this every night before bed because I've recently found that exercising helps me calm myself and destress :)). I hope y'all see this and be motivated too! ♡♡♡♡♡♡

I have been doing enemas, pilates and yoga since 1995 when I was 13 years old for detoxing, fitness, health, wellness.
Doing this once a day for a week with another shirlyn kim workout-
Day 1- Done, Weight: 52.5 kgs

Day 1✅: honestly? I felt like I was dying but I had to push through, there were some which I found incredibly difficult but don't give up!! After finishing my body was physically shaking 😭 very hard for me but hopefully overtime it will get easier!!
Day2✅: ngl for some reason I had cramps so for some I found very difficult however today the workout felt really short! I haven't been checking the results but I will starting tmr! I can't physically see it but my body somehow is feeling better when doing this workout! :D
Day3✅: managed to complete it!! I still find some of them very difficult due to the amount of weight I have but I felt like some became easier and I'm starting to memorize the workouts!! 💗
Day4✅: okay for some reason each day a part of My body is hurting when doing the workout? Other day it was my stomach/hips and today it's my legs!! Hopefully this is a sign it's working?? Today my motivation kinda slipped because I ate a little unhealthy but I'll try to keep going:(💞
Day5❌: had a break today!
Day6❌: decided to do some cardio instead today which was iceedibly painful lol. Will continue tmr!
It's probably muscle pain which is a sign that you're using your muscles. I would recommend stretching before workouts!
