    ▶▷How long does weight loss take to show up?
    The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc..
    It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.

    Doing this for 2 weeks!
    Waist: 66cm (26 inches)
    ✔️ Day 1: the side leg lifts actually killed me omd
    ✔️ Day 2: felt burns, side leg lift still kills me
    ❌ Day 3: i was too tired to do it, ill do double tmr!
    ❌ Day 4: was sick, didn’t do it
    ✔️Day 5: I did double, the side leg lifts are getting easier!!
    ✔️Day 6: done!
    ✔️Day 7: WOOWHOO 1 WEEK DONE! I can certainly see that my stomach is flatter than it was before, i can’t see any dramatic changes in my waist but it certainly tightened. Excited to see the final results.

    Started: 23 of June 2023
    I've done these exercises daily for the past 2-3 weeks (once a day but sometimes 2 times per day)
    I'd say they work pretty well and I won't stop doing them. They're easy compared to other exercises which give the same result.
    My waist has definetelly become smaller and my hips widened and became more round and prominent. Besides that, my stomach is almost flat and its easier now to lose weight.
    I was already skinny so the results didn’t show up for the first week or so but after 2 weeks and a half I really started to see the difference.

    UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER
    After a month of doing this (I did this almost everyday I think except one or none) and my waist is very visibly small and I've lost a lot of fat around it and on my belly. My legs have become thinner. I chose to do this 2 times per day at the same time, but at the start like the first week I did them once a day then twice then 3 times and now twice again.
    I think I'm going to stop now or at least do another exercise special for abs and do it at the same time with this one!
    UPDATE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS LATER (6-7 weeks since I started doing these)
    I dont think Ill ever stop doing these daily, I do them once a day now and right after I do the kazuha abs workout. Right now I'd say the results are the most prominent, my waist has never been smaller. Its totally worth it and became so easy to do. I love myself more now
    UPDATE 24 oct (4 MONTHS SINCE I STARTED)
    Doing this exercise daily for 4 months now and I dont intend to ever stop, I started to do more exercises per day because these became too easy but oh my god I cant live without them
    UPDATE 5 MAY
    I've been going to gym for a month now!!! so i think i can say thats a good evolution!!! Can't even describe the happiness and results it gives me (I do aerobic clases like 2 per day 3 or more times per week) if you want updates on that I can give you some but idk cause its not related to the video. I think my journey ends here guys!! Maybe ill come back in some months to tell you how is it going if you want!!

    Tips for my girlies 💓
    Tip 1 : eating !
    Eating healthy is really important! Don't starve yourself but eat 3 meals everyday (1 can have some sugar but try to not eat much sugar) and eat some small snacks if you're rlly hungry like : Apples , eggs without oil , with butter
    Tip 2 : skincare !
    Don't do a 7 step skincare routine , 4 is the minimum ! , always start with water and domt pop youre pimples , also don't sleep with make up on !

    Day 1 : (OMG I FINALLY EXERCISED AFTER MY HOMEWORK) My legs are in pain LMAOO ngl. I’m gonna continue see what happens next. I need to do this!! I WANNA BE SLIMMM
    Day 2 : I did the workoutttt. Tbh nothing has changed yet. But I can’t force my self lol. If I can you guys can too.💪🏻
    Day 3 : I feel that my self looks nicer not much but a bit. I did some of workout easier yeee. I feel confident lollll.
    Day 4 : YK WHAT I ALMOST DO ALL OF THEM EASIER THAN FIRST DAY. but my body doesn’t change yet for now.
    Day 5 : MY WAIST IS MORE CURVED THAN BEFORE NOT MUCH BUT I CAN SEE THE CHANGES OMG

    This actually works. If u got no burn, then ur doing it wrong. TIPS
    1. first to get the rhythm of ur breathing, put your hand on you ribs and do big inhales and exhales. Make sure u feel your ribs expand in ur hand when inhaling, then closing when exhaling. Do that for a couple of times
    2. When working out, don't over do it and do it so fast. The more you take your time, the more burn ur gonna feel, when u do it to fast ur not paying attention to your targeted places.
    3. ALWAYS focus on your breathing as well. If your not breathing and flaring you ribs, then you wont get that burn and results you want. the best way to engage your core is to engage it of course and to keep BREATHING in and out.

      @@anisa-ch9lu Dont take too much care of your body and relax it. Try to flex it 💪 You can do it. Also if you want, double it. 2-3 reps each, so you really feel the BURNNN

      @@anisa-ch9lu BUT HEYYY if you are gonna do it, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont starve yourself. This unhealthy habit causes a period/menstrual cycle to pause for 1-12months so be careful!! 💖 That also helps a faster metabolism.. bloating is normal, its better than losing your period!!

    After years of trying different methods, I've finally lost a lot of weight easily using a pretty method. I can't post the link here but you can find it on my channel
    To anyone who wants to lose weight as well:
    - Drink water before meals, consuming a glass of water before meals can help you feel fuller, which may lead to consuming fewer calories during the meal.
    - Replace sugary drinks with water, swap out sugary sodas, juices, and energy drinks with water. Not only will this reduce your calorie intake, but it will also eliminate empty calories and added sugars from your diet.
    - Stay hydrated, sometimes feelings of hunger can actually be masked thirst. Aim to drink water consistently throughout the day to stay hydrated and avoid mistaking thirst for hunger.
    See you guys when you reached your weight loss goals and feel amazing!

    day 1: ✅ burned slightly, did some exercises wrong
    day 2: ✅ one of the exercises were so hard to do, slightly burned
    day 3: ✅ no changes yet, i still cant do the side leg exercise & my mom walked in to me exercising byee..
    day 4: ✅ slightly burned but not in my stomach.. my goal is to eat more healthier and maybe ill start seeing more changes.
    day 5: ✅ im starting to get the hang of the exercises and i finally know how to do the side leg exercise !! no changes yet tho (my arms burned the most)
    day 6: ✖️didn’t feel like extercising today but tmr ill do this abt 3 times ! but omg when i woke up i saw a change, i realized from the side my i could tell my waist got 100% smaller but in the front, my waist looks wide
    one week recap:
    day 7: ✅ week one done! i noticed my waist from the side got more smaller although while doing this exercise, i only felt the burn in my legs & arms even when i believe im doing the exercise right. i will be doing another week of this !
    day 8: ✅ nothing new
    day 9: ✅ i have break so i hope i start seeing a big difference after break!
    day 10: ✅ i’m doing another exercise from her
    day 11: ✅ i woke up and i saw a difference 😱 i realized my waist got more smaller and kinda curvy
    day 12: ✖️ rest day
    day 13: ✅ felt good (also tysm for 10 likes!)
    two week recap:
    day 14: ✅ i been noticing abs marks and i could definitely tell there was a difference! i dont see a big difference because i binge eat a lot 😭
    day 15: ✅ i realized i stopped getting very bloated !
    day 16: ✖️ busy
    day 17: ✅
    i decided to stop doing this exercise because over the time, it got easier for me and i want more competition! although this exercise was very affective but since im already slim, i started seeing results after 2 weeks. a tip is to do it twice a day (in the morning and night)

    Your waist pilates are the best!! They're not so easy that you'd feel no burn, and they're not so hard that it makes you give up on the first move. They're just right! Your belly pilates routine is the best out there! Really burns my muscles without wearing me out... i'm so so so grateful for this workout!!! 💗💗💗

    Day 1: Pretty easy!
    Day 2: I really like these workouts bc they don't tire me out too much but they feel like they're working
    Day 3: Done! no noticeable changes yet!
    Day 4: Feeling pretty good about these workouts and might start doing them twice a day
    Day 5: I'm noticing a slight decrease in my waist size!
    Day 6: These are really easy so I might add another waist exercise
    Day 7: I tried on a dress today and was in shock of how my waist looked. I can see some change (not like -20cm but like maybe -4 cm)
    Day 8: My sides BURN
    Day 9: my waist looks slimmer
    Day 10: Done
    UPDATE: so now it's Christmas eve and my waist used to be ~ 30/29 inches, now it's 24.5 inches 🤗

    This does work! in 4 days my waist went from 33 inches to 29 inches!I also did this with the 15 min workout full body pilates too! and also did no diet, except for consuming too much sugar and foods that contained any fat,ate slow and never skipped meals ! tysm miss Shirly kim!I appreciate it

      I did this one my first time then I noticed I got SO DAM CONFUSED bc I was gonna do the hourglass pilates and cardio 15 mins but after this one I did it then I did the hourglass pilates and today I confused all of them and did hourglass pilates and the hourglass pilates and cardio but TOTALLY FORGOT ABT THIS ONE 😭

    I actually did these exercises every day this summer. The result was that after two weeks I had a slimmer waist and the beginnings of abs. I had stopped because of my summer job and my studies, but now I am very motivated to resume these exercises. Thank you so much for these videos !     So far I am roughly 2 months and almost four weeks weeks into this workout. To be more specific, I pair this with the 10 min full body workout for a full 20-minutes session. I do two sessions a day.
    To anyone who feels like giving up or that results won’t happen, get rid of that mindset!
    I saw results in the first two weeks, and from what I’ve learned, consistency is the key to everything. Here are the notes word-for-word from the journal I wrote in for progress.
    (MONTH ONE)
    Week one: Waist definitely got a bit smaller, and my hips are more rounded. Overall my torso seems a bit more defined and my stomach got flat
    Week two: Waist got slightly more smaller, legs longer/slimmer, and height slightly taller. I also lost a lot of back fat.
    Week three: Torso slimmed down, my waist is smaller and I have more accentuated curves
    Week four: Waist smaller, hips slightly more rounded
    (MONTH 2)
    Week five: Torso slimmed down a bit more, waist smaller. (Started to slack a little bit here lol)
    Week six: (Break)
    Week seven: Every other day, small changes
    So far I’m in the beginning of week eight, so I’ll try to update when I remember. I lost 5-6 lbs since working out. I eat a healthy diet of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I usually tend to eat chicken salads for lunch and am more lenient with breakfast and dinner ^^
    I’d be happy to answer any questions as well! Remember to keep going and to never quit! The amount of progress and results is made by the effort you put into it.

    👯‍♀️Day 1: DEFINITELY felt the burn. i wasnt able to do the leg circles of the side leg kicks😭 if u cant do the side leg kicks i recommend keeping ur leg on the ground❤
    👯‍♀️Day 2: still burns, but I feel great about myself afterwards. I don't have much leg muscle and I struggle with the exercises such as leg circles. Keep going!!
    👯‍♀️Day 3: I feel stronger and more lightweight, my mood has also improved and I'm feeling really proud of myself🙌
    Burns a little less, and I'm getting more leg control🔥
    👯‍♀️Day 4: I've been so busy because of school but I'm trying to keep up😭 Anyways, doing this makes me feel like I have progress, and my arm strength is getting better. I used to not be able to hold a plank(max would be like 19 seconds💀) but now I can do it so much more🔥🔥
    👯‍♀️Day 5: I feel more lightweight and I think I see my stomach fat shrinking!! it's been a bit easier doing these workouts and I'm starting to appreciate exercising a lot more then before🥳✊️

    For anyone who wants to it does work I've been doing it for a few months and it makes you body feel new without making you sweaty and put of breath. One thing I learned is to be continues with this and don't move on to another workout once you get results from this one. You get more results sticking to the same workout.

      @@ichijixi im not a workout specialist as everyone know everybody is different.. but if your trying to loose weight then yes i would do alot of cardio along with this workout to tone my body. but if your already somewhat fir with a little weight you can do this without to much cardio since this already gets your heart going a little and burns fat within abt 1-2 weeks. make sure to breath when doing so, so that your muscles can get the oxygen it needs. and drink water. Hope you get the results you want.

    GUYS!!
    This really really REALLY works Istg!! I've been doing this for the last two weeks and have already lost 2.5kg of weight ( almost 5.5 pounds ig ) so I really recommend this one, but remember guys, I don't do this one video alone, I also follow the "10 minutes fully body pilates workout" of Shirlyn Kim herself, along with one more video by another creator named "Lilly Sabri" with the title "Lose fat in 7 days ( belly, waist and abs ) | 5 minutes home workout", so in total, 3 videos along with proper egg diet and a total intake of only 650-675 calories per day and burning 1850-1900 calories per day ( 1600 needed by body to work and 250-300 burned in exercising ).
    Trust me guys, I was a huge foodie but to be in the normal weight range for my age, I am doing all this, it was hard for a few days but now I'm very happy with what I'm doing, I'm feeling fit and active daily along with the natural skin glow. Highly recommended routine! Fighting!!! 💓
    Here after keeping my routine for 2 months, result is really showing and i have lost 8-9 kgs already!!

    Day 1-✅ I’ve done similar workouts so I felt a burn but not to much
    Day 2-✅ felt so good. Loved the burn
    Day 3-✅ I’m pretty sure I did one exercise wrong but was so fun
    Day 4-✅ pushed myself today. Definitely felt a burn
    Day 5-✅ starting to eat healthier and seeing some smalls changes
    Day 6-✅ I really enjoy doing this. I’ve started doing it twice a day

    Day 1: ✅ was feeling really confident today! Not too bad so far ✨❤
    Day 2: ✅ AMAZING! My body feels great and there is no pain afterward so I am looking forward to tomorrow 😊
    Day 3: ✅ I wasn’t feeling motivated today but I really didn’t want to slack behind. I’m glad I did the workout because I felt so proud and happy by the end of it! 😆❤

    Day 11: ❌ got my period today so I will be resting! Since today is New Year’s Eve I will make sure to workout tmr as I will be eating a lot! HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE EVERYBODY! ❤🎉
    Day 12: ✅ HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE!!! I’m so glad that I was able to start the year with such a wonderfull workout😊
    Day 13: ❌ had my first interview today so I was busy getting ready. Did do some debloating stretches in the evening after a big meal though. 😊😢
    Day 14: ✅ I was surprisingly tired after todays workout! But I was glad I could push through ❤
    Day 15: ❌ I ended up collapsing after forgetting to have breakfast yesterday so I’m going to rest my body today. 😮😊
    Day 16: ✅ I stopped working out for a while and stopped cardio so my weight has gone back up to 58.3kg😢❤
    Day 17: ✅I am still the same weight as yesterday so I’m going back to doing intense cardio as I want to at least be 56kg for when school starts. ✊❤
    Day 18: ❌I have a very busy day ahead and don’t have time to work out today 😢😊
    I have decided to stop this workout due to my weight creeping to almost 59kg again. This is due to my inconsistency but I also want to focus on weight loss before I start trying to slim my waist and toning my body.     Doing this at 5:30AM everyday! Wish me luck for the dream body!!
    FYI I "exercise" for 35mins every morning, with 5min stretch, 10min glutes, 10min waist (this video), 10min face yoga, and an additional jog on weekends!
    Day 1: ✅ I had to take some rest breaks admittedly, some exercises were easy but some were so difficult
    Day 2: ✅ I completed the whole routine correctly! But I'm not exactly feeling a burn most of the time, I think I need to follow the breathing instructions better
    Day 3: ✅ Slept through my alarm and didn't have time to do this in the morning, but managed to do it just now in the evening! Realised I was doing some exercises inaccurately and now i can feel that burn lol!
    Day 4: ❌ Didn't do it! Because I had a busy day, I feel bad for not being able to, promise will get to it tomorrow!
    Day 5: ✅ Back on track! And feeling much better than yesterday, getting better at these exercises!

    EDIT: sorry completely forgot about this, but I joined a fitness club and have been doing my workouts there so I don't need this video anymore, and I've started the NHS couch to 5k programme as well, which is so helpful. This video is definitely amazing to start working out and the differences are definitely visible, so 100% recommend :)

    Day 1: It was a little difficult, I felt pain in the afternoon after training (57.5 кг)
    Day 2: it hurt but I did it! I felt pain in my legs all day.

    heyyy !! i did this workout for about a week and i noticed these changes (i did the upper body workout by Shirlyn Kim too)
    - my waist slimmed down
    - since my waist slimmed down (not drastically) it started to compliment my legs
    - my upper body (mainly the stomach + armpit area) isn't as chubby as it used to be
    - my stomach is almost flat, before it sticked out through my jeans, cargos, shorts, and leggings, so i always wore baggy clothing but now it looks almost flat !
    i definitely love this workout so much !! this is the only workout routine where i am ACTUALLY motivated and won't hesitate to do every night. it's simple, but REALLY effective ! just remember, everyone's body is different, just because a random person got results within 3 days doesn't mean you will. stay consistent, hydrate yourself, and keep going ! i believe in all of you 🤍🤍
    p.s. i did not diet at all. i try to eat 3 meals a day, cut down on snacking, drink lots of water, and i don't drink soft drinks often. but i still eat what i love and give my body breaks, don't overwork yourself please, you're beautiful and do what you love ! don't do things for others, do this for yourself !

    FINISHED EARLY🙌🏼
    Day 1:✅ it was so painful, I was so sore after
    Day 2:✅ got used it half of it, I felt more energized
    Day 3:✅ I made it through, I felt the burn
    Day 4:✅ I see some slight changes on my waist, it looks a bit smaller
    Day 5:✅ my waist is definitely getting smaller, my stomach is too
    Day 6:✅ I decided to do her full body workout video along with this one, I was sweating like a pig but made it
    Day 7: ❌ My body was in so much pain I needed a break
    Day 8:✅ I feel so energized, THE BURNNN THOUGHH
    Day 9:✅ I can see a bit of more difference, still getting through it!!!
    Day 10:✅ didn’t sweat as much but that doesn’t mean the workout wasn’t effective

    Doing this for 12/14 days
    Day 1:I did this workout in the past so I felt like it wasn’t so bad but I sure did hate those leg circles, during rests don’t bother taking a break because boy were those breaks short, felt good and so worth it.

    Day 2(21 Nov):It was much easier than yesterday, I was sweating and I still hate the leg circles, it felt good and so worth it.
    No pain no gain!

      if u wanna make this actually work more and wanna do make the process faster, Make sure to sleep atleast 8 hours, do this workout like 2-3 times a day, do this everyday, eat less and healthy, Drink alot of water, walk outside 2-3 times a day, and do this for 2-3 weeks and u will get ur results!

    Hi guys, im always insecure about my weight, cause many people say that i look fat and im fat, my weight is 60kg and my goal is 50kg.(PLEASE LIKE SO I CAN REMEMBER TOO UPDATE)
    DAY 1- it's hard, I can't do some of the exercise, i struggle with the leg circle, and the side leg up L and R and when i do it i loose balance 😅, im going to still update everyday guys.
    DAY 2- still struggle, it's hard but nothing is easy, i still struggle with the leg circle, and the side leg L and R, i still loose balance and fall down, but i keep trying again, and im kinda getting the use of it.
    DAY 3- I am kinda getting the use of it, (BTW GUYS ALWAYS EXERCISE FIRST BEFORE WORKING OUT SO YOUR BODY DOESN'T SORE) I still struggle with the leg circle, and the side leg L and R, I'll always update guyss, just trust yourself.

    День5-не делала так как сегодня весь день была на репетиции

    Day 1-✅ i hope i will get results in 2 weeks but i already start feeling my stomach fat burn btw im doing the slim leg exercise too!
    Day 2-✅donee!! TYSM FOR THE SUPPORTT😍🫶🏻🫶🏻//i felt my stomach burnn🔥🔥 and i was more curvier than yesterdayy🎉🎉
    Day 3-✅ why do i feel fatter after i do these exercises 😭

    🟢🎉 Começando! 27/02/2024
    ✅1° dia: me perdi várias vezes, super desengonçada. Mas consegui finalizar e senti o abdômen queimar um pouco.
    ✅2° dia: consegui executar melhor os movimentos e por isso fiquei bastante cansada, suei muito! Foi intenso pra mim que estou sedentária a bastante tempo! Mas foi ótimo 😊
    ✅3° dia: consegui executar muito melhor os movimentos. Estou pegando o jeito! Ainda queimou bastante e suei muito mas sinto que já estou adquirindo um pouco de resistência.
    ✨Dica: na hora de fazer os exercícios é importante tensionar os músculos certos pra não se machucar com o pilates. No caso desses, tensionar especialmente o abdômen na hora de executar os movimentos, porque se não fizerem isso, vão sentir os braços e as pernas queimarem mais do que o abdômen, e podem sentir dores no pescoço. Foco no abdômen!

    I used to be a very skinny child, but growing up my body gradually grew fatter. I’ve been insecure for the past years so I’m trying to make a change:)
    Initial weight: about 135 lbs
    Day 1: I’m pretty sure I did it wrong since I don’t have a mat, but I definitely felt a tight sensation in my abdomen. (Very excited)
    Day 2: that was hard for me and I definitely felt the burn in my body, almost like a cramp
    Day 3: i still struggle a bit, but I’m being consistent :)
    I HAVE A MAT NOW
    Day 4: didn’t do it/busy
    Day 5: I felt aching in my inner thighs, which made me happy because that means it’s working :)
    Day 6: didn’t do it/busy
    Day 7: it’s not getting any easier , but I definitely did it right completely this time, could feel my abdomen burn (still no visible change)
    Day 8: side lifts and leg circles are the most difficult for me
    Day 9 & 10: it’s discouraging that I haven’t done it so many times, but I’ve been so busy
    Day 11: I can do them more easily than Day 1, the burn was there
    Day 12: I felt aching in my waist from yesterday’s workout, it made me happy
    Day 13: The aching was stronger today! It hurt even without moving, evidence of the exercise! Side lifts were oddly difficult today. I can see the sides of my waist start to shape inward omg!!
    Day 14: My waist is definitely getting slimmer, my rolls are so much more smaller now, it’s like shaping into an hourglass :))

    Doing this workout for 2 weeks
    Start: waist: 75.5cm (I felt like I measure this wrong 🗿)
    weight: 55kg

    Day 1: ✅DONE! It was hard 🗿
    Day 2: ✅DONE! (I just realize that there are actually people reading my comment TvT, which motivated me TY!!! :D )
    Day 3: ✅DONE! (my bone crack so much on the first two days :0 It still does when I do the exercises today but not that much :D)
    Day 4: ✅DONE! (the circle leg movement is still so hard to do 😞)
    Day 5: ✅DONE!
    Day 6:❌ feeling a bit tired 😭from school so I skip
    Day 7:✅DONE! (I did it twice! one in the morning and one at night.)
    ONE WEEK DONE!
    Day 8:❌ 😭
    Day 9:✅DONE!
    Day 10:❌ 🗿 i should probably stop skipping
    Day 11: ✅DONE! exam tomorrow 😭
    Day 12:✅DONE! (A lot of the movements are a lot easier to do now :3)
    Hiiiii so like I skip for god knows how many days due to finals/regents 😭 I'm going to restart!

      @@yagyagyagmur it depends on what type of body you have TvT. But it should take around 2 weeks to see some visible results that's why I am doing it for two weeks :).

    DOING THESE TILL AUGUST !!
    (I do heavy cardio as well)
    Day 1: some workouts were difficult to do because of my bad core strength but I feel nice!!
    Day 2: I did an extra cardio workout so this made me feel on fire!
    Day 3: fine, workouts got a tiny bit easier
    Day 4: the way I see a little results is nice. It got a lot easier
    Day 5: my core is definitely somewhat stronger, feels way more faster now and easier
    Day 6: family day so I didn’t do
    Day 7: definitely easier my family says they see some changes in my body
    Day 8: I totally forgot to write yesterday but it’s definitely easier
    Day 9: easy, I’ve been getting compliments from my family saying I look slimmer

      Saaaame I started June 22 and planning to do this until August 21. I also brisk walk for 30 minutes and on a healthy calorie deficit that has minimal sugar and fats. For reference I am 5’1 and 125 lbs exact. Good luck to you on this 🫶🏽

    Omg I felt so happy when I actually made it to the end 😭 I never make it to the end if these exercise videos because the moves are always so exhausting and they make me want to give up. This was absolutely perfect

    i’ve been doing this for the past three days and it truly helped me a lot, it’s not too much about the results right now, it’s more about sticking to doing a routine everyday no matter how tired i am, i nearly skipped doing it today, but because of how simple it is i decided to stick to it and it really puts my mind at ease. thank you so much for this

    Hey guys!! Im trying to do this work out along with 3 other workouts for at least 30 days. PLEASEE try to remind me because I literally can't keep track of anything. My goal is not to see the number drop on the scale, it's to see a difference when I look at myself in the mirror. Wish me luck!!! (Ill tell yall the differences every 10 days)
    Day 1-✅ This wasn't too hard, but the LEG CIRCLES WERE KILLING ME. I really feel like I can keep going!
    Day 2-✅ This was lowkey harder to do, but im still pushing. THE LEG CIRCLES KILL ME EVERYTIMEEE.
    Day 3-✅ This was def easier but i was a bit sloppy. Leg circles literally make me stop for a few secs tho
    Day 4-✅ I ate junk today so I am gonna try doing this later today again
    Day 5- 🚫 Was lazy and had cramps
    Day 6- 🚫 Same as yesterday...
    Day 7- ✅ Purrr i did it today and it wasnt too hard!

    Start: 9 Feb 2024
    Day 1: ✅ Felt a burn, I literally can’t do the side leg lift 😭 HOW DOES SHE LIFT HERSELF WITHOUT BOTH HANDS!!!
    Day 2: ✅ BURNING! It’s harder than yesterday because I’m getting a bit of a cold 😢 I decided to not do the side leg lift and I’m doing the leg circles instead!
    Day 3: ✅ got sick but still going strong 💪
    Day 4: ✅ feeling a bit better!
    Day 5: ✅ DYING tried the side leg lifts this time
    Day 6: ❌ was on a road trip driving all day and was to exhausted
    Day 7: ✅ pretty good today :)
    Day 8: ✅ workouts are getting much easier
